      I received an offer for $0 delivery for 1 year and canceled my subscription within a week. Grubhub sent me an email saying I would receive $15 off promo the following day if I placed an order so I did. I never got that $15 off promo. I reached out to customer service 6 times and got the runaround about it and then customer service just went *** meanwhile I started getting similar offers from GrubHub in my email. ITS A SCAM! Youll never get the offers they email you. Use the many more delivery options available. Grubhub and Ubereats have, by far, been the worst of them all

      Terrible service. App will cheat you on taxes, service fees, delivery charges and tips. Getting a refund is next to impossible. Quick to offer a promo code for another order using them but your actual money has disappeared. They absolutely do not care that consumer can choose a competitor. Grubhub knows their competitors also cheat their customers. Drivers drop food outside even when app says ring bell, hand order to me. Doesnt matter how much youve tipped.

      My GrubHub account was hacked on Friday 8/19 and someone ordered $65 worth of fast food using the credit card linked to my account. I got an email notifying me of the order and I called GrubHub customer service immediately to dispute the charge. I let them know that I did not place that order, I have not used my GrubHub account in over 2 years, and the food order was made in a state I have never lived in or even visited. My phone call with them on Friday was 100% unproductive. The best they could do is tell me someone from another team will contact you within 48 hours, my team doesnt handle cases like these. Flash forward 72 hours and I was still not contacted by anyone. So I called again on Monday 8/22 and was told the same thing: someone will reach out within 48 hours, my team doesnt handle these cases. So AGAIN, I patiently waited to be contacted. And what do you know? 48 hours later, its now Wednesday 8/24. It has now been 5 days since the fraudulent $65 charge was posted to my credit card account, I have called GrubHub twice about this issue and have heard absolutely NOTHING from customer service despite being told on two separate occasions that someone would reach out to help me. Since their customer service was good for absolutely nothing, I now have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company, cancel my card, and have them reach out to GrubHub and open a case regarding the fraudulent charge - ALL which could have been avoided if their customer service employees would just do their jobs. No wonder why GrubHubs reviews across all major review websites are so poor and many customers are leaving them to join other services like Uber Eats - a company that actually cares when something goes wrong. Long story short - this company is absolute trash and does not care one bit about their consumers.

      Ordered Arbys online. Paid $44 plus a $2 tip. Went to Arbys and they only had half of my times sent to them from Grubhub. The lady said they dont get the tips?! And the only thing you can do is contact Grubhub. Well obviously that was a nightmare. They were saying the fries and drink that were missing from the meals were only .50 and .80 cents, haha! In what world? The actual cost of adding medium fries and a medium drink is $5.30. $.50 and $.80 for extra to upgrade to a medium from a small. Grubhub only refunded the $1.30 and the tip. Dont use Grubhub!

      They have a problem delivering food ,I think drivers keep it ,I'm contacting the better business bureau, countless times over 10 times now food don't show up ,or they the drivers eat your food

      When trying to get the plus membership for free with prime I click on the link and and get a Error unable to link I have contacted grubhub more then 17 email telling me how to redeem and to contact Amazon says to contact grubhub back and forth. Amazon stolen my brother gift card and Kept the money. I have DM on ******* same issue their customer service is really bad so the prime offer is a scam

      Absolutely horrible experience using Grubhub, even with the + membership. I ordered through my account in the afternoon, got the completely wrong order. My boyfriend ordered us dinner, and the lady literally stole our food, when we tried to call her after a man in the front told us she went back into her car with it, she started yelling at us. They have absolutely no quality control or assurances.

      No responsibility for bad service, bad restaurant partner-performance, no way to talk to a Grub-hub rep. ***** again. Their site shows 4.5 stars. It has to be internal employees and not customers. Beware. Use anyone else

      Grub Hub customer service is terrible at best. When you call them about a refund, for an order that was not received, they happily send you a re-fund/cancellation notice that takes 3-5 business day to process. You will not get your refund! And you and call and call, and customer service will actively address your "concerns". And continue to tell you how sorry they are and they understand your frustration. At the end of the day, you WILL NOT get your REFUND. The stress for a small dollar amount of $25 and continued phone calls and follow up is not worth it. Just don't use Grub Hub. There are many other better options. Grub Hub charges exorbitant fees anyway, **************** are not interested to use them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

      I recently ordered from an establishment and waited for an hour just for the driver to pick up my food then cancel my order. The driver canceled because he told them a street was closed and he couldnt get her even though its more than one way to get from the restaurant to here. He just wanted to get free stuff. I ordered $50 dollars worth of food that the driver got for free. Drivers shouldnt be able to cancel once they are in route to you. Only thing Grubhub did was believe the driver and only accommodations I received was a coupon but that driver got free food. I even checked ****** maps to find that they was no road closures from my house all the way to the restaurant, even on multiple routes. Your customers shouldnt have to wait over an hour for food and then be told a obvious lie. My refund wasnt even for the full amount that was ordered. Lets just say if I can avoid ordering I will.
