      Alight is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. First, they don't easily provide any contact information for customer service. I've sent numerous emails with requests for information and no never gotten a reply. They claim they have no fee ETF's available for their self directed brokerage service but don't provide the symbols of those ETF's. They charge $12.75 per transaction (even for just 5 shares) when the same position was opened for FREE from Fidelity (who my company was with prior to Alight). Their website is awful to navigate and doesn't even provide you with ************** like profit or loss on a holding. Seriously, a 5th grader can put together a more useful website. I can't wait until I can move my money out of their control.

      I started looking for more information on Alight when I reached out to them to assist with a health insurance denied procedure to find this BBB page showing similar experiences to mine. At first I was pleased to have a contact and email exchange with Alight, but quickly learned of some mistakes they appeared to make - specifically they researched the incorrect procedure (one that i had already had completed many months prior). After several weeks thinking my claim denial was being addressed, soon came to learn they achieved no progress. I obtained another preapproval denial and engaged Alight again. While I receive emails from them, I never saw any actual progress (where i could have achieved more progress on my own). I am fortunate our fortune ********************************************************* with the health insurance denial. I'm not confident Alight will ever solve my issue and its not an ****** complicated case. I will continue to manage this denial on my own with assistance from the RN we have on staff. Would also rate Alight zero if it was an option. I hope these collective reviews encourage Alight to either improve their services and/or results in a corporation reconsidering utilizing them to manage their HR management.

      They force you to pay out of pocket when you use their dependent car FSA that you put your own money into. Then heavily scrutinize any claim you make to get reimbursed with your own money. Once you've had enough and stop deposits they close the account and keep everything in it.

      I have been trying for weeks to get a reimbursement from my HSA. Everything I send them gets denied. They apparently deny anything sent to them without even looking at it. I don't even know why there is a HSA account when I can't even use it. I only asking for $500 from an account that has over $5000.00 in it. I think **** and other companies need to stay away from Alight. I have sent everything they have asked for several times in 3 different ways and 3 phone calls of several hours each. I have given up on this apparently that is what they want.

      worst customer service ever . called 5 times all i want to do is transfer the *** to another one why is it so hard ? the customer service people are not helpful and have no idea what they are doing

      I simply needed to reset my password for my HSA account.I am still on hold 90 minutes into the call.They do not offer a chat feature, they have no weekend availability. I have no issue making a call during business hours but I am not sure how companies would view their employee spending hours on hold to simply change a password as a valuable use of their time?I cannot believe a company with a D- rating and a review of **** is allowed to exist in this world.Very little I can do except bring my experience to our corporate office to see what other options are available at the end of the year.
