      Ordered from a restaurant 1 mile away fue to being sick . Food 30$$ charges 20$$. Driver was late. The 10$ coupon I entered was just thrown out the tip generated by grubhub. I will never ever order with them again. No wonder they are losing customers left and right

      I am currently a driver for Grubhub. Trying to contact a human being with this company is completely impossible. Trying to report unsafe or unfair conditions is not possible. I have a violation on my account and there is no way to address it. There could have been possible fraud on my account and there is no one to contact. The only way to try and contact someone is to fill out a "form" on the app. No one ever responds. They do not care about the contractors that deliver for them and make them money, so I know they could care-less about the actual customer who pays. Stay away!! Do not attempt to work for this company and I would suggest to not order through this company.

      Do not use grub hub we had gift card from daughter and yet had to give our credit card number? didnt appreciate that. used gift card yet $50 charged to credut card not gift card wanted them to charge gift card and put money back to our credit card oh they cant do that then wanted them to give daughter back gift card money oh they cant do that do not use grub hub how often do they sneak this in on folks especially the elderly not so computer literate

      This service used to be ok but every time I order (and yes, I tip well) they alway make 1-3 deliveries before mine. By the time I get the food it is worthless and I run to ********* or ********* to feed my family. This service is horrible. Stay away.

      Put in an order, waited, food never arrived. I received a text that my order was cancelled. No food, money gone for 3-5 business days. I will Never order from grubhub again

      I ordered my food from coldstone, they never delivered it. Charged me for the order then, made me wait 5-7 business days to tell me that a refund was being denied due to a order I made the prior day being canceled due to the restaurant giving my food to someone else. When I put in the ticket grubhub offered me $50s in gift card as compensation. I denied this as my order was over the amount of the giftcard. After their 'Specialist' denied my refund I called back and they offered me $10. The specialist takes years to reply to anything and I simply wanted to know what flag the system is showing for me to get it removed as I would save money from ordering using grubhub plus which is offered with prime. I experienced multiple issues with the app denying my payment after the cancelation of the order the day prior this app and people that provide the labor on it are nothing but unable to preform the duties that the app tries to provide. I tried to go though CS in order to hopefully resolve the issue without making a complaint and leaving a bad review but that is not an option with this service. The only advice to people that want to use grubhub that I can give you is make sure to make all purchases with a credit card as they are thieves and its sad that mastercard and amex are more helpful then grubhub's customer service department.

      I wish I could do 0 stars.. this is a fraud business. They offer to have your food delivered as a typical drive from restaurants. Except since they don't pay c*** You tip,pay fees, service fees, and then drivers get 2-3 orders a time and your food cold,melted, and they have all kinds of policies that its not there fault. But that is there whole service, so it is.. AI BOTS take care of complaints so they can ignore you.. worthless business.

      Grubhub was great until I was wrongly fried. I have called asking for answer and they kept telling me Im in violation of the terms for grubhub but I wasnt working I was on leave from having a baby so I havent worked in 6months and they want explain anything to me or how they came up with the decision.

      As a restraunt business owner myself I can't say I'd ever bash a restaurant based off of a grub hub delivery- obviously it wouldn't be up to par. By complaint comes only with driver they contracted to deliver my neighbors food whom almost ran my children over. Perhaps instead of profit they should consider who they have representing them as a company over profit. I know I would

      Placed my order for delivery in ***** Minutes. My driver was reassigned and then order was delayed an additional 15 minutes, ok fine. Then the new driver picks up the order, I watch him drive all the way to my location and then boom speeds off. Order shows delivered. No food left. I messaged the driver, no response. I then reach out to grub hub. They confirm the address. Tell me the food was delivered. A lie. I ask can you message the driver please. No it was delivered. Lie again. Then they offer new food with another hour wait. No just refund me. Now I have to wait 5-7 for $70 and no food. This is not doing all you can to serve a customer and the whole interaction was demeaning as I was making up the fact the driver stole my familys food!!! Terrible service.
