****************** family and I were guest at the Hyatt *******************. hotel when I was surprised to notice mold in the bathroom shower area. I notified the hotel management which informed me that they would resolve the issue, they did not. I needed hotel Maintenace to disinfect and eliminate the mold due to the fact I had no way of knowing whether the mold was toxic or harmful to my family and me. In the bathroom of the hotel room there is no exhaust fan installed to draw the airborne spores out of the bathroom to prevent the air from being drawn into the Air Conditioning return air. The next day I made my request made know again and they assured me that it would be addressed. On the 3rd day I took photos of the mold to hotel representative notifying them of the importance to resolve this matter. My Stay was less than enjoyable, the staff less than attentive and management not responsive, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

To who it may concern,I am filing a complaint with breathless ********** where I was overcharged to stay there.I was there from April ***** with 2 nights free and the other six nights I was supposed to pay ****** a night times 6 which should be *******. I had a confirmation from Hyatt to give to breathless and they said they only had 2 nights showing for my stay. They only had an upgraded room for 3795,00. That is almost double than what I paid for. I went back and forth with breathless to show proof as I would have been kicked out of the room. Hyatt said they showed the reservation and breathless ********** not being corporative at all. I am requesting the ******* that is owed to me for breathless Punta Cana mistake. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions and need proof of what I should have paid.Thank you,**********

June 22 *************************** one of the two rooms I booked, and was bit by a bed bug. We took the bug in a cup to the front desk and spoke to ***** who just dismissed us and lied. ***** kept claiming the hotel had no available rooms and we can stay in the room or leave. He was not concerned about my aunt's arm that was swollen from the bite. After about ten minutes of going back and forth he magically had a clean and available room. I asked to speak to the ******************* said he would be in tomorrow but he didn't know when. I asked for the **** to call me but he never did. The next morning I asked again for the **** and ***** said the **** was not in but he spoke to him. ***** said the **** told him they checked both rooms and found no bed bugs. I find that impossible because my mother and aunt were in the second room they moved them to after midnight. At this point ***** didn't have nothing us to say to me and just gave me a blank stare. On 6-24-24 the ************************* contacted my via email and what ended up being a back and forth. The main issue I have is ******** started throughing things up that he did for my family like extending the hospitality room hours by two. On top of that he claimed bed bugs would have bite my aunt the first night, not the second. After ******** made that statement now it's clear he's calling us liars, very unprofessional. Sad part is we took pictures of my aunts arm and the bug plus showed ***** at the front desk. To top it off I was still charged for both rooms which I can understand paying for my room, but my aunts room! I even gave ******** over twenty four hours to let go of his ego and do the right thing but he's to ego driven.

Hyatt ******************* needs to lose the Hyatt flag. They are the absolute worst representation of the brand. I beg someone from Hyatt to visit the hotel and see the financials. They arent paying bills, or commissions, and they are firing staff because they cant afford them any longer. A true disgusting representation and any guest that has stayed there in the last year will tell you the same. Read the reviews.

The staff at this hotel offers great customer service and is very friendly. However, many things in the hotel do not work. For instance, there are no microwaves in the rooms, and while hotels usually provide a working microwave downstairs, the one here is broken. Additionally, none of the ice machines on the floors are operational, forcing guests to go to another floor for ice. The hotel does not seem to care about fixing these issues or compensating for the inconvenience. Not having access to a microwave during the stay was particularly frustrating. Overall, staying at this hotel has been a hassle due to the lack of basic amenities and the unresponsiveness to guest needs.

Stayed at Hyatt vivid ************ in ******. First false advertisements on the hotel is a huge issue, the hotel is not fully open yet, according to the staff the hotel is on soft opening stages. Which I wish they mentioned on their site that soft opening means the hotel is running with min amenities/services/restaurants.vintage club amenities such a hydro massages, special breakfast area, etc didnt exist, doesn't stop there restaurants have rotating schedule, with very limited options for lunch, one day there was no restaurant open cuz the one opened for lunch closed at 5 and the ones open for dinner don't open till 6 or 6:30. The 24 cafe is pathetic with two type of mini premade sandwiches and some mini pastries. Knowing that on the website they are advertising ******************** reality only 2 or 3 open at a time. A lot of information were left out when booking was made back in March, a lot of amenities/services just didt exist and if any did the came with many restrictions that again was not advertised. Also there was no hot water in two occasions, no AC in one, and the constant hammering noise was during most of the stay. The property is faraway from the street, so your only option is to get a taxi from the lobby so u can be dropped off on the *********** cuz there is no shuttle or golf carts that u can take. I only got an apologies from Management about the misled and false advertisement. I asked and asking for a refund.

I never smoked or vaped in my life. I called hotel and was told that they cannot refund $500 and to dispute charges, stay away from this place.

I'll tell you exactly what I think about this company. Everything was going great, until I sent customer concern email. This company isn't about their customers. It doesn't matter if you been a loyal customer. I've been staying at ******************************************* for a long time. I used to love staying with them, now I don't even want to hear the name Hyatt. I was forced into signing a timeshare contract, that they said I could never get out of "no cancellation of this legally binding contract is permitted." Is their exact words. They spend hours and hours talking you into signing something that you had no intention of having, but spend little time in helping you use it. They want to take everything I own if I try to get out of their program. "The options available to us in the collection of this debt include: additional late fees, accrual of interest, forfeiture of your property and all existing investment, and possible legal action that could include a deficiency judgment which would allow us to either garnish your wages or place a lien on any real property in your possession, including your home". Is what they wrote back to me in response to an email I sent them. This company is absolutely a nightmare to work this.

Not agreeing with BBB, Hyatt Regency terms on this. Completely disinterested in whatever free offer. Watch your 6 people, Hyatt Regency is a scam. A reservation placed the year prior for the eclipse in was reluctantly canceled weeks ahead of time. They charged for the stay anyway, or tried to. They give you the same idiotic little scrolling screen you're looking at now to complain about this. Ask if it is routine for them to charge for rooms with valid cancellations and they say nothing, not a good sign. Ask if Reservations.com shares complaints with Hyatt Regency, gets the same complaint screen and also gets you dead silence. Each 2nd time you complain about this, they send you a copy of the cancelled bill they sent you. Nothing else, no explanation at all.Do not send these people money, I gather they assume you've stolen it. They do not willingly answer questions about whether they treat everyone like that. They send you evidence that they've returned yours. Everyone else is just out of luck. They certainly do not answer questions about where they get theirs. You have to copy your idiotic scrolling IT input screen to keep your copy, and ask twice, another really bad sign. Copy your screen or it doesn't exist, and if you've already sent them money you're probably already out of luck. *********************
