      They keep charging my card every month for $10.59 for grub hub plus and when I checked on the app to see if I have the grub hub plus membership it shows that it needs to be signed up for which means I dont have it. Ive called them various times and they say my card isnt being charged and I dont have grub hub plus. Ive also reported the issue to my bank and they said to call grub hub for a refund but they wont give me a refund or resolve my issue.

      Disappointingly, my order was only half delivered and they only supply a refund for the items themselves, meaning i still paid taxes and higher delivery fees than if my order was smaller and in order to get those items id have to pay an additional $15 in fees and tip to redeliver. Theres no incentive to fix wrong orders here and that is pretty scammy.

      GrubHub is tent amount to indentured service. They falsely claims that you can be your own boss but punish you for denied orders.they promote distracted driving and will give you a order while your riding and punish you if you miss it.orders are non existent customer service is non existent overall is a complete scam. Class action lawsuit is a win with enough witnesses. They value acceptance over actual job performance.

      Its absurd how horrible of a delivery service this company is, when their competition is DoorDash. Ive never used GrubHub until we got the prime free delivery deal. All of the last 3 orders Ive done have left me fuming. They allow their drivers to pick up multiple orders and deliver at the same time. Ive ordered and watched the driver pick my food up, go to another restaurant, and drop off their food BEFORE mine, which was picked up first. Incredible. Thats happened twice. Third time Ive had enough. The driver was nowhere near my restaurant or me, and is going in the opposite direction. I got on support and demanded they cancel my order as they were already late on my estimated time, and in the time of me chatting with support they pushed back my delivery another 30 minutes. My food was done before the driver even picked up to driver my order. I will never use them ever again.

      Grubhub often has issues with orders that use coupons. Also they do not refund money when they say they do for incorrect orders. They have shady business practices!

      we ordered fajitas for two, queso and quacamole. We receive a quesadilla. We tried calling driver and no response. We called the restaurant and they said the driver picked up our order and the one we got was for Ubereats. Grubhub chat cut me off when i said i wanted a full refund. we were refunded for a part of our order but two people cannot eat one quesadilla and be full, By the time we got resolved it was too late to get anything else, Zero customer service. Last time we will use them

      GrubHub's business practices are terrible. The driver's payment card declined twice. I asked GrubHub if there was another alternative the customer service rep said no and he could only cancel the order. This is the 3rs time GrubHubhas cancelled my order due to issues with their payment card.

      If I could give 0 stars I would! They allow drivers to wait for ridiculous times at the restaurant, not really waiting for your order but to stock pile the drivers with deliveries that will inevitably be nasty after so much time has past! Then they delivery to several people along the way making it even worse!! Contact customer service, no real help. They act like giving you 50% off when an ENTIRE order of is disgusting, cold, mushy, and inedible is great..its not when you have to throw it all in the trash and disappoint guests!!! Then when you ask to have your membership canceled multiple times, no response. Canceled myself on the app. I work hard for my money. When Im paying for service fees, delivery fees, and a subscription, this is this type of service they provide?? NOT ANYMORE!! Ill NEVER order from this rip off delivery with horrible delivery practices and horrible customer service again!!!

      Their service is trash, help line is trash. All they do is tell you how sorry they are and how they can't refund you money in a timely manner. My food was thrown all over the deck and the out right refused to make it right. I don't think it would have been hard for them to just resend the order. I wish I could have sent pictures to them and on here. You would have to see it to believe it. They completely refused to make it right.
