      I'm no longer going to order from GrubHub. Half the time the food arrives cold or melted making it inedible. Or they deliver to the wrong unit making it a treasure **** to find on the property where it's at. By the time you find it, it's cold and, again, inedible. The cost of the food is inflated. I don't know how this company stays afloat with their terrible service. DON'T ORDER FROM GRUBHUB.

      Ordered from the service yesterday and it never showed up. Ordered today and waited 45 minutes for my order to come only to find out for myself the restaurant was closed!!!

      On the evening of November 10, 2024, I placed an order through Grubhub with ****************** in ********, ****. Bibibop serves rice bowls with vegetables, amongst other things. When I received my order, my bowl was open, the cookie I ordered was missing, and the stickers holding the bag closed were loose. I alerted the restaurant, who claimed they included everything I ordered in my bag and sealed it tightly and told me to contact Grubhub about the problem, which I did. Grubhub refused to refund me even the price of my missing cookie ($1.89), because they said I had an excessive number of refunds and concessions on my account, which is absolutely false. I received 1 refund more than a year ago, because my food never arrived and that is it. When I demanded to know what these refunds and concessions were, they brushed me off with scripted responses. They lied to me rather than assist me with this issue because this is how they operate. Furthermore, they provide you with directions on how to request a copy of your order history, including those mysterious refunds and concessions but, again, they don't honor your request so you can't actually get the information. Similarly, even though they provide directions on how you can delete your account on their website and app, you actually cannot do it because the directions are wrong, and the links are broken. They operate in a dishonest and fraudulent manner.

      I got Grubhub free with Prime, and it is still not worth it. The prices are inflated, they want you to tip before you even get your food, they dont honor their on-time GUARANTEE. Instead of 20 -30 minutes, my order is now taking an hour to 1 1/2 hours! They wont let you cancel because "they are already working on the order" - really? 1/2 hour to 45 minutes BEFORE it is scheduled to be delivered? Also, they are SUPPOSED to use Amazon payment method but charged my other card (which was NOT the default card) and it went over the limit. Neither Amazon or Grubhub would take responsibility for the mistake. ******** customer service all around.

      As a GrubHub Driver, they claim you can get hourly pay of $11/hr in my area if you go active on the app during your scheduled time blocks.. but if you live in a rural area, they take this feature away from you, because you get less orders - since there are less restaurants. Not only do they take it away from you as an option to make money, they blame you, saying that you were trying to fraud them by avoiding orders and trying to scam their broken system. It's deceptive, they just don't make as much money if you don't get orders but, instead of just saying that, they'd rather call you a thief and take your job away without reason. If you ask them for proof of you avoiding orders, they simply don't reply to your emails. And if you keep emailing them avoid it incessantly, they just shut down your whole account. They hate their drivers and make sure to take money from them instead of just fixing their own barely functional app. All these app companies just keep getting greedier and greedier while stepping on the backs of their drivers that risk their lives for $3 an order. Disgusting.

      2 hours after placing my order and still no food! I tried to cancel but it said I couldnt get a refund due to a driver was on the way to pick up my food. I will NEVER use Grubhub again!!

      I am not an attorney, but I sense this company is in violation of consumer rights under the ************************'s **************************. Be sure to look at this website's (*******) listing of the government actions that have been taken against GrubHub. Yet, the criminal continues to commit the crimes. Where is the accountability and follow through on behalf of our government? There should be a class action lawsuit against this company, and if there are any attorneys out there willing to take it on, I can assure you I would support your work, as would probably every other consumer that has been bullied, disrespected, and ripped off. People, please don't order from this immoral company. They accepted an order from me even though it was outside the bounds of the delivery zone. Just like what seems to have happened to so many others, they refused to return my money, even though they were in the wrong. Instead, they gave me a credit, which I never asked for or agreed to. I have given the company major push back...my words have been harsh...and it was only because of this, I'm certain, that they now claim to have refunded my money back to my credit card (hasn't shown up yet...I'm skeptical to say the least). Please...don't waste your time with the customer service agents. They are reading a company script, and will not help you. Send an email to the corporate office - put major pressure on them to resolve your issue - and then maybe we all should be asking for a brave attorney to sue them on behalf of all consumers. They are shameful, immoral, dishonest bullies and something needs to be done. Stealing money from hard working people is the bottom of the barrel. Completely unacceptable. By the way, I've been demanding that someone from the corporate office contact me, and they are hiding. What we all can do is file these reviews and complaints here, and contact the ************************. Everyone needs to do it! ZERO stars

      I placed an order for three items. Even with a $15 coupon it was still over $50. The driver called and asked for a code. I gave it. He said food was on the porch. I immediately looked nothing was there. I called him back, he retrieved my order and I tried giving him directions. I still never received it. The pin in the app is not my house but because the driver marked it "delivered" they refused to refund my money. So they can basically steal your money and there's nothing you can do about it. It's sad that you have no guarantee and a business can be dishonest and get by with it

      Grub hub deserves 0 this company ***** I keep getting orders delivered incomplete drivers open bags constantly eats stuff from them very disgusting nd disrespectful melted ice cream it's insane then stupid supervisor saying all they can give me it's 5 dollars keep that customer are the one keeping this running nd you all treating us the wrong way .....
