  M D Hearing is a ******************. and selling Hearing Aids with other items to aid hearing better. Their pricing for items they are selling is reasonable, and ordinary person can afford to buy.

  The staff has been very helpful in trying to get me fitted for hearing aids. My hearing has deteriorated so severely they have had a difficult task and I may not have success with the aids but they are trying various approaches. I just hope they can be successful because they have invested so much effort in trying to help me.The fact remains that I may have to go a different route to achieve satisfactory results with my hearing. I do recommend MDHearing for people with a moderate hearing loss.

  I was amazed how loud and clear everything was when I was wearing the Volt hearing aids from MdHearing. The support was fantastic when I first started wearing them. I am really glad I purchased the aids.

  VOLT **** Received order, one of which did not turn on and other had no volume. Repeated contacts to your customer service neither acknowledged nor answered, aids returned under 45-day guarantee. I have bought your product twice in past with good service and no complaints.Your non- customer service shot this sale and could have saved it.I haven't bought others yet, and, in fact, I still like yours best. Will someone in your company still like to save this sale? Or will I have to continue to shop your competitors?If interested, PLEASE CONTACT ME.

  My first pair hearing aid did not fit well. They were very nice and quick to fix the problem by changing it to a different style without extra fees. It's fix now. They have a good support system with help to solve any issues. And done quickly and helpful.

  I initially called the customer service number for help in adjusting the hearing aid. After several calls with no answer, I called the sales department and told the woman I needed some assistance and had been unable to reach anyone at customer service. She asked if I had bought the one with free lifetime support. I was disgusted that within 45 days I could not get anyone to help me as I only needed someone to help me tweek it. It was then I decided to return it. It had to be returned within 45 days to get my full refund, but I was still unable to get anyone at customer service to give me a return number. To get full refund you had to have an authorization number or you would only get 80% if sent back with no number. The only answer I had was to dispute the charge.MDHearing is backed by a 45-day risk-free trial and free lifetime support from licensed hearing professionals. This is why I have not returned the merchandise. I will be happy to return when assured I will get back 100% of payment. Oh, yeah, You have nothing to lose.They evidently have records of me calling since they said they called back two times. If they called back, no message was left.Use another OTC ******************** It couldn't be worse.

  Excellent value. I hear much better with these than with my other, more expensive aids and the sound is clearer. I turned the sound on the ** down from the old settings. In the car I wondered why the CD player was so loud then remembered it was set for the old aids. Comfortable to wear and no fussing with batteries. I would like the volume adjustment to be easier to be precise for my old fingers but it works and I would like even more to NOT add to the cost. These MD hearing aids are a great value.

  My name is ***********************. I would like to thank MD hearing for the wonderful support they have provided with my new volt *** hearing aids. These aids are by far the best I've ever had. I have had 4 sets since ****, when I started driving semi trucks. In 1970's I damaged my hearing in both ears. Md Hearing's staff and doctors have been the best at helping me adjust to the volt *** aids. This is first aids I have had that set behind my ears. They are very comfortable, easy to program and adjust to level of hearing assist I need! Highly recommend MD hearing Aids. ***********************

  First of all these are not hearing aids they are hearing amplifiers. All sounds are amplified so voices are drowned out buy surrounding sounds and vice versa.After I paid for the mine I decided to go with another company so I called MDHearing to have my monthly charge for tubing and damage protection cancelled. They responded and said they would take the recurring charge off my CC.After a couple of months I noticed that I am still being charged. I have tried to contact them via phone and email but they have failed to respond. I will be contacting my CC company to report fraudulent charges in hopes of stopping this.Do yourself a favor and do not use MDHearing for your hearing loss. MD hearing in my opinion is scam so beware.
