      The absolute worst!!! I've never more of a problem getting onboarded and getting access to my own account more than with Grubhub. I've spent over 5 hours on the phone with "customer support" and all they can keep telling me is I'm not the admin on my account because a former business partner, who is not part of the company anymore setup the account. Hey **********************, you're in the hospitality industry now!! Act like it!!! What's less than 1 star?

      I ordered food through "Crubhub" from "Pizza King" my order was incorrect, food was ***** and burned. When I informed crubhub that my order was incomplete I was told that I would get a refund. Needless to say they never refunded my money back. Stay away from *******, and Pizza King!!

      Hello, I had ordered food from GrubHub and when the food was delivered, the food was not prepared correctly the food was overcooked. It wasnt hot and it was an edible so I reached out to GrubHub via their customer service feature through the app to request a refund for the food And of course I was denied the request for a refund. This isnt the first time that Ive had denied our request for a refund from GrubHub over either issues with the food or issues with the way the food was delivered to my door. Im not quite sure why GrubHub feels like customers can pay a lot of money to have food delivered to their door but the food can basically be delivered. Any kind away cold with herd an edible not placed and he knows it thrown up on your location not place at the proper location etc. Im not really sure what type of compensation if any GrubHub thinks that customers who spend money one to purchase the food pay for the delivery fees to have the food delivered to their residence and if there is a mistake, why isnt it being rectified by GrubHub? Why does the customer have to go through their bank file a dispute wait for however long it takes for the dispute to be approved through the bank, etc. why is a corporation cant GrubHub listen to the customer and do right by the customer

      GrubHub took my order 19 miles in the wrong direction before I baled on the order. I once learned the phrase "Corporate sense". Perhaps that was what was employed here because, in the non-corporate, real world this is madness. I will NEVER use GrubHub again!

      Never actually gets to my door. The food is often left outside of my building, despite constant reminders to bring to my door. I have never been compensated for this, and whenever I complain, the company offers a month free trial of Grub Hub plus. Thats just what I need, more items I pay for that never make it to my residence. Worst service I have ever paid for!

      If I could do 0 stars I would. Don't bother to waste your time and money on ordering via Grubhub app. My 1st order - delivered to a different location despite all area being clearly marked with building numbers. As per Support - I should have received a photo with drop off - I did not. Food was nowhere to be found and driver did not respond to phone calls/texts. Voicemail was full. Horrendous service fees. I order food on apps all the time and never had a problem like this witg any other apps. Never again.

      Thieves! DO NOT ORDER THROUGH GRUBHUB OR DOORDASH! WARNING!They will not refund you if your order isnt correct, inedible, or not delivered. They need to be shut down. They belong in jail! TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDULENT SERVICES! I had no idea they were affiliated after having issues with ******** refusing to refund me for over $50 inedible food. I tried to dispute it through my bank they still refused to refund me. I dont know who enjoyed my $41 meal tonight it wasnt me! The driver turned their phone off so I couldnt communicate and ask where my order was. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED! I called the police they said it was a civil matter. Thats BS. I just got out of the hospital, Im in a hotel, the church loaned me money for food. GRUBHUB STOLE MY MONEY AND THE DRIVER KEPT MY FOOD! Repulsive customer service! Order at your own risk.

      My original order was $145. It was supposed to arrive between 4:58 p.m. and 508 p.m. My order was delayed twice. It finally said delivered at 6:30 p.m. No one had showed up to drop off my food and it was not left outside my door. I tried to contact the delivery driver, she would not answer her phone either time that I tried to call her or when I tried to text her. I then contacted GrubHub who continued to blame me for the food not getting to me. I have never had any issues with food being dropped off at my address until now. They resent the order. The *** for the New order was between 7:16 p.m. and 7:26 p.m. It was then delayed two more times. It is 8:26 p.m. and it is now showing me that my order will not show up until after 9:00. That is more than 5 hours of waiting for food. On top of that the restaurant is now out of what I had ordered and now my order needs to be changed which is only going to prolong delivery even further. This is the most aggravating delivery I have ever had to deal with. Grub hub will not give me any kind of refund or discount for all that I have had to deal with. I have children that need to eat that are supposed to be in bed at 8:30 pm. They let the drivers get away with stealing orders at the expense of the customer. The ******************** employee I spoke with blamed me and ended my chat while I was in the middle of typing. They are rude and do not help nor care.

      Charges my card but declines the order due to "Fraud". I can no longer order through the account until it's "investigated". How you deny the order but still charge the card? Will never in my life use GrubHub ever again. Immediately used ubereats and had zero issues. Plus got a cool 40% off. GrubHub ***** eggs.
