      A large international optics corporation recently partnered with this inept company to provide benefits verification and a health insurance "marketplace". Nothing but an awful experience, failing software, databases not linking, endless waiting. No ability to talk with any CSR or email. I hate this company and wish they didn't exist or profit from the idiots saving $ in HR. If I could give 0 stars I certainly would

      Horrible experience. Our employer uses them for HSA/FSA and it's been nothing but trouble. Out of all the benefit management companies I used in the past, I never had so many issues. Their phone system is a total joke. You can never get to HSA/FSA through it. If you are lucky, you'll get to Retirees Spending Accounts and then after multiply redirects you may get to the right department. But often you would end up in any random place - "report a death', 'rewards for a hotel chain', some voicemail, etc. Or your call would just get disconnected. Mind you all of it is not instant. To play this game you have to wait on hold every step of the way. This year I spent probably a work week worth of hours trying to speak to someone there and fix their mistakes. Once in a blue moon you get connected with someone who actually cares and tries to help, but I got the impression even their own employees have to deal with the same horrendous phone system so their luck in reaching the right place is limited too. Their website is next to useless as well. Avoid at all cost.

      They don't deserve a single star. Don't bring all this nonsense about being easier and more accessible when your website not only completely unstable, but there was no QA/QC that was done before bringing this junk online. Go back to making atari games and pixel block websites and let the true professionals do their job. Complete utter disappoint.

      If you think you have a tech problem, their is no support. The general number is answered by people who can only make appts. They can not transfer you to tech support. All they can do is schedule an appt with a licensed agent for a call-back in ***** hours. The website is great, but can be a bit misleading. They would probably save a lot of calls like mine if you could communucate your perspective, right or wrong, to them. But you apparently can't.

      Alight Smart-Choice Accounts handles a *********** Spending Account offered by by employer.1. I am fairly certain that I did not sign up for this. Simply because I view all HSAs as a scam. Rest assured, I printed a copy of my enrollment this year.2. I discovered that I paid into this program and have $2600.00 that I need to spend before ******. I tried to use my card in October of 2022. All of these expenses were HCSA approved. They were all declined.4. I called Alight on 10/27/2022. They stated that my card was basically invalid from them. I would receive a card in 3 business days. The code on the back of the card wasnt for my card?5. I called at the end of the third day. They said the representative misspoke. It would be 7 - 10 days.6. So I received an email 11/10/2022. Stating that my new card was sent 11/7/2022.. AND to allow **** business days for delivery?7. If you do the math, I should have received this card by the 11/8/2022.Something isnt quite right here. Why did they send me an invalid card to begin with? Why did it take from 10/27/2022 until 11/10/2022 to finally mail out my replacement card? Im betting something will be wrong with the replacement card. That way I can miss the deadline for me to use my $2600.00 that I paid into this scheme.

      Horrible customer service and severely understaffed. You cannot call this company and reach anyone in general. When you put your number in to be called back after being on hold for ***** minutes if not longer they do not call you back. Then if you do reach someone, they are poorly trained and not knowledgeable enough to fix it. There is also not any other way to contact this company other one phone number, not even my HR team has another way to contact them. Even on alight website you cannot contact them, telling of the structure of a poor company. Good luck calling, you will be on hold for hours. Its obvious this company has D- rating and NOT accredited. Don't do business with these people in any way!

      I called to ask if they had gotten my 401k check from my last job that I mailed to them.. They were asking me questions that I answered and then when I asked them something, apparently it was a stupid question because she hung up on me.. I called back and they knew who I was.. She began the convo as if we never hung up and I tried to answer... She didn't like the answer and hung up.. I called back and said I want a manager B****! Well she didn't like that. Lol. I kept calling back and they kept ignoring me so I finally gave up.. I had enough! I'm going to see if my company can get my money away from them... I will not deal with them! Target... You should be ashamed of yourself!

      Alight manages 401(k), 457(b) and other benefits for **************** employees. I found that my substantial contributions into my 401 and 457 were not deposited into those accounts after being deducted from my pay check (~ $1100). Five calls to Alight have resulted in absolutely nothing, with these funds still being unaccounted for (the deduction was confirmed with payroll).I regularly check my accounts, which is how I caught the missing funds. I now wonder how many other accounts, for employees who don't regularly check balances, have been shorted and where those funds are ending up.Alight via Ga Breeze has one phone number to customer service. No email. And they do NOT correspond with updates.Beware if your retirement is being managed by Alight.

      Incompetent, if you can avoid them do at all costs. I've spoken to 5 different people and received five different answers on what documents I need to provide for my rollover to be processed. Three of the five CSRs have told me I've provided the proper documentation, the other two promised to have the inquiry sent over to be processed and I would receive response in 2-3 days......that never happened. I've uploaded the documents again with a letter demanding some kind of response, which I know I won't get......

      Incompetent doesn't begin to describe Alight. They are a third party benefits manager- they consistently fail to meet their own written guidelines. They erred in advising us that documents were required by a specific date for dependent verification. I presented proof of this- in writing. They still assert that they are well within their rights to stop my insurance for ***** days while they review my "appeal".
