  As soon as I signed up for them I started receiving spam calls. I've never received spam calls on this number and they are constant. Careerbuilder sales your information to scam companies.

  DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. they prey on individuals hoping for a job and in turn, flood your text messages, voicemails, emails, etc into a never ending flood of scams and ridiculous offers that you try and field. For example, ********************************** and **************************** both reached out to offer me $50/hr in a field I have no experience in ??. They sell ALL of your information to horrible people. AND when you ask to be deleted, you must submit a request to be approved. This should not be listed as accredited. What a joke.

  From the looks of reviews, CareerBuilder is a horribly run business. Job candidates are upset as well as employers!I contacted CareerBuilder in Nov 2022 to post a job opening on behalf of my employer - a small business. After placing the ad, I receive their "resolution" (a reponse) that their "Cyber Security team for internal business reasons, chose not to move forward with the order". I attempted multiple times to speak with someone as to why. They refuse to provide any information and just keep repeating the same blanket resolution, or do not respond to my emails at all! No wonder businesses use LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter. They are pointless!

  What a joke! Worse job website I have ever used! Signed up and created an account. Posted my resume and let it be searchable. In less than an hour I was receiving spam emails and phone calls. I also received fake job offers and job offers for jobs not even in my field of work. I use many other job search websites and this is by far the worse. The search feature does not find jobs that you are searching for either so be aware. I recommend not making your resume viewable unless you want spam and fake jobs. I am not saying all jobs there are fake but the website is terrible and I recommend using a different site.

  Stay Away!**** assured me that CB was the perfect platform for my recruiting efforts. As soon as I signed on - gone! No one was assigned to my account. The leads that come through are HORRIBLE. We are an industrial sales company and I'm getting resumes for cashiers! I immediately started the process of canceling my account - sent a letter to their legal department and followed up every protocol to get off that site. I pulled my ads, wasted so much time - let alone money. So frustrating. Never heard from ****, again! Now, I'll have to ride out the three months of my contract. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. Wish I would have looked here first. If I could less than one star, I would.

  Careerbuilder is horrible now. All they do is send you alerts via other recruiting sites that are not even close to what I am seeking. I will receive an email alert from yet another unknown recruiter showing a position I am interested in. When you click on 'apply to employers website', you are directed to Careerbuilder and the positions are all the same Survey jobs. Even if I go into a position listed as 'customer service or admin assist. All I get is more recruiters via Careerbuilder for truck drivers at Amazon or ****** RN's, Warehouse dock workers etc.Years ago I used Careerbuilder and all you did was apply on their site 'directly to the prospective employer', they would contact you for an interview if interested. This site and others including Indeed have gone down hill. You never get to the 'employer'.

  This has to be the worst job site on the internet. I've been on the site for less than 24 hours and have received multiple fake offers via email and text. I'm not even answering the phone atm. I have not been contacted by one legitimate person. To make matters worse, there seems to be no way to delete the account. I would give this a negative five rating if possible. Do Not Use This Site.

  Career Builder is the worst company to look for a job. The companies have all been scammers trying to get my personal information. This company should be shut down and should not be able to be giving our information to companies that have not posted a job on their website the individual and company need to be screened before giving out names and phone numbers for scammers to get an email desperate individuals just looking for a job. I wanted to give zero stars but the system wouldn't let me.

  Career Builder is a sinking ship and is not what it used to be. Not sure why anyone would post or look for a job there. They are lousy. Someone I know that used to work there says security is non existent when folks are posting jobs. Most of the jobs I've applied for come back to me as fraud. When you try to delete your page is says it cannot be deleted. I know of folks that have been scammed as a result of applying for a job on Career Builder and have lost so much money and their bank account.. They need to do a better job of vetting employers that are buying their products but what do you expect when they probably don't have a security team most likely. If you get a interview request through signal, what's app, telegram or any other messaging app, please know that this is a scam. Career Builder puts it on the job seekers to report fraud instead of vetting the employers in the first place. Theirs so much I want to report about this company but i think I'll use my time more wisely and use another job board. All job seekers please stop using Career Builder.

  This company created a profile for me without my authorization or knowledge and distributed my information without my consent. Ive been absolutely bombarded by spam texts, calls, and emails for days. My private cellphone number and email are being used by sketchy recruiters and companies thanks to this business that Ive never even heard of until today, and its beyond creepy.
