I have my approval letter from the Keller postman, received a tracking number on August 14th and tracked the mail which was delivered to *********, ** on August 26th..this is not my address. It has been sitting there since August 26th. I have been trying to contact them about it but they only sends emails saying the same thing or keep me on hold. I just need to know where my check is and when will I receive it in the mail.Business Response

In July, Keller Postman contacted ********************* by phone, text, and email to confirm her mailing address, as the **** payment was expected soon. On August 14, ********************* was informed that her check had been processed and was being sent to the address on file, with both parties confirming the accuracy of the address used.Unfortunately, for reasons beyond Keller Postmans control, the check was returned to sender, which appears to be an issue with ***** ********************* was informed that check reissues are processed on the 15th and 31st of each month,unless those dates fall on a weekend or holiday, in which case processing occurs on the next business day. As promised, the team processed all reissues yesterday and is currently awaiting tracking information. Once available, it will be promptly shared with *********************. I applied for the **** discrimination settlement through Keller law firm but the Representative didn't submit my application which caused me not to be compensated because Keller is stating I didn't submit a application but I have evidence proof that I did speak to a *** I have her name as well and I have all my emails of communications I have the signed retention documents I have proof of the required identity documents but I don't have proof of the signed application because the *** didn't submit the application but I have evidence I spoke with the *** and completed the application. Keller caused financial hardship in getting my farm back to a operational state and they should be upheld for their wrongful actions. *** also attempted to resolve this issue with Keller law firm before reaching out to other sources with no prevail and I dont understand how I submitted all the required documents surrounding a application but not said application doesnt add up to me, the application was completed and a mix up occurred on Kellers law firm which now Im suffering for it.Initial Complaint

I am a retired lawyer but I am not yet (& I hope never) seeking anything from Keller Postman (KP) as to my interest in the Zantac matter. But I need a lawyer "case manager" to call me promptly. KP recently advised of imminent settlement & the need to act quickly if contacted. Yesterday, a robocall from KP advised that I could "not be included" in the settlement as there was no record of the dates of my treatment. They needed that "immediately." For info, I had provided KP with the date of my cancer diagnosis, ************* numbers of all involved, details as to treatment, etc. I could have supplied that info again but the robocall abruptly ended.I called back immediately. A message informed there were "5 or more calls". I could & did elect to get a call back. But I waited all day with no return call. Today, I started all over & got a call back within 75 minutes I discovered I was talking to someone in a phone bank. She was courteous & sufficiently English fluent to get the job done. She determined that she already had the info but wanted spec documentation for procedures. I never had any of that & KP had advised that the addresses, names & full contact info of the providers was all they needed from me.When I told the phone bank person of that, she appeared to understand, apologized for KP not having long since contacted ***************************************** & said she would "take care of it." I advised that *************** is retiring "imminently" & supplied the name of the "practice manager" as an alternative. I also confirmed the phone number for ********************** & supplied a specific number for the ************* and *********************.I was assured that a "case manager" (a lawyer) would call TODAY. It is now almost 5:30 and I have not received a call but, about an hour ago the phone rang & indicated it was from KP but it rang only once, the line was dead.I am going to dinner.********************* (I had to cut many characters out, excuse any typos, etc.)Business Response

We assured him that we received necessary documentation but are in the process of ordering medical records from his providers to confirm a cancer diagnosis date, which is needed for participation in the settlement program and why we reached out to him. Our firm assisted our clients, including ****************, in securing funds from a government program. On August 6, the same day we received these funds from the government, we promptly notified her and informed **************** that we would follow up with mailing details when her check was fully processed. Within approximately one week, we completed the necessary steps to verify and process a large number of payments we received on behalf of our clients. On August 14, we began mailing the checks, informed **************** that her check was on its way, and provided her with tracking information. I am rejecting this response because:I used Keller Postman to represent me. I was issued a check and still haven't received received it. I contacted the post office about my tracking since it has been just sitting there and was told to contact the sender back to see if they could reissue. I contacted Keller Postman back and was told the only thing they can do is I can wait to see if it shows up or it would take them 30 days to reissue when it's already been 20 days. This is awful when you have to wait almost 2 months when the check was mailed on Aug 13th and they still want me to wait another 2 months or maybe longer to receive it. They took their fees out when it only took one day for that so why should have to wait 30 more days for my money.

