      I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Warrenville and was charged for a television that did not work. They charged me $500. I did not break the tv. I want my money back. I am a senior living on a fixed budget. The money was withdrawn directly from my savings account with no recourse to retrieve it. I have reached out to a few Hyatt divisions with no results. They are insisting I broke the tv. I am a senior citizen. I was by myself and the t.v. never worked the entire time I was there. I would like a reimbursement as I cannot avoid to replenish televisions for Hyatt.

      Refused to price match even though we have submitted all documents. Tell us the will reach out to us and never reply. Dont respond to email. **** was yelling and being rude over the phone and refused to transfer to a a manger. They told us to cancel a reservation because they couldnt price match since it wasnt direct through them so we did and re booked. Now they say we have a cancelled reservation so its invalid. Everyone on the phone tells us something different. They continue to lie and say they cannot teach the people who do price match guarantee. Its simple do not post that you price match if you dont. Now we have lost out on a rate a third party could have given us because Hyatt took too long to respond. Every other person in our party booked third party and has had no problems. DO NOT book Hyatt save your time and money. I read multiple reviews saying its a scam and they dont match the rate and just look at the reviews they have on here

      POOL IS NOT WORKING - SEP 2023 Low rating because the pool was out of service the whole week I stayed here. The pool was the main reason I chose this hotel-- my nephew loves to swim. The pool is the main picture on the hotel website. How can it be "out of service" for an entire week ? I could see that it had water in it. When part of what you're paying for is not available, they should notify guests in advance and offer refunds.

      This hotel in north ******** ** canceled my reservation after it was paid in full for two night 9/14-9/16. Notified of late arrival and still canceled. Cost me more money to book another hotel. Hyatt place will not respond to my repeated request to discuss the matter.

      I have worked with the Hyatt for the past 5 months and this place is not a place to work if your trying to move up and make money. Full time hours 24 hrs a week when your told at hiring that this is a full time position 24hrs isn't a full time work week. Then to go to HR and have them look you in your face and them to tell you that 2 and three days are all that they can do. Not to mention the hire *** are all working together an they just don't care about there staff.. I had a supervisor tell the staff that they can't wait for all the black people to be gone so that they can and will only hire Mexicans. This same supervisor has attempted to fight one of her staff members and lie on the other while the whole time keep being told by HR that there is nothing that can be done with out proof but the whole time she gets to do what she wants to people and talk to them any kind of way.. NO RESPECT FOR THE BLACK STAFF CAUSE BLACK STAFF WILL STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES. Please don't get me wrong and I am not a racist I just feel all people should be treated the same. And I also fell the being rude and disrespectful shouldn't be rewarded with a Raise or a promotion that's just a way of say that your staff is less then and she has free will to treat people any kind of way.. YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO STAY OR RECOMMED THE HYATT INNER HARBOR TO ANYBODY.. THE STEALING IN UNBELIEVABLE AND THE **** THAT EVERYDAY YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO COMPLETE YOUR JOB. DOUBLE ROOMS 4 TOWELS 4 HAND TOWELS 4 WASH CLOTHES!! KING ROOM 3 TOWELS 3 HAND TOWELS AND 3 WASH CLOTHES AND YOU WILL HAVE ALL THIS IF YOUR ******. AND IF NOT YOU MAY HAVE 1 WASH CLOTH NO SOAP TOILET PAPER OR A BOX OF TISSUES. YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE SHEETS TO CHANGE A BED BECAUSE NO ONE IS THERE TO DO LAUNDRY AND THAT IS A ALL DAY WAITING GAME..SO TO SOME UP WHAT IM SAYING STOP PAYING YOUR MONEY FOR A HALF OF JOB NOT BEING WELL DONE STOP PAYING FOR WHAT YOUR NOT GETTING...STAY AWAY FROM SAGE HOSPITALITY.. THEY DON'T WORK WELL WITH THE BLACKS.

      An expensive pair of sunglasses was taken out of our room by Housekeeping. We filed a complaint and the sunglasses were turned in.Hyatt (through the service they use) is charging us $65 to mail the sunglasses back to us. This is completely unreasonable and unfair. When we contacted **************** to simply ship them back to us (which would cost about $5 through ***** they refused.

      I have a time share with Hyatt, I stopped payment due to them not giving us the extras that we we to receive at sign up. Also the company that we originally bought threw was bought out to Hyatt now the package we have is not good enough to even stay there for a week. I just want out! They are a horrible company that makes excuses for their unethical practices

      I stayed in the Hyatt place Brentwood and called early to see if the room would be ready early. I was told I could come at 1pm instead of 3pm, which I thought was great. I got there after a long drive and was told I would have to pay for an early check in, not stated earlier. I agree to pay the extra $ and then am told that the room I paid for months ago had been declined. I knew it went through but they charged the room again. The room itself was gross and had a huge stain in the middle of the carpet. It was clearly not cleaned and outdated. I went to check and saw I had been charged twice and went down to have it corrected. When I told the lady at the desk this, she stated she was aware there was something weird going on, and that she had tried to correct it that morning (I hadnt said anything at this point) so they were aware I was charged two times and were not going to say anything to me about it. I got a paper copy of the receipt showing the refund. Now I have been charged again by them for the room from h*** After being on the phone with multiple people today I am still out hundreds of dollars and get told that someone will be calling me back. Terrible experience.

      I reserved a 2 day reservation with the Hyatt Place at ********************************************************************** for July 28th thru July 30th. I drove 3 hrs from where I live to this hotel. Check in at 3pm, my debit card was swiped for $257. I checked in around 3:10pm. I was given an access key to room 416 upon check in. The furniture fixture fell off the wall, the Wi-Fi didnt work and the phone didnt work in the room. I was moved to another room bc that room should have been coded as out of service. My family was placed in rm 211. Upon entering this room, the mattress was stripped from linen sofa bed still pulled out with no linen. Dirty linen on floor. Dirty from the previous people who has stayed in this room. I had to attend my son AAU game at 6. So I had to leave with all my luggage and no room. After my sim game was over around 8:30pm it was storming and raining really hard. A tornado warning was in effect, my family and I was so soaked bc we had to grab all of our belongings in the trunk to bring into hotel since no rooms were available at check in. I asked ************* for a discount or to remove charges from Friday and she said she would see what she could do and never responded to me anymore.

      After a lunch at the ************************************* at the Hyatt Grand Cypress near ************ in *******, my credit card was incorrectly charged for $14,104 instead of $104. This mistake was not caught by the restaurant or hotel accounting system. Two weeks later I discovered the $14,000 excess charge on my bill and complained to Hyatt ***************** ********************** **************** was able to determine that the restaurant thought they had voided the error and found out from me, weeks later, that the void did not go through. The fraudulent charge was removed from my account 6 days after I first contacted them, and three weeks after the time of sale.I think it can be inferrred that Hyatt does not have a system in place to catch egregious employee errors, purposeful or otherwise, nor an accounting system that can catch incoming credit card assets being $14,000 higher than they should be.(It should be noted that my POS receipt includes further questionable entries. If this restaurant truly believed the fraudulent $14104 bill had been voided, then I should have seen a 2nd charge for the correct amount. Instead, the last line on the billing log states that the automatic 18% service charge was voided and my bill was paid in cash. )
