      Grubhub is Terrible!!! The representatives Lie and transfer me from one person to another!!! They will not help!!! I krep getting my orders with items and food missing!!! The wrong beverage, I asked for a canada dry gingerale and received a green drink. I asked for a ***** can and received a fountain drink in the cup!!! I also hax a order get to me over an hour and a half late!!! With a totally different person bring me my order!!! Not the person I was who sent a picture of!!! Also insteadof using the $25,00 discount toward my order yesterday!!! Gtubhub took$31.93 from my bank account which I did not have any money in!!! I have been callinh about this since last night!!! I have dpoken to ver 20!!! differnent people from grubhub about it and they will not refund me back my money!!! Tgey are very Disrespectful!!!

      If Grubhub cant deliver and they end up canceling an order, the business is not compensated for there expenses/food that was prepped which is now wasted. This is terrible for the expense that is not the private businesses fault. Some are small business which already take a percentage deduction due to being on Grubhub. After having a long chat with the customer care **** I screenshotted the entire conversation and will never be ordering from them again for harming small business

      I have had multiple bad experiences with GrubHub, most recently last week. Last week, the restaurant received my order and called me to state that they couldn't deliver it and it will be canceled. GrubHub had no information that it was cancelled and refused to refund me for a service that was not completed.I have placed several complaints as GrubHub continues to hire drivers who do not know how to follow directions and/or do not deliver to proper address. I do not like to make complaints, however, if I am paying for a service, I expect to receive the product. Because I have reported every issue, I am now "blacklisted" from getting refunds or credits to my account. This business needs to be held accountable as they are taking people's money for services not completed.

      A week ago, I ordered from ** because I has having issues with DoorDash. I placed my order, paid for it, got the usual status messages. BUT - the non-English-speaking delivery guy delivered to the WRONG HOTEL. The ** representative said it was a wrong address. I checked 3 times to make sure I gave the right address. The **** offered to re-deliver, I said OK, she verified the SAME INFORMATION as I previously gave, then could not find somebody to deliver, so she offered a refund, and $10 credit on my next ********* week later, no offer, no refund. ******.

      Grub hub states that if you are a prime member you do not pay for additional fees. I used them 3 days ago and was hit with fees. I did not realize that they charged me fees even being a prime member. I contacted them and they stated this....I really do understand, Since it has been more than 48hrs since the order was delivered, We are not able to process a refund. All I received was an email with the total that was charged to my ****** account. It was not until I looked at my bank account did I fully see that excess charges were in place. I find this to be unlawful and horrible for consumers.

      History of incomplete orders. This has happened multiple times and we have now deleted the app. When you order food and drinks but only the drinks are delivered, and you still have to pay for delivery - I don't know what service the app is providing.Making things worse is the frequency at which this happens, I'd say you have about a one in four chance of having a similar experience. I live in ********** so experiences MAY vary; though, I'd be surprised if this business model isn't being reproduced nation wide.

      This has to be the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I received a $50 gift card and applied that to my account when I tried to purchase an order the account tells me I am unable to so after communication back-and-forth and then being ghosted I called to find out what is going on and they told me my account is locked, and I have to fill out an appeals form in order to get my account Unlocked. With no resolution to my $50 gift card funds. This is unacceptable and the last time I will ever use GrubHub.

      I order from Grub Hub a lot and rarely have issues. I recently ordered a meal to be delivered from the Grub Hub app. The next day i got a message saying that there was an additional $2 due to an order change. Since i hadnt made any changes to the order i contacted Grub Hub for clarification.The *** investigated and told me that their menu prices were wrong and thus they were charging me the $2. I know $2 is a small amount but its the principal of it all. I feel Grub Hub should have covered the $2 as it was their mistake. The *** told me that they couldnt do anything to help get my $2 back. Be warned..if you use Grub Hub they may end up charging you more for something that is clearly their fault.

      I recently used Grubhub to order a pizza for a friend in ******, ** while I was in ********. The experience was extremely disappointing. Despite paying nearly $30, my friend never received the pizza, even though the delivery status online said it was delivered. To make matters worse, the driver failed to notify my friend as promised. Its likely the driver delivered it to the wrong house.I reached out to Grubhub customer service, but speaking with the supervisor was unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, I felt brushed aside. Frustrated, I requested the deletion of my Grubhub account and credit card information.This was my final order with Grubhub. They can keep the $30, but theyve lost a customer. I wouldnt recommend ********************** to anyone based on this experience.
