      GrubHub can continually mess up your order, but if you complain too much, you're marked in the system and they'll refuse to refund any future orders. Their driver could literally shoot you and you'd have it on video, and they wouldn't refund it. They're punishing customers because THEY mess up orders. They delivered me a DOORDASH order this morning, and refused to do anything about it because I've had too many refunds on my account. I literally have the food and the receipt that shows their driver delivered another delivery services food to me, but surprise surprise they don't have a way for you to upload pics like DoorDash or **** Eats. It's like they don't want you to be able to provide evidence they messed up, so they don't have to make it right. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen for any business. They literally just copy and paste canned answers that totally ignore your question and concern. I can ask a question, and they'll literally ignore it and just copy and paste the irrelevant canned answer. That's not customer service.

      There should be a way to rate them NEGATIVES stars because this is absolutely the worst delivery service my husband or myself ever interacted with. On 10/5/24 my husband placed a $57 order with ********* through GrubHub. We never received our order and it was delivered to the wrong address. As soon as my husband saw this he contacted the driver at which point he was told by the driver the food would not be delivered to the correct address. Then he called ********* and they told him he had to call GrubHub. He calls GrubHub and they absolutely REFUSE to replace the order or give a refund so we never receive our $57 order and never get a refund and are told we cant receive a refund because of excessive amounts of refunds but even the GrubHub system says there was only 1 order place ever and that was this order. This was our 1st order with GrubHub and we have never placed an order through them nor received a refund so why is it that we can not get our money back for food we never received? My husband has been calling them since the 5th and here it is the 25th and they REFUSE to honor any of their GrubHub guarantee. The only thing they have guaranteed is they guarantee your getting scammed. I would like if someone from corporate would contact us and issue or refund because we are seriously considering filing a class action suit because we know we are not the only people this is happening to.!!!

      Not even worth a single star. There is a reason Grubhub is ranked at the bottom for customer service. They are the worst food delivery business I have ever purchased from. Second issue with Grubhub. First was cold food original driver cancelled and took about a half hour for a new delivery driver to pickup the order. The food was literally cold once it was delivered. Second issue - I was charged a delivery fee and as an ****** customer. The delivery should have been free. What a hassle to get the $2 change back. I would rather pay more knowing that I can get satisfactory **************** from UberEats or DoorDash. So aggravating that this was such a difficult issue that I promise I will never use Grubhub service again. And ****** should really be more selective in choosing their business partners.

      Grubhub should be investigated by the Department of Justice. After adding Grubhub through Amazon Prime, I have been extremely disappointed. I placed an order with Carrabba's, and the driver stole my food—the order never arrived even after waiting past the original delivery time. Customer service refunded the amount, but only as a Grubhub credit, not back to my original form of payment.
      In another instance, my next delivery was just 15 minutes from my home. I watched as the driver passed the restaurant multiple times, turning around and circling back without explanation. After waiting 30 minutes for a short trip, I called customer service. I was told that the driver has up to 50 minutes to deliver my food. When the order finally arrived, it was cold. I requested a refund, but was only offered a $5 Grubhub credit. After escalating the matter through multiple chats, I finally received a credit for the full price of the order.
      Today, I attempted to use this credit with a restaurant offering a $6 promotion. However, the $6 discount was not applied. I called customer service and was instructed to place the order, with the assurance that the $6 would be refunded afterward. After following these instructions, I was then told that no refund could be issued. The case was forwarded to the escalation team, and I was informed that I would not receive the refund due to having "too many credits and refunds in the past"—despite the fact that these were all legitimate claims stemming from issues caused by Grubhub.
      When I asked to cancel the order, as I no longer wanted the food without the promotion being applied, I was refused since the order was "in progress." I spoke to three different "supervisors," none of whom could offer a resolution.
      I feel deceived by Grubhub’s bait-and-switch tactics, and I am now out of money due to their failure to honor a promotion and properly address past issues.

      Grubhub does not honor their own policies. I had one driver deliver my food to the wrong address and after contacting Grubhub I was told I could not get a refund even tho the picture clearly shows it a random location. I had an order that was over an hour late and Grubhub did not honor their Grubhub guarantee and extend their $5 credit. They have A.I robots that work in the customer support field who give generic scripted responses.

      Grubhub sucks. Two times in a row - the first time the driver put the food outside my door, took a picture and then stole it, the second time just took a picture outside somewhere and marked delivered. My address is pretty unequivocal. Grubhub is a big scam. Use uber eats or anything else.

      Order was sent to wrong location. I got the store to not start my order and cancel it and customer service would not cancel order and offer me $5 on a $37.65 order. Told me to call the store back to cancel order when the store told me they had to do it.

      Grubhub sent a driver to the wrong address. My food was delivered to a random stranger's house despite me contacting the driver while he was en route and sending him a map. I contacted Grubhub who reassured me two things 1) they would contact the second driver and make sure he did not repeat the first driver's mistake and 2) that they would transfer the full tip ($15) to the second driver.
      Instead, the second driver went to the same wrong address. Since he called me, I was able to eventually get him to my address (not my home and not familiar with the area). The driver spent considerably more time and gas than he would have had Grubhub kept their word.
      Additionally, they reduced the tip to $4 (without notifying or asking me) and refused to keep their word and transfer the full tip as I had requested (before the second order was even made).
      The two customer service reps and the supervisor who eventually joined the chat were stupendously unhelpful and very nonchalant that they had lied to me. They refused to honor their promise, and the driver was not properly compensated.
      Now I am going to have to meet this stranger (the driver) somewhere and do Grubhub's job for them. I am going to have to invest time, effort, and money because of Grubhub's lack of integrity and lack of concern for their customers.

      Grubhub is a scam! I ordered food and it was TWO HOURS LATE then after contacting customer service they told me the driver delivered to WRONG ADDRESS and that I cannot get a refund!!! How is this even ethical???? I paid for food and cannot even get the food or my money back! WORST PLATFORM TO USE! THEY ARE ALL ROBOTS WITH AUTOMATIC RESPONSES!

      GrubHub is horrible twice now I have ordered from them and they dropped my food off who knows where I guess their business model is to just drop your food off in the neighborhood and you have to go searching for it they offered me a free subscription to grow up for 60 days what would I want with that if they can't get the food to me people are too stupid to be able to read an address number I suggest they hire drivers without more than a second grade education
