      Ordered through GrubHub. I was told I was not in their delivery area so I had to go pick the order up. ******* at the restaurant was told their GrubHub tablet was off-line. They did not receive the order, so I re-ordered and paid for the order again. They assured me GrubHub would reimburse the payment I made to them. Did not happen beware of this company. They billed me for $52 and did nothing at all for me. The charge was pending on my credit card statement for two weeks. I assumed it was because they were canceling the charges. Wrong ,they charged my credit card. they said it was against company policy to reimburse customers after 48 hours from the date of sale. It took two weeks before it showed up as a purchase on my credit card.

      GrubHub refuses to pay me for earnings I made on November 25, 2023. They entered the wrong card number into their system from my direct deposit form and would not change the number even after the number bounced back to them as the wrong number. I called them when I didnt receive the layout and they explained to me that they would make the correction or send me a check. They never did either, therefore I couldnt do anymore orders until they fix the card issue or send the check. It is now September ******************************************* payment after I sent screenshots of my earnings they realized that the payment bounced back to them and still has not paid me. The customer care team keeps lowing to me and no one is phoning ne back or has resolved the issue. I am livid about this matter.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. This place has screwed me and left me hungry for the last time. I've been waiting for an hour and a half for food, and when it's finally "delivered" I get a text with a blurry pic of my alleged delivery. Not the first time they've not delivered my food, given me the wrong order, or given me completely inedible food (I once got an order of cheese fries that was COVERED in iodized salt). I try to understand that everyone is fallible and sometimes mistakes will be made. But this is the last straw. I will never give this business another dime of my money and will spend the rest of my life encouraging other people to spend their money elsewhere as well.

      I wish I could give them a 0. ******** customer service. They will take at least 3-5 orders or more at a time. They've not delivered my order, customer service gave us a half credit. We decided to give them a chance over and over...after tonight I am done. I ordered an order at 7:30pm order estimate was 8:20. We have watched the driver pick up 3 orders and finally ours then delivered to multiple people and is now at another resturant pickup another order...its 9:17 and obviously not here...wow just looked he just picked up ANOTHER order.. this is ridiculous. We want to cancel our order but we'd be at fault.

      They will steal you money while their illegal alien workers steal your food. You will be made to foot the bill. **************** are a bunch of stupid Indians who have poor English comprehension and they refuse to refund you even when their is evidence on their end that the order was not completed and that you received nothing! The class action lawsuit for Lack of services and good not being garnered is going to bankrupt this SHYTHOLE business

      Horrible!!! If you call with an issue, they have a rehersed answer that there is nothing they can do and "they are going to hang up on you." I will never use them again and hope you will not use them. They have no concept of customer service!!!

      They need to be shut down, they're cheating people. Rather than fixing the issue, they refuse and rudely hang up in your face. Unprofessional and thieves.

      Refused to refund *** tem I didn't get.Ordered a14" pizza with 2 items on it and wings. Recieved the pizza but no wings.I notified grubhuband I was told there was nothing they could do. I lost almost $10.00 and got screwed by them. Never again will I use them.

      Do not ever do business with grubhub. You will not get what you ordered. Items will be missing. Then when you complain they want to give you a $5 credit like that's going to actually buy anything. It's a trap!! Stay away.
