      Horrible experience they won't refund my money 99 and some change. Their app changes the address from drive to road and sends driver to wrong location I told them I can't use the app after telling me 3- 5 days for refund they end up putting it as credit on my account on the app I can't use. I asked for the money back they hang up on me. I'm fed up this is highway robbery. *** can barely buy food today as it then I'm out 100 because they are fraud!!!

      I have ordered from Grubhub two times now. The first time, an entire meal was missing from my order. So I contacted them for a refund. I figure I would give them a second try. I ordered meals for my family and this time the drink was missing. I contacted them and they refused to give me a refund for my missing drink because I have too many refund requests recently. It is not my fault that items are missing from my order. And it was only my SECOND time ever trying Grubhub. To make matters worse, the answers I was given were clearly copy and paste. They didnt care or even try to help. I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated. I no longer trust this company.

      I ordered $50 worth of chinese food and got $20 worth of pancakes from ***** I called the driver. He didnt speak english but he did come back to collect the pancskes. I spoke to the driver's supervisor *** he said that i would get a refunf in five days but could not fulfill my order. My compensation is a refund of their delivery fee. Frankly, a reputeablefirm would have made an immediate refund or sent the corect order. They screwed up and they are failing to take ownership of their mistake. They add a delivery charge AND a sevice fee. They also collected the driver tip in advance. Thier business practices are not very reputeable.

      THIVES I literally just started using the service September 28. I was supposed to get a delivery today that I never received. Went downstairs immediately after receiving the text that my order was here. I went out immediately and there was no one outside except my neighbor who had been sitting in their car for sometime. she attested that there was no delivery driver that got out. Tried to get a refund and they told me I received an unusual amount of refunds or concession. HOW? I JUST started using this service in the past 3 days, and they decided to give me a $7 credit due and refund to a store cancelling my order (store said they didnt receive the order); I didnt even ask for it, they just sent it. They wont even try to contact the courier to ask where my order is. I asked if they received proof of delivery and all he could state was that he could see a white plastic bag, but no surroundings, no identifying markers; just white plastic. That photo couldve literally been taken inside of someones car. I will never use this service again and Ill be sure NONE of my close friends or families do either. I thought door dash was terrible but this takes the cake EASY. I was irritated with the tone of Door dash customer service but they have NEVER robbed me.

      Terrible experience!! I ordered $97 worth of food for my family that I never received. I contacted customer service who stated that she cannot process a refund. She stated that I had an unusual amount of refunds on the account. This isnt the first time that I did not receive my delivery, but the delivery driver said it was delivered. The *** stated that she didnt have a boss that she could contact, couldnt provide her ID number, and didnt attempt to resolve the issue. She stated that she was located in the ***********. She kept ***eating the same thing like she was a programmed robot. The *** treated me like I was a criminal and had did wrong so we were being penalized for something the company did not do. When I pay for service the expectation is that it is fulfilled. So I contact ********* and tell the manager my situation. She stated that someone actually called here and said that food was left outside of her house. Thankfully the manager gave me several options. So I call the *** back and tell her Im not looking for a refund, but to tell her that drivers are in fact delivering food to the wrong homes. The drivers should be held accountable not the customers. I am so dissatisfied and upset. The customer service for this company is unprofessional and demeaning to say the least. How does the company have a red flag on my account for their wrong doings/faults. Then to tell me there is no one else I can contact to make a complaint, no boss, no other number, then disconnect the phone and transfer me to the survey. She had the nerve to tell me I was a Plus Member. The only perks about being a Plus Member is not receiving my food. This company it terrible.

      My food was going to be delivered at *****PM and got pushed to 03:44pm and I tested the driver to check why m7y food was delayed. the driver texted me to tell me "I Was Stupid". I cannot pick "0" stars sp selecting 1 star due to no options, GrubHUB SUCKS!!

      They make their drivers make multiple stops so your food will arrive cold and late. They dont offer refunds for delivering cold food, only a lame $5 credit (which theyll bump to $7 and then $10 if you complain, but theyre hoping you accept $5). But thats just a way to entice you to use them again. But I will not. They ****. And they barely pay their drivers. And when they do issue refunds, they take it out of the restaurants charge, even if it was not the restaurants fault. Theyre awful.

      Tried to cancel my subscription and they make it so difficult that they want you to give up so they can continue to draw automatic payments from you. They asked me for dates I was charged, first six digits of my cc and the last four, e-mail, and amount I was charged. Then told me that the email given was wrong yet it is the one I used to sign up for my account. Its literally in my profile. After all that I was told I would have to talk to their advanced team through emails. Its a scam. Do not sign up for ******.

      Worst business ever for Customer and for restaurants! Food is Always late, Cold it says free for prime members, but they still have a service fee. They said they were going to come and then they never came.

      Ordered food over 2 hours ago and it never came. They wont refund me. First time using grub hub never using it again.
