      Bunch of snobs who act like they are better than those who don't work in the facility. Ten years ago I was used by a couple of those workers, which I fell for one of them. Just ripped me off. Tried going back, but they pushed me away. I recommend don't fall for this pyramid scheme. They only want your money.

      My mo*her has insurance wi*h *hem for acciden*. Af*er being admi* *o *he hispis*al for 31 day and being on disabili*y for 3 mon*h af*er brokem 3 bones on her pelvis. This company only paid her 4 days plus 3 *imes home, saying she was only on rehab for *he res* of her admission. She was admi* a* *he hospi*al, she jus* move floor wi*h broken pelvis. could no* even move, really disapoin* abou* wha* she paid and whah she go*. She *hough she would have *he amoun* she was suposed *o have, bu* ins*ead if 9000$ she received 1200$, wa*h a joke and *he women who go* her documen* wan * help a* all.       I've filed a claim it I haven't heard anything thing from them. And when I do call them I never hear from them or anything.

      Wish I would have heard about this company 16 years ago!
      Been with them for 2 years and already made 4 claims.
      Yes, some of the claims take some patience on my end, as we all are so used to instant gratification. But they did pay out. Made a difference with bills, as I had to take time off.
      I definitely recommend this company!

      I'm beyond frustrated with Combined Insurance Company! My husband and I have been with this company for over 26 years! I have been having nothing but trouble filing claims, getting access to husbands claims via the portal, getting claims processed, getting a response of any kind from any department, receiving payments for valid claims. I've sent in numerous complaints to the company and not once was I responded to. The ONLY thing I have not had trouble with is them taking my premiums on time. I once had nothing but good to say about this company. They HAD been very good to us. But over the last 5 years it has been nothing but struggles. I'm choosing not to renew most policies however, a few of them will return my premiums I've paid once the plan matures. I do not want to loose that money. I guarantee I will no longer continue my policies with them once they mature. Horrible customer service! Communication is zero, portal & phone calls to the automatic system tell you nothing you actually need to know. Customer wait time on phone is way to long for "MY CALL TO BE SO IMPORTANT TO THEM"!

      I have been paying for this supplemental insurance for 2 years. Was supposed to give me peace of mind. I had an accident, made a claim and was processed within a week. Thought to myself what a great company at first.
      Boy was I wrong. Was disabled for a little over 3 months. Have had to fight to get any payments since the first. No one helps from call center. The required paperwork is vague so when you submit what you think is needed, you wait 20 days to find out they didn’t like what was submitted. Send in more info. Wait another 20 days. Still not good enough. No one can explain what they want. They won’t phone you. Won’t help in any way so paper work is filled out proper or even tell you what they want for paper work. You have to guess. In the mean time, still being charged the monthly premium while disabled. Paid for 3 insurance forms in 3 months to be filled out by doctors. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. This company is just here to take your money and make it very difficult to make claims when it should be easy because your going through a tough time already.

      This is the worst supplement insurance company to exist. They do not process claims in a timely manner ( I have had a claim pending for 1 month now). I have been dealing with them for 2 years and I absolutely despise them. When you call an ask for a supervisor, there is never one available. When you ask for a return call from the claims processor the never call back. Having a supplement insurance is suppose to give you a peace of mind when your sick or injured. Combined Insurance DBA as ***** puts more stress, anger and frustration on you. This insurance is via my husband job and we are trying to convince HR to change companies. If I could leave no stars I would.

      My son got into an accident and lost his front tooth. He had accident policy with combined. We received $4000 cad from combined only in a week. I transferred this money into his RESP account quickly to save for his future education! Awesome service

      I faxed a claim on August 12, 2024 and am still waiting for it to be processed. I have called customer service and gotten no resolve. I have emailed them and reached out on their web page and still nothing. I fail to understand what the hold up is and I really cannot fathom why it is so hard to speak to an ACTUAL PERSON who can help me. I would recommend to anyone looking for supplemental insurance to buy AFLAC!
