Extremely disappointed with Hyatt. Hyatt closed my account with no reason! I used to enjoy the service well until now. Tens of thousands points were forfeited without clear explanations. Please stay away from Hyatt's hotel!!!

Manager very unprofessional. Hung up on me when I was asking questions about why I didn't receive the room I paid for. Over talked me each time I was explaining my concerns for a Celebrity client. **** ***** with boosie Badazz. We will never stay here again. And will tell other celebrities to do the same. He was not happy to receive this type of treatment.

Sock in room. That's not the worst though. I still have a second charge on my bank account for the room charge. I was double charged and no one will help me with it. I am having to go thru my bank to file fraudulent charges against the hotel. They told me it would come off after 5 days but that was just to get me out of the hotel. Would never stay here again. Beware!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Hyatt Hotel, where I stayed for four nights at a rate of approximately $400 per night. About a week after checking out, I received an unexpected charge of $100 for five movies that were watched during my stay.Upon investigating, I discovered that these movies were accessed by my 5-year-old child, who inadvertently turned on the TV and watched them without my knowledge. The hotel charges $25 per movie, and I was unaware that the TV system allowed a child to access paid content so easily. I believe this system is not designed with child safety in mind, as it should require credit card verification or parental approval through a secondary device, such as a phone, before allowing any charges to be incurred.I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and request a refund, but the manager refused to provide one, insisting that the movies were fully watched. I find this response unacceptable. As a parent, I would have never allowed my child to watch movies that incurred additional charges if I had been aware of the cost or if there had been proper safeguards in place.I am deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled and believe that other families should be warned about this issue. The lack of adequate protections in the TV system for preventing unauthorized charges by children is concerning. I hope that Hyatt will reconsider its policies to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I booked our trip on June 2nd, and our stay was to be August 18th-19th. When we tried to check in, the woman at the front desk said that our reservation was cancelled, and I would need to go to another hotel 10 minutes away. We explained that we had a confirmation and we showed it to her. She said her computer said they tried to call us and we didn’t answer our phone. First of all, we didn’t have ANY missed calls, and there was no email sent either. My husband was very unhappy and asked to speak to the manager. She called someone who said we had to go to the other hotel. When my husband asked to speak to him, she hung up. We asked how they could just cancel our reservation when we had a confirmation. The woman working at the other desk yelled that we had no right to get angry because we booked through Priceline (which we did not). She repeated this a number of times. Never an apology, no explanation, no anything. When my husband said that he was going to get in touch with someone higher up, she said, “go ahead, and I’ll still have my job tomorrow!” We left and called the other hotel to make sure we had a room there. This hotel said Hyatt never contacted them. They did have a room they could rent us, but we would need to pay for it because the Hyatt had not transferred the reservation. She was so nice and tried to get in touch with the Hyatt, but they would not answer their phone. She said we were the 4th person the Hyatt had sent over that day without any notice. I called the Hyatt a bit later, and when I explained that they had not transferred the reservation, she hung up on me. Now I need to call my credit card company and try to get my points back, and/or try to get reimbursed for that night’s stay. I have never been treated with such disrespect, incompetence and just plain meanness. I was sad enough that we would not be seeing our son for a long time, and they just

NO GO! There should be a trip advisory o. Play ** Mujeres Dreams and Secrets. **lta needs to take these properties off of preferred list. Its dangeours scammy environment. Worker from hotel stole Apple Watch from us. Collectively as a group we spent over $200k. I think I can leave a honest clear review with photos that would be deciding factors of your future trip here.2. Smoking policy is STRICT, kinda beyond what makes sense. Why would you all sell us a $600 cigar rolling table with matches and then tell us we can smoke outside the party, THEN tell every that did move outside to smoke they cant smoke. Thats very inconsiderate and why would we spend 600 for a cigar roller when we can smoke them. Literally a joke.3. This place is UNSAFE. We had 3 guest slip and fall because of wet floors. One guest went to get assessed and they were trying to charge him to even look at it. WARNING most of the floors are wet from condensation in public and private places. I was afraid to have my father walk home on his own due to this. UNSAFE conditions.4. My guest had their bathroom ceiling fall in, along with multiple mold issues. 5 rooms had to be reassigned due to mold and water damage. So over 10 people had to be moved due to water or mold issues.5. Communication- My guest of honors gets to the resort. She is 98 years old and needs a handicap room. The reservation includes handicap on actual paperwork. She had to wait until 6pm to get a room. That is ridiculous.6. Food- its a no for me but had a few places that we enjoyed. But from the soft over cooked shrimp to the pizza with no sauce. Its not worth the resort fee they charged my guest to be on the resort.

Went to buy alcohol and food at front desk was informed by the sweet young lady at the front desk that she doesn't have a License. To sever alcohol or been trained to prep the food on menue and the employee that has the license and can prep food went to break without informing her that she was going on break. Many upset guests. The young **** whom is working the front desk is doing her very best at informing guests of the delay in service. Apologies for the inconvenience. The young lady was clearly Indistres over the lack of coverage and employment during a busy time of the evening. If you want to hire someone who is not able to have a server's license, there should always be someone that has a service license on duty during a busy time of day when alcohol cells is at its peak, the young lady is doing her very best and I can only commend her for how well she is.Handling everything that has been put on her plate to deal with since management can't staff properly.

Hello, we had a reservation at Hyatt Place LAX/************ July *****. Our flight to *********** was cancelled due to the Global Outage. I called Hyatt Place immediately to cancel. They said that since I booked through Expedia, Expedia would have to call and cancel the reservation. I was also told that they are issuing refunds because of the Global Outage but they need a flight cancellation notice or waiver from Expedia. Expedia called Hyatt Place LAX multiple times with NO RESPONSE. I also emailed, chatted, and called multiple times with NO RESPONSE from Hyatt Place billing or management. Airlines (Delta and Jet Blue) and car rental company (Thrifty) all refunded us our money with no questions asked. We would like a refund from Hyatt Place LAX/************ for July *****. Can you please help us?
