      Several times I ordered through GRUBHUB. my mistake. I ORDERED 1 SALAD AND 1 SIDE OF SHRIMP ON 3-1-25, I WAS CHARGED 2 DIFFERENT AMOUNTS AND THE DELIVERY PERSON, THANK GOD AMERICAN, ASKED IF I ORDERED 2, i DID NOT. AMBRUSCI FIRE AND WINE WAS WHERE I ORDERED. FEW WEEKS AGO, i RECEIVE 2 ORDERS OF MEATBALL WITH MARANARA AND BREAD, RECEIVED 2, I ORDER ON THE *** FROM GRUBHUB. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES AT DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS WHEN ORDERING FROM GRUBHUB. THE RESTAURANT WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT, THIS LAST TIME WHEN I ORDER 1 SALAD CALLED THE "KITCHEN SINK", 1/2 ORDER WITH SIDE OF SHRIMP. I SAID I DIDN'T ORDER 2, I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND ONE WITH THE ORDER AND "GRUBHUB" CHARGED $24.30 WITH *** CHARGES AND AUTO TIP, THE ORDER I DIDN'T ORDER CHARGED ME HIGHER FOR THE SAME ORDER I DIDN'T ORDER $27.50. I CALL AND GET SOMEONE IN ********, or the *********** or what ever. they hung up on me, yes I was upset, but because #1. I DIDN'T ORDER 2 OF THE SAME ORDER. LAST TIME I ENDED UP WALKIN TO THE RESTAURANT AND GAVE THEM BACK THE ORDER BUT THEY WOULDN'T COMPENSATE, THIS TIME THE *** FOR GRUBHUB DOUBLE ORDERED. ANOTHER TIME I GOT SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. I DIDN'T ORDER. THEN I GET PEOPLE WHO TEXT ME IN SPANISH. I SHOULDNT' HAVE TO DOWNLOAD A TRANSLATION ***. BECAUSE I CAN'T GET AN AMERICAN TO DELIVER TO ME. THE DRIVER YESTERDAY ASKED ME IF I ORDERED 2 ORDERS I SAID NO. HE SAID "OH WELL," , THEN GOT CHARGED 2 DIFFERENT PRICES FOR `1 KITCHEN SINK SALAD AND SIDE OF SHRIMP WHICH i HAVE 2 RECEIPTS FOR $16.25, i need refunded the entire amount whether this driver delivered in ERROR 2 orders when I ordered ONE ORDER.........       The first two times I used their service there wasn't an issue. The last several times I used them their service is a complete joke. They NEVER deliver during the time frame they claim. They NEVER want to refund you or cancel the order. I don't want my food after it sat out for over an HOUR waiting to be picked up for delivery. I was trying to cancel it when it hadn't even been picked up because who wants something that is no longer fresh?! It's not the restaurant that is the issue, it's GrubHub. Their customer service is a joke. I tried giving a 2nd chance but the service is garbage. Will not be using their service again.

      GH cancelled an order to my hotel as they could not deliver there and sent a text that they would refund my money. Instead gave a Grubhub credit that I cannot use as I don't have gh where I live. When asked to take back their credit and refund they basically said too bad. ****************. They didn't provide the service then would not refund my money. CROOKS! We should all start a lawsuit

      This app is garbage do not use grubhub I ordered my food and the app made me order from a store a city away from me so not only did my food arrive 2 hours and 30 min late but also my food was cold and inedible and the support team is no help they are rude and end the chat quickly so they dont have to help and calling them wont do you any good because they would just try to quickly end the call I even emailed them this morning and its still no help they told me they dont respond to emails that the support can handle but they still reached out to me about this situation so im guessing this company hired good liars. very untrustworthy app do not download this app if you already have an account delete it you might as well download DoorDash or Ubereats they are the most reliable to respond and HELP their customers.

