      I have spoken with the same Alight customer service representative on 3 separate occasions: 12/14/2022, 12/30/2022, 1/12/2023, requesting a change be made to my contact information. Representative told me they could not change my contact information until I called them back with a pin number that would be in a letter they would send to my new address. It has been more than a month and I have never received any such letter. Their refusal to remedy this issue means my checks are not coming to me, but to whoever is living at my previous address.

      I put my retirement paper in on 10/24/22. As of today 1/20/23 no payment has been made. I call once a week and have been told they placed a ticket to the back room. I also emailed them on 11/30/22, with no response. The company is Alight ********* Services, and they confirmed I should have gotten a November, December and January check. I cant find out whats the holdup.

      I cant get my HSA money transferred from Alight Smart-Choice. I was laid off from ThermoFisher on 9/19/22 and I was hired by NXP Semiconductor. I completed a transfer form with Alight Smart Choice to transfer my $7000 HSA money from Alight smart choice, Thermo HSA provider, to Fidelity, NXP HSA provider, back in October 2022. I mailed form in and Alight never received the form, I have mailed in 3 more forms and faxed the request form, but Alight says they have not received the form to move my money, they have 45 minute hold times on call when i try to call. They say the manager will call, but they dont call me. I need my $7000 back,

      Alight manages my Health Reimbursement account. They make it virtually impossible for me to obtain information regarding my benefits. They do not have a normal chat feature, and if you email with a specific question, the response does not answer that question. If you reply to the email, it kicks back with "mailbox is full," and rejects your email. They have given me false information regarding coverage (reimbursement of paid insurance premiums), and denied those benefits they should be approving. If you do call their general number, you sit on the phone for an hour, are shuffled to multiple people, and then are cut off, or suddenly they claim they can't hear you. I am sent to multiple areas, even though I have been very specific; who I worked for, what area I need, and who left me the message on my phone. They have made it as difficult as possible to obtain your information. If someone does call you back, they do not leave a direct number for you to contact them. They provide you with the same general number, and your hour long wait only to be cut off begins again. If they don't contact you after making a couple of calls, they just close your ticket. My account allows for reimbursement of insurance premiums which is what was denied. I am trying to obtain specific information on what documentation they need in order for that premium reimbursement to be approved.

      My *** was transferred to a new company called Alight Solutions & a subsidary of them SmartChoice who handes the *** accounts.My yearly benefit of $4200 is funded into my *** account. These funds are needed to offset my out of pocket HEALTH expenses, which i need access to in the begginning of the year , especially , since i have chronic health issues that require me to have sevral yearly tests and visits to specialists and various health facilities. The problme is the new above company that NOW handles my *** account is incapable of helping me register with so i can access these benefits and submit medical, dental, & other allowed claims so I can get reimbursed for my out of pocket and/or any self-paid services rendered! The company has been unresponsive to my repeated attempts to successfully register an a ccount. i called both the Alight Solutions corporate in IL and still no help! My wife worked many years for these benefits from her former employer ******* La Rochebut since they ******* from Payflex (who was great) I am unable to submit claims in the previous years this benefit became active. i just need someone to contact the company @ ************** and their subsidary , SmartChoice.**************. phone # **************. these are our ****** benefits and they do me "as the spouse" no good if I can't us them because I cant succesfully register to submit claims & manage my yeraly benefit allowance. i would appreciate your assistance in this matter and time is of the essence as my health issues need to be addressed thsi year !! Thank You ************************* ************************************************* ************

