      Horrible company in CA. They have drives that deliver the food open and spilling. The drivers are lazy and don't get out of the car even after you pay double in fees. Also the drives don't care about your life. Masked in her car but takes off to deliver my food with the same dirty hands she touched the covid mask with. How gross. Grub hub lies about refunds then tried to give only credits but not for the amount spent . Refuses to give any fees back even after the service isn't provided. You have to basically be hung up on. Waste your lunch time while moving to be treated like a piece of crap. Grub hub should be out of business

      what a scam! I have had terrible experiences with GrubHub for a while, it was convenient for the business that I work in (a women's shelter) to buy their meals when we couldn't cook them. Many times entire meals were missing or sides, they never refunded me and the driver ended up getting tipped for work they did not do. Last night was the last straw, they hacked into my account, ordered alcohol and liquor from liquor stores all the way in ********! I;m in **********! Shouldn't GrubHub give some kind of alert for these differences? And of course I couldn't get on the phone with my bank because it was Labor day so the charges kept going through, 4 times, over 300$ The hackers even called me! I let Grub Hub know how unsafe it felt to know these people have my bank info, my address and my telephone number! They said they would give me a call then they would give me an e-mail and so far I've still heard NOTHING! The hackers also changed my e-mail so now I have no access to my personal account. Absolutely absurd this business is still running after reading over thousands of complaints and reviews!

      I never received my order and when I called to talk to someone they said they can not help me because if other complaints I have made when I was missing something from my order. So basically their guarantee is garbage. The person I talked to was named ******, he said he was the supervisor. Well he eventually stopped communicating with me. This company definitely doesnt care about their customers. Luckily I was able to get in touch with the restaurant and they confirmed it was delivered to the wrong hotel. They took care of my problem they way it should gave been handled by ******.

      This is regarding being a driver for grubhub. My driver App email was changed by a grubhub employee without my permission on 8/30 and I was unable to get into the driver app to work. I emailed driver tech support and was not given a solution but told me to submit a form so I did. On 9/1 it was still not handled so I called their corporate office and was told they had to submit a ticket in order to fix it even though they could see no request to change it in the first place and I proved my identity. I was told on 9/2 when I called back it would be fixed that night within 3 hours and to call back if not. Here we are on 9/3 and it is still not fixed. When I called I was told they could not help me it will take 3 to 5 business days. All days I cannot earn my wages and access to my personal information was given to someone else in the first place putting me and my children at risk. They would not let me speak to a manager, nor did some of them even apologize for their mistake. If I could give this place 0 stars i would.

      They have complete idiots working for them. Im sorry but the amount of times that I have received the wrong order using this app is absolutely ridiculous. Imagine waiting almost 3 hours for your food only to receive the wrong order. Its unacceptable. I NEVER have any isssues when using DoorDash or Uber eats. Grubhub is the only delivery service that gets something wrong 80% of the time. Im deleting the app and never in my life using their service again. Oh and they also immensely overcharge with their fees only to completely disappoint their customers. Never again

      The absolute worst meal service ever. If you ever have any fraud on your account with them they do nothing to resolve and get back your money. They have terrible security problems with paypal and simply do not care. My account was hacked and person changed email address so now I couldnt get in. they said they will get back to me 48 hours later and nothing happened. I called again and they said they have no idea when this will be resolved and they still couldnt unlink the paypal account as its still being investigated so fraudulent person still had access to my account. The worst security resolution. I will never ever ever use them ever again. Terrible and clueless customer service,

      Placed an order through Grubhub for ****** and they gave me my delivery time. Later I received a message that the order would be delayed an hour longer. I messaged Grubhub to cancel the order for a refund and they refused to cancel the order. Grubhub refused to refund my money and then the customer service agent left the chat. I messaged their customer service AND their driver to cancel the order for a refund and still got no response. The driver delivered the order to my porch even though I Canceled the order. Not only was the order unwanted at this point but it was wrong when it was delivered. I tried to get a refund. I have even tried to delete my account with grubhub and still havent been able to do so. All they should have done was cancel the order and refund my money instead of forcing the order on me and not refunding my money after they couldnt deliver on time.

      RIP OFF SCAM !I WAS A FOOD DELIVERY DRIVER FOR GRUBHUB, THEY TREID TO STEAL MY MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT TO ME. IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO GIVE ME MY MONEY I WORKED FOR. THEY KEPT TELLING ME THAT MY BANK REJECTED MY DEPOSIT 4 TIMES. WHEN I TOLD THEM TO SEND ME PROFF OF MY DEPOSIT BEING SUBMITTED AND REJECTED, THEY WOULD NOT SEND IT TO ME. THEY KNEW THAT WAS A BIG LIE! THEY NEVER SENT IT TO MY ACCOUNT FROM THE START. I HAD TO START LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM, JUST FOR THEM TO GIVE MY MONEY I WORKED FOR. THE SAME DAY I TOLD THEM I WAS SEEING MY ATTORNEY IS THE SAME DAY MY MONEY MADE IT TO MY ACCOUNT, AFTER KEEPING IT FOR OVER A MONTH. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING, THEY ARE A BIG RIP OFF AND STEAL.

      Horrible service. More than half the time items are missing, specifically sides like french fries. This doesn't happen when I go and order at the restaurant so I have to think that the drivers are keeping it. Even if they refund the order, you still have to pay the service fee and tip, and then usually one person is left without a meal or sides. Then you have to go out anyway and buy the food.

      I have used this company through the prime membership that did not save me any money but most importantly did not deliver the full order or did not give adequate compensation for the time and money spent on food that is missing or inedible. I know this company has made over a billion dollars in revenue but for a hard working single parent that just wanted something to eat with my daughter does not deserve the quality of food or delivery that was received. If I had a car then I would have gotten the food myself but to use a service that claims to care and spend that kind of money is depressing and to think this is what I deserve. Not one restaurant but 2 different places with the same results. If the workers or drivers had this happen to them they would be angry but as usual no one cares about quality or other people to just do the job they took and treat people with respect.