      I ordered a meal from ******** BBQ. The delivery was missing all BBQ sauce (which is the main ingredient to a BBQ plate). These meals are not as ordered. Grubhub Customer Server refused to provide a refund on impacted items, giving me a partial refund. Poor service. Stealing ~$50 in refused refunds.

      What a sh*t show.I placed an order and my assigned driver was a FEMALE presenting name, with a photo of a CAUCASIAN FEMALE. I saw the driver pull up to the house next door. It wasn't the person I was expecting to drop off my order. Instead, I saw an AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE. Who is this person?From my window, I watched them drop off my order. ****, no big deal. I can walk over next door. Then, before I stepped outside, I saw from my window that the "driver" had walked back up to the doorstep next door, they got back in their car, and drove off. I went outside, only to find that my order was nowhere in sight. I checked the photo they sent me, and it was the wrong house number. They stole my order and claimed they delivered it to the correct address.I spoke with a *** from GrubHub and they issued a re-delivery. I demanded for a different driver, but to my surprise, I got the same exact driver. I chatted with support again to see if they could cancel my order so I wouldn't have to interact with the "driver" who stole my order. The support team wouldn't cancel my order, even after I had explained the whole ordeal, and they "assured" me that my order would be delivered this time. Lol, the support team did not understand my plight.The "driver" finally showed up with my redelivery, and when I told him he delivered to the wrong address, he proceeded to lie to my face that they had never been to this address before and they were delivering for my neighbor before. **** nobody lives next door to me. My previous neighbors just moved out a few weeks ago and there isn't a new tenant there. He also lied that he was delivering for a ******* or a ******* next door. **** again, nobody lives there and my previous neighbor's name was neither one of those names. At this point, I was livid. He didn't even give me my first, stolen order. He just drove away and took a half a**ed photo again, this time a blurry photo that wasn't my house.Unbelievable. I wish I was making this up.

      Ive only made 4 orders through GrubHub and I havent had a single issue until today. The app glitched and chose a restaurant location 30 minutes away from me, therefore, my food arrived cold and late. I attempted to reach out to customer service to simply see if I could even get a credit for this. The customer service agent I spoke with said due to the unusual amount of refund assistance on this or previous accounts I am not eligible for a refund nor will I ever be eligible for any refunds. I attempted to understand what this history couldve possibly been, as Ive only placed a total of 4 orders and this is my first issue, but rather than helping me understand, the customer service agent was rude in response and eventually disconnected the chat. I attempted to then connect with another person, but before they would even give me a response they said your status has not changed. If theres nothing else I can help you with, I will have to disconnect the chat. I was dumbfounded by this treatment and the fact theyre pulling this history of mine out of thin air and not helping me understand but Ive since realized I wasnt the only one that had this experience, I deleted my account and will never again use GrubHub.

      If i could not put a star i would these guys have now taken our money 3 times in 2 years and grubhub refuses to resolve this accordingly when we spoke with the grubhub representative (*****) he basically said he did not care these criminals are certified thieves and you cant even get legal help to assist you with anything i will never use them again the drivers they have are completely disrespectful drinking and smoking while delivering at 1 point i had my food eaten before it to me and grubhub refused to settle it they should not be allowed to operate like this poor service

      Literally the worst delivery business out there. You order and then you never get your food but you'll get a message saying it's been delayed. Go with one of the GOOD services like Ubereats or Doordash. You'll save yourself the aggravation and you'll actually get your food.

      THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES!!! EVEN IF SOMEONE HAS BEEN DRIVING FOR THEM FOR YEARS, IF THAT PERSON TURNS A CERTAIN AGE OR THAT PERSON DEVELOPS A DISABILITY, EVEN ONE THAT DOES NOT AFFECT THEIR WORK, THEY ARE IMMEDIATELY FIRED!!!! AND I HAD A 5 STAR RATING, SO THE CUSTOMERS DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME, ONLY THE COMPANY! I GUESS THEY THINK THE FOOD WILL TASTE BETTER IF IT IS DELIVERED BY SOMEONE YOUNGER OR PRETTIER?!?!