      I had a child care dependent account opened by accident wby my *************** manager in 2021 with ******** Services, when I set up my ins after getting married, the amount of $2,000.22 was deducted from my income, I sound out about it towards the end of the insurance year when everything updated and stopped pulling for the account, leaving the sum of $2,000.22 in the account, I started trying to contact Alight - Smartchoiceaccounts several times requesting information to file a dispute to recover the amount, after our child was born and old enough to attend Daycare I started contacting Alight Smartchoiceaccounts again to obtain the dependent expense claim form for being reimbursed, the agents I spoke with refused to tell me any of their information if I had any issues with filing, they also neglected to send via Mail or Email the forms I was requesting until finally on November 30th 2022, I was told by the agent that sent the forms via email that all billing receipts I send had to be current, i let her know that the Daycare would be dated back to July 8th of 2022 and she said that is what was needed, so I faxed on December 9th Daycare payment amounts dating back to 7-8-2022, up to 10-4-2022, I spoke again to Alight on 12-29-2022 because I had not received response from Alight Smartchoiceaccounts, I was told the claim had not been denied and requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told I would be called back and never was, I called today 1-4-2023 to resolve the issue, I was advised after 2 hrs that the claim is denied and they no longer represent the employer and insurance I am past the deadline for reimbursement, I was never at any time advised that I was past any date of Reimbursement time Period! I found the BBB site as well as information showing the amount of claims filed against Alight Smartchoiceaccounts, I feel I have been fraud education and scammed by this company and I want to seek retribution

      They claim I owe $2500, however, this was a denied payment and not an overpayment by Alight. They acknowledge this EVERY TIME I call in, file a ticket to correct but nothing happens. Whats worse is I have been trying to recover my available balance for dependent daycare but it is being denied due to this erroneous claim of overpayment. I want the money I am owed.

      They represent PNC when you have issues with your retirement of investments. I received a letter three months ago that I had an account that was closed out and I was due money, I have been jumping through hoops for 3 months trying to get them to send the check to me. Every time I've called, they "create a ticket" or tell me I'll receive a call. Then I call back 2 weeks later and it's like I'm starting all over again.

      I quit my previous employer in late August of 2022, received my pension information in mid October. Had me change my distribution choices where I selected my banking institution to have that money deposited into. That was done as of October 22,2022. Called October 25, 2022 to confirm that the request was done. At first I was informed it was to be paid out in late November. I gave it until December 1, 2022 because of the holidays. Called 11/30/2022 to get update, nothing was done. Called December 8th to ask why I didnt receive the money, was informed it was going to be paid out until 3/10/2023, ticket was opened to have that date fixed to be paid off sooner in 1/2/2023. I keep getting the run around saying that the technical team needs to look into it. Nothing has been done and no update has been given every time I call. Had spoken to a male on 12/15/2022 who was a supervisor said he will call me back with an update, nothing was done. Called again today 12/20/2022 spoke to **** was informed there is no male supervisor there and that there were no notes left. She confirmed that it was weird that the payout date was pushed too far out, she tried to reach out to technical team whom keep saying that they still need to look into it with nothing being done yet. Was informed to give it a couple more days. At this point Im afraid 1/2/23 will come around and I still will have no pay out. This is causing a great inconvenience since I was trying to use that money to pay off some credit card bills and its causing me to pay more interest than I was expecting to.

      Alight Solutions Pension initiation is a very inefficient service. Over a year ago, Alight could not find my pension fund, it took months to locate it. Subsequently, in August 2022 I sent paperwork for one of my pensions for payment to begin November 1, 2022. When the payment did not come through I called again and was told that ********** bought the fund, thus, I called ********** who, ultimately, did not have the fund. After several more calls and Alight creating tickets, Alight found that it still managed the fund. Then stated that the August 2022 paperwork was in error on their part. At no time 8/22/2022 & 11/7/2022 did Alight notify me that paperwork was in error. Rather, only after I called and initiated research on 11/1/2022 did Alight notice the error. Revised paperwork was sent and received on 11/7/2022. Week 1 of having revised paperwork, no action taken by Alight; Week 2 of having revised paperwork no action taken other than to create a ticket; Week 3 of having revised paperwork - finally action was taken to begin ore paperwork after involving a supervisor. I have, interestingly, missed file dates for 2022 payment - now payment may come January 1, 2023. Six months after the initial filing for benefits. And, to top that off, I have another pension with Alight that is also problematic in getting paperwork and working through the process of obtaining payments. Alight needs a wake up call to streamline their processes, and STOP PUTTING CLIENTS OFF WHEN IT COMES TIME TO EXPEND CLIENT FUNDS. I will continue to work on this matter and other matters with Alight. Seriously, though, Alight needs to be made accountable for their poor service as it appears I am not the only one having the same types of problems.
