      As a customer of Combine *********************************************, this is the worse insurance company that anyone can have. Your calls do not get returned. Even when you leave messages for your Adjuster or a supervisor. I have been with this company for over 20 years and had to file a claim last year. there were 2 incidents where I was literally on the phone crying with the rep with the frustration that I was going through with this company. They stated that my call was being recorded do you think at either time I received a call back regarding my frustration from anyone? NO. I was NEVER CALLED. I don't understand why combine insists ON YOUR EMPLOYER FILLING OUT THE SAME SALARY FORM EVER SINGLE MONTH IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR DISABILITY CHECK. That information is never going to change. If you have a medical note stating that you are going to be on disability for 2, 3 4 months and up and it states this in your Drs Note, and on the form, then please explain to me why is necessary to add stress to your customers.IF ANYONE CONSIDERING GETTING THIS COMPANY RUN? RUN TO ANOTHER COMPANY THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE, IF SOMEONE FROM COMBINE WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH ME REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE, PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME. I have a lot to say.

      Horrible customer service. I read over my policy to see if my wife would be covered in the accident policy. She was covered. I filled out the paperwork for her online and sent all the documentation from her doctors. After two months of only talking to overseas representatives that you can hardly understand I get an email saying they are ready to send me an electronic check. Of course the payment wasn't anything that I calculated from the benefit page that listed what they covered. I did the math and it came to exactly the same amount that I have paid in policy premiums. So I guess I only get back what I paid for it. I asked for ****************** to get in contact with me but of course that hasn't happened. So beware when purchasing a policy through Combined Insurance , It just isn't worth it.

      Service is awful . Submit a claim takes weeks to be reviewed and get a payment if not more than a month . Staff is clueless and ****** speaks English. Wasted my money for 3 years . Been out of work from a severe car accident and what is supposed to be covered in my policy apparently they get super technical Nd dont want to lay out more than 100$ for your inconvinences. Such a joke , use Aflac instead . But they try to make you stay or reconsider by telling you you have a 250,000$ life insurance policy if you were to die. LOL , thats not the plan here. Stay far away from this Terrible company.

      This companys review should be a 0!!Used to be the best company, the last 5 or so years, they have intentionally forgot to pay me the entire amount due!! I have lots of medical issues, which means many claims to submit. They recently decided to allow customers to upload their documents. Horrible, horrible system!! Every time one of my claims is uploaded, it attaches to an old claim!! This means waiting to get a new claim number assigned!! I am still trying to get paid on a claim from a January hospitalization. I uploaded the doctors statement, as well as the hospital invoice on June 26, 2022. Multiple calls have been made by me to supervisors, weekly & biweekly! Skipping ahead, on 8/31/22 the supervisor said we do NOT have the hospital bill!! I will send you an *********** can upload AGAIN!! I did! I called back today, 9/16/22 and the other supervisor said if you want to get paid on this claim you must upload the proper documents!!! Really?No $$$ paid!! On another claim, a $400 payment was SUPPOSEDLY sent to my account? I NEVER received it! With ALL of my claims, the claim numbers have changed!! Why? They deduct my money, however what about the money they OWE ME? Also, as other Combined consumers have stated, the supervisors give you conflicting answers as to what is occurring with your claim!! Just pay me what is rightfully mine!! I have contacted a lawyer regarding this matter!! Next step is to CANCEL ALL of my policies!! Please did NOT purchase these policies!!

      I am beyond incensed with anger at this company and how poorly they care about the needs of the customers that have their policy! It is like a robotic conversation and to sit back and not take it out on the poor hourly foul answering the phone is difficult! You can talk to no one beyond them!! Someone said escalation department in their review well doing that today!Website is worse I have EVER worked with and absolutely no updates! No communication at all. I have actually had combined for years and they have paid out easily before, but the policy changes a a few years ago,,. This is my first claim under the sickplus. So if combined responds below to me on the same condescending we are so sorry to hear this and please contact us to work on it I will scream!!!! They should be calling me after the phone call I just had near anger tears!I will also be moving Aflac or another competitor company after this is resolved!I wish there was a class action lawsuit started against them. Thousands would participate!!!

      Absolute theives, getting over a broken back for 5 years, constant doctor ************* no payments, bed ridden, lose of feeling to my limbs and black outs but apparently because I can eat every now and then there is nothing wrong with me, I have lost everything trying to get help from these disgusting thieves

      My mother recently passed away and had a life insurance policy with Combined Insurance. I was able to go online and find a claim form. Just to make sure I had the correct form, I called. I was told to fax it in with all required documents. (Death certificate, obituary, court papers appointing me as executor. I did this, and crickets for weeks. I finally received a letter saying that they still needed these documents. Ok, so i called again. I was logged in to the on-line account which had the option to upload everything i had faxed. The representative, ***** said that I could just upload everything, no problem. I also received a bill for payment after my mom's death as well, so naturally i asked if i could just disregard. She said yes. (how inconsiderate to get a bill). So six weeks go by, and i still show no updated states on the on-line account so I called again. This time I called a total of six times. The first time, he said that i was breaking up and couldn't hear me, i then tried a landline phone. The next four times i got disconnected, or hung up on. The sixth time I finally got someone, and ***** said that I actually had to mail in the death certificate and obituary. I guess the moral of this story is that if someone tries to sell you life insurance, check out their claims reviews/process first. On a good note the other life insurance company she had said check is on the way.

      Horrible service!!!!!!! I have been off work for 3 months with a broken neck! The site is not user friendly at all! Their staff can hardly speak English, and is no help! I will be cancelling after this claim is settled!!!! (If I even see my money, as promised) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!!!

      Scam. Purchased a Sickpay Plus and Accident policy over four years ago. I made my first claim under the Sickpay Plus policy, and was mailed a denial letter under the Accident policy. Regardless of this confusion, representatives on the phone are telling me that I cannot collect under the Sickpay Plus policy because my illness was not the product of an accident? On the phone they confirm that they have a "sickness policy", but that my policy does not cover sickness, leading me to the conclusion that the name of their policy is an intentional misnomer.I immediately want to see the details of my Sickpay Plus policy. Although their policyholder portal states that you can see the details of the policy, you cannot, and are unable to access even despite the misstatement on the website and their phone representatives informing me that it is a "common" complaint. I have now been on the phone for a half-hour just to confirm that they will send me my insurance coverage details via email, which they say they will do "in **** business days". This is not over. To all persons with issues, I know from experience that you often get more accomplished by filing a complaint with the Department of Insurance in the state in which you reside.Unfortunately, it is not possible to leave a "0 star" review, so understand that the lowest possible rating is 1 star, and the true rating is whatever figure is beyond the first star.

      Been out since July 6th. With cancer. Have not received a nickel from the supplemental insurance Ive diligently paid for the 1st of every month. Starting to think this is a scam.
