      I had to deal with this guys because someone they insured by them hit my car and they have no idea how they ignore you bro ,they dont care in returns they will send you scammers massages if they want! They talk to you sometimes and forget for 5 months .

      This is the worst company in the world. The adjuster never replies to your emails voice message is being more than a month trying to figure out about the claim and nothing happen Don't use this company at all...bad service...everything is wrong with it don't waste your time and choose other option ....

      I was involved in an accident 10.26.24 a Saturday night, by that Monday morning I was in contact with my insurance . My car was taken to a tow yard ( forgot I had roadside with Kemper cant really think in an accident) by 11.7.24 instead of paying for rentals because I didnt have renters insurance, I got me a new car from a dealer because the person who hit me stayed at the scene, gave a report and my car was totaled so it was only a matter of time before the car would be paid out. Had a Carnote due for the old car 12.22.24. Kemper paid out my car 12.21.24, ironically my new car payments are on the 24th so they paid off my car right in time. I wasnt happy with the pay out being my car was not hot basic packing but not paying anything out of pocket you from a car you only just reached a year with weeks before it got totaled and got new transmission was a win. I got a new policy with Kemper with my new vehicle back in 11.07.24 , it is now 5.9.25 and no complaints . Idk maybe I got lucky because of how I speak to customer service ? Idk but I am satisfied .

      **** ****** is Incompetent. He doesn't answer phone calls, emails, or text. I was questioning whether he was an actual employee because he never seemed to be able to be reached. I complained to the management but they were just as Incompetent and absent. Overall terrible company, with embarrassing employees

      I filed an insurance claim with Kemper Insurance after a car accident on March 2, 2025. I submitted all requested documentation promptly, yet months have passed with no clear response from Kemper. My repeated calls and emails have been ignored, and when I finally reached a representative, the call ended abruptly because the representative hung up on me.

      I wouldn't even leave 1 star. Everyone saying they are a fraud is right! They kept trying to take my insurance out of my account 2 weeks before it was due,kept sending me outrageous bills.i thought I got everything resolved, tried to make a payment it kept saying error so I called to make the payment. The man said we dropped you,you're getting mail in ****** I said yes temporarily while I help my father I live in ******, gave my Nevada address didn't listen just canceled me.

      Kemper insurance are frauds. Dont use them please. I paid over $13,000 a year for home insurance. After Hurricane ***** hit in July 2024 I filed a claim . Everything was going great with this young adjuster . But I had roof damage,3?sides of fences blown down,,1?tree fell, carpet and household furniture. So they took the assignment from the ***** *** and gave it to an old racist women who sounded like she smoked 2 cartons of cigarettes a day. She was unnecessarily evil plus a contractor. They were taking a long time and twice I almost got mauled by 5 loose pit bulls in my backyard because the fences were gone. The second time they almost got me as I backed up in my backyard because the door from my deck. I was angry, I called the manager at 5:45 a.m and told him what happened on voice mail . No one called. So I filed a complaint with the attorney general of Texas. Texas board of insurance .The rasict called and said we got the complaint. I told her good this is why u filed them. 2 weeks later my claim was denied. They restore my house but a tarp cant last 8 months because the rdd add in and wind blows it off. So since February every time it rains, my home gets water in it. The nerve if that jive corrupt company to increase my monthly payment by$500.00 and didnt repair my home. I contacted all govt agencies I could, and the corrupt thieving company lied and said o didnt get the repair done from damage in 1021. Thru lied to the Texas board of insurance and governor ****** representative . It is going to get ugly. Dont use Kemper or madinsonville or any company where their name is used. Everything is fine as long as you pay them money, but they will finagle their way out. I think I contacted the BBB, but they dont do anything. So, I am a senior been in America my entire life and migrants gets better assistance than I do. They are crooked and you have been warned . I have taken my time to warn you. I hope they have to file bankruptcy. Get the word out flyers

      We submitted all the information for the life insurance policy of my mother who has passed and they are giving us the run arounds with disbursing the funds... every time we call the adjuster hasn't finished looking into the claim call back next week. We are in the second week now. This some bullshit!

      My car was involved in an accident with a party insured by Kemper. It's been months and they have not reimbursed or given any way to get reimbursed for rental expenses. They haven't responded to emails or voicemails and make it very difficult to contact someone.

      Kemper Life Insurance is the worst insurance ever. I would not suggest anyone to purchase this insurance. The customer service representatives are useless and lack the necessary knowledge to carry out their job duties, and you cant never talk never speak with a supervisor since they promise a supervisor will call you back but never do. I submitted POA papers and requested that the beneficiary be changed and I received a letter from Kemper Insurance saying everything was updated but nothing was changed, and the check was sent to the wrong person. I advise everyone to leave this company.
