      Grubhub is a rip-off. The driver gave me the wrong order and grubhub refused to fix the problem. Ive had missing food , food that never was delivered and someone else order. I sent a email to their cooperate office and sent pics. They refuse to refund my money. I will just go myself from this day foward because none of them are solid.

      Watch out! Grub Hub is deceptive. They are trying to get you to spend as much as possible at every turn. You cant cancel your order immediately after its is placed. I ordered 3 burritos but didnt realize that Grub Hubs menus reverts to the highest quantity (bundle) items. I realized that my order of $130 for 9 burritos amongst other items was way too much and went to cancel it within 10 seconds and received a response that we are sorry your order has already been startedwhich is a lie! How they dont have at a bear minimum of 2 minutes to allow you to cancel the order is beyond me. I will be using **** eats or Door Dash and will never use Grub Hub again. ***************.

      Worst service ever, even with amazon prime. Food was delivered 30 minutes late and cold. **************** is absolutely clueless and helpless. Would do nothing to resolve the issue. never using again. From the looks of the reviews I'm not alone. ****** should be ashamed to be associated.

      Im new to GrubHub only ordered a few times. I placed my order. It arrive 40 minutes late and because of that very cold which the order I placed did not turn out very well once having to warm up , anyways I contacted the Help line because it said they were honor if your food is cold or if late, which in this case was both for me after getting someone on, he stated his name was **** and he was the supervisor on for tonight. **** looked back and seen the issue. I explained the issue once again. **** then came back on and stated he could not give me a refund due to past refund or concessions. ? I did inform **** his information is incorrect because I am new to Grubhub and this is my first time having a complaint or requesting a refund. He said it was nothing else he can do and he would have to disconnect our chat which he did after he disconnected, I hit the chat button again hopefully to get him online and guess what I did. I got **** again. I asked **** can you please look and verify to see his information is incorrect and in accurate and that this is my first request for a refund and to even see that I am very new to Grubhub with only just a few orders because I am so new he told me he apologize for not me not receiving the outcome I wanted ?? I said it's not about the outcome. I'm upset that you're telling me something I've done that. I never had again asking him can I speak to a superior or manager or someone over him to search this matter to prove it was incorrect I was denied and that he had to disconnect the call. Again I'm starting to feel that that was made up to not have to give me a refund of my order but to make an excuse not to back it up very disappointed and very new to GrubHub delivery services Because I've always used DoorDash, but that now will change **** help make my mind up on that! I only used them tonight Because the timing on the delivery stated it will be here sooner than the DoorDash, but I learned my ******* Thanks for nothing **** twice!

      This company needs to be investigated and shut down. I ordered food through ****** as they had a no delivery fee offer. Driver went to the wrong complex to deliver my food. I told him he was at the wrong complex and he ignored me. He set my food near a gate at a complex across the street. I called Geibhub while the courier was still nearby to have him deliver the food to the right address. She refused and only offered me a $5 credit. I asked to speak to her supervisor who did nothing and would not forward me up the chain and refused to tell me what policy dictates that customers cant be escalated. 2 days later I was banned from ordering Gubhub, Trash took itself out. **** this business down.

      Grubhub has been charging my credit card for 3 months for their GrubHub+ subscription however they have confirmed through email in writing and over the phone that I am not a member. They tell me the only thing I can do is contact my bank to dispute the charge, however my bank refers me back to them. They keep telling me they cant find the charge but I have sent multiple screenshots from my statement. One time on the phone, the agent told me I was a member but when I explained the situation she retracted and said I actually wasnt a member. Clearly something is wrong and their only solution is for me to dispute through my bank every single month while they charge me PLUS I pay for delivery fees through GrubHub so they are double dipping.

      what's the point of a guarantee if they don't even refund for the nasty food they deliver ice-cold c*** last chance for me I'm done spending hard earned money on these crappy businesses

      This service is terrible. I ordered food at 4:00pm for 5:00PM delivery time. Grubhub pushed it later two separate times before they just canceled the order at 6:00pm. The restaurant said they do that all the time and the restaurant gets compensated for the food that they just left sitting there and me without food! ????

      Awful deceptive practices and terrible customer service. Was deceived about prices and reached out to customer support through their chat which conveniently disconnected, then called them, which also disconnected. Finding the chat and phone number was difficult enough. Impressive how trained the customer service **** are to dance around answers and avoid my questions.

      This morning at 8:10 I placed an order for ********* to be delivered by GrubHub. It is now 948 after multiple reschedules they have canceled my order. Somebody might say well why didnt you just go get your own *********? My job needs me before ********* open so I said hey why not be able to tip a driver and get my ********* give everybody a little bit of holiday cheer but no GrubHub drop the ball after multiple reschedules And on top of that Im required to take medicine every morning and was waiting on my ********* to arrive so that I can eat and take my medicine only for it to be two hours later and I still havent taken my my order and it was canceled so now I have to start all over with a new delivery and a new delivery service provider shame when you GrubHub do better