The company is failing to keep me updated on present 3m class action lawsuit in which I'm a claimant who is receiving expedited payments. The firm has on numerous occasions provided inaccurant information such as dates and deadlines, procedures in which they said they have taken but contradict the 3m settlement portal. They place issues and problems as well as balme being the settlement administrator fault. They place communication issues on the 3m settlement administrators. They fail to inform any changes such as extentions and deadlines. There are numerous things this firm is failing to do. Their high contract percentages based off a mere request for medical records that I ended up providing my important log in info for them to gather is costing me half my settlement amount not to mention they micro manage the date in which I could be paid but opting out of the ledger form in which they told me they supplied. The list goes on and on. I emailed the partner of the firm over this case and I did not receive any communication back.Business Response

************ retained us several years ago to handle his claim relating to hearing injuries. Since that time, we have contacted ************ on a regular and consistent basis. Through emails and phone calls, we have contacted ************ over a dozen times to keep him updated on the status of his matter and obtain additional information from him. Moreover, we have responded to every inbound communication from ************ within a few days,at most. Recently, a senior partner assigned to the case contacted ************ directly via email and a phone call to answer any lingering questions or concerns. We explained to him the timeline for distribution of his settlement payment and gave him an overview of the settlement process. We also explained that we did more than simply request medical records, as Keller Postman was very involved in litigating the entire case to achieve a settlement for ************ and all the other veterans. ************ expressed no further concerns for us.Customer Answer

Was promised monies owed due to class action suit with Intuit. Made several phone calls advising monies never receipt. Sent multiple emails advising monies not received. In 11/2020 joined Turbo tax class action lawsuit with ****** Law, LLP. 12/2021 & 4/2022 Keller Lenkner sent me an email for current contact details. 5/2022 I received email saying they reached a *************** portion was only $139.08. I complained bcuz my amount quoted was much higher & the fees they deducted I never agreed to. They took a screenshot of my signature & pasted it onto a pdf document. Their website says they take up to 40% fees but they took almost 100%. Then they offered me to $200.00 6/7/2022. I signed up to receive the $200 which was promised 3-4 months later. That was 8/2022. 9/11/23 i asked where my payment is? ****** replied "settlement administrator will request that they perform a thorough investigation to locate your payment." 10/12 i follow up & ********** replied "no recent updates regarding your reissue". Every time I tried to email them i get a reply saying "This email is to notify you that our offices are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, and it may be some time before we are able to provide a response to the message that you have sent us." They've now changed their name 3rd time since I been waiting for my money to ******************************************** Please help me to get the money I was awarded. I was already robbed by turbotax and now I am being ripped off by the lawyer who claims to be helping us people who were lied to & ripped off by ripping us off even more than turbo tax did!! When **************** hired our firm to pursue an individual arbitration claim, she signed a retention agreement that set forth in detail the terms of our engagement and our attorney fee. However, after we obtained a settlement offer on her behalf, we agreed to significantly discount our fee to ensure she received a larger recovery. She recently contacted us to let us know she had not yet received her settlement payment. Both we and our settlement administrator commenced an investigation into her payment status and discovered there was a technical issue with her settlement release that has delayed her payment. In light of this delay, Keller Postman has offered to expedite the amount of the settlement payment to her. They failed to send me my payment. They were aware of me NOT getting paid & now they wanna force me to agree to be satisfied?? Im NOT satisfied. I didn't receive their promise. I already signed whatever they wanted for that payment. Until i receive that payment I have nothing to say to them.Take responsibility and make it right by sending me my money promised or u will breach our agreement. I've already signed paperwork for it. Ur getting way more than the 40% u advertise on ur website & the class action .org website states as a maximum cap, plus a $750 fee, plus other attorney fees u deduct. I dont even get the amount of money I gave Turbo tax. I feel like I've been cheated by both them & u. And the lousy amount u agreed to pay me u still have not. And in order to send me the payment we already agreed on u now want me to agree to what? Not report u to the bar association? It's my absolute right report anyone who fails to pay me my money that i won in a settlement or lawsuit. U failing to pay me over a period of months is unacceptable.
