      I opened an account with career builder. Not even a day after opening the account I received so many spam calls and emails that I closed the account immediately! The account has been closed now for almost two weeks and I have still been receiving a ton of emails and repeated calls. It is harassment at this point and half the companies that reach out to you are not verifiable nor can you locate any reputable information about them. I have never had anything like this happening at any other job posting websites. Career builder must do better. I will advise all people not to sign up for the webpage because you will be persistently harassed.

      Whatever you do, don't sign up with them. I signed up yesterday and today it's been a nightmare. All day long I've been receiving suspicious text messages, emails, and calls NO STOP! I had to block so many numbers. I also tried to cancel my page but It seems to be very difficult. I don't what to do.I tried to call the helpline listed online but a voice message says no one is in the office due to covid. I tried to email but No one has called back. Don't waste your time!!

      I'm now on a number of job finder type sites/services. CareerBuilder is the only one that has been a real problem. The moment I signed up, I started getting contacts (email and text) that seemed suspect, and when I engaged with some of the contacts they became more and more suspect. I would say phishing, or multilevel marketing schemes. Nothing appropriate to my skills or location. I don't think I have gotten anything appropriate from them. Not sure why they are a cesspool and other sites don't seem to be, but that is entirely my experience.

      I hadn't used careerbuilder in years as i just made 14 year anniversary at my current employment. As i browsed jobs curiously, only 1 job i applied for and i needed to upload my current resume. Next day bombarded with fake job offers and even texted about a job i never applied for. When will someone hold Careerbuilder liable for protecting our details from the fake?

      Since i got my ****** there I received calls and emails from tons of other recruiters and some scams. When i ask for help they said they did nit give my information. This is privacy content and i did not ask for other recruiters to get my name
