      Alight solutions manages the Raytheon retiree medical spending accounts for Raytheon employees. My mother has an account and is entitled to receive expense reimbursements from them. It is almost impossible to talk to anyone about this account. I have been on the phone numerous times with this business. I have set up a phone pin account that never works and they wont talk to me without the pin. I have set up an online account that does not offer a "contact us" option. The issue is they claim to have issued a large check and the has never been received. All attempts to contact them regarding the missing check have failed.

      I have contacted this company because I am unable to log in to my hsa account. I left my previous employer and I was registered with an online account. I was sent and email message that I will now receive a new account. I created the account. When I try to log in, I am unable to access this new account. I keep getting emails that my latest statement is available online without a link. This is the new account where information should be available. When I call the representatives, they say there is nothing they can do there but that is my money and I wan to transfer it to my new hsa with my new employer. I feel trapped because they won't let me go. One representative only restored access to the old account but that doesn't have the account # that I need to fill out the form to transfer my balance from their hsa account to my new hsa account. This has taken months and there website does not let me registered again (their advice). I have tried different browsers and the app and none of these give me access to my account. They refuse to provide me my account number despite given them my social security over the phone and other personal identifiable information. I am extremely tired and I am being punished for doing nothing out of the ordinary. Millions of people change jobs so why is this company so unprepared to handle this?

      Alight Solutions has blocked access to my 401k plan assets for the past month. I have called several times including most recently on October 5,6, 7 **********************, *****, ****** at Alight all of them were rude threatening in tone and blocked my access to my assets. ****** left me a very threatening phone message on October 6 - a number I NEVER gave them. They have been spying on me. .They refuse to tell me how they got this number. They have refused to provide required information to me including who to contact at the *************** to report Alight misconduct and what government agency is oversees regulation of this plan. As a legal U.S. citizen I am allowed to file a complaint and report this but they are willfully blocking me. They have tried to charge fees to me for accessing my account and even when paying what amounts to basically extortion they still have not provide access. Even after I provided personal data they had no right to, they sell to others. They still have not and will not provide me access to my assets. They have in essence taken them. They failed to provide tax documents required for the filing of my income tax return. Their conduct and "customer service" has been unprofessional rude, hostile and swinish.

      Good afternoon I would like to file a complaint against Alight Solutions. Alight Solutions is the managing company for my *** and Health Reimbursement Accounts I obtain through my employer. This year I have had to have a variety of medical procedures that have included, surgery, imaging and physical therapy. I have utilized MY *** benefits and Heatlh Reimbursement Account that I fund through my employer for these procedures. Since May of 2022 I have been continually harassed by Alight Solutions. This company sends me repeatedly emails every day to my work email threatening to suspend my *** debt card and demanding that I pay back the funds that I have utilized for these procedures. Every day this company harasses me to pay back the funds that belong to ME even though I have submitted all the receipts they have required. On 10/7/22 after being completing fed up with the threats and emails demanding payment of funds and the "suspension" of the *** debit card I called the company and spoke with an Alight Representative who advised me that I did not submit sufficient proof of the services, even though the debt card will not work anywhere other than a medical providers office. I was advised that I needed to obtain my full medical records and provide them to Alight for review. She stated that Alight needed to know exactly what procedures I had completed and then they would decide if they would approve the expense. This good for nothing company is not one of medical providers and is certainly not my insurance company provider and it is none of their **** business what medical procedures I have had done. This company manages the funds I put in that *** and my private health information is none of their business!

      A few years ago this company took over handling my husbands previous employers benefits. My (terminally ill) husband and I have been trying for several weeks to get get his pension started since he will be turning 65 in two weeks. However Alight says they can't find some of the records from my husband's employer. They requested we send our copies of the documents that were given to my husband at the end of his employment in 2015. We sent the documents over 2 weeks ago and it shows as received and and still nobody has reached out with any updates. I've called several times to their phone number on the paperwork and everyone I talk to has said....I'll make a ticket, I'll escalate the ticket, and promises to call back and if and when the rep calls back they say they have nothing and will escalate again... It's an endless, stressful loop!

      I have been trying to enroll in ******** for almost a month now. I want to enroll in the Senior Advantage ****** California South Plan and Alight claims they have been having "system". They claim my (Zip Code) is not loaded which is why none of the plans are accessible to me. Alight recently took over AON which previous provided the service with no issues. My co-worker who enrolled lives one zip code over from me and was able to enroll with no issues. My zip is ***** and hers is *****. They keep calling and claiming they need more time while my enrollment window is closing. I wanted to enroll directly through ******, however, because I am a retiree of **** I must go through Alight. Not only is this HORRIBLE customer service, I need my healthcare. Please help me. You can call anytime. Please ensure the *** of Alight (***************************) is made aware of this. I worked in the Executive Offices of **** and this customer service would not have been tolerated. I have detailed names dates, and times of all the people I have talked with at Alight starting August 1, 2022 thru today, August 16, 2022.
