This firm charges very high fees for the classes they represent, and they conceal their fees. The claimants are responsible for taxes on the full value of the settlement not just the payment they receive. In my case for an Amazon pricing claim, my tax liability exceeds the amount I was paid out since their fees were well above 50%.I have repeatedly reached out seeking questions and at a minimum an itemized list of the fees for tax purposes with no response.Business Response

I filed turbo tax settlement refund papers . I was informed in May, 2022 that a settlement had been reached and was asked to sign another document verifying my deposit information. I have msde several calls since then inquiring about the payment. I was told that it was processing. The last time I called was in September. I was informed that they had my bank deposit information and it should be in my account by November or December. Well it is February and I've yet to receive anything. When you call the office, you have to be on hold for almost an hour. I feel like im being ignored.Business Response

I'm owed an amazing settlement check that i.keep getting told for the last 6 months or more that was being mailed out. I gave my new address and was told 1 month I woukd have it, not a thing. Now they won't answer ** emails or calls. I've been patient and now think something is to ve done. They've. Been paid their fees long ago I'd appreciate my payment.Business Response

We also tried calling ************ twice, but her phone number is listed as out of service. Regardless, we informed ************ that we are cancelling her old settlement payment and reissuing her settlement payment on an expedited basis to the newest address we have for her. I engaged Keller-Postman several months ago to include me in the suit being filed concerning exposure to contaminated water at Camp *******, **************. I sent them documentation of my service at Camp ******* and medical records verifying my multiple surgeries for bladder cancer. I was told that my claim was being filed.On Sunday, I received an e-mail from Keller-Postman asking me to verify the information, which I did. Yesterday, I received a telephone call from ****** who left a message saying that now that I had returned that information, they were ready to file my complaint and, that if I had an questions to call ****** at **************. Regardless, since ************ has not received the payment and has since moved, we also informed her that the settlement administrator has agreed to reissue a check to her new mailing address on an expedited basis. On Oct 13,2022 and Nov 14th, 2022 I received an email from Keller Lenkner stating that my funds will will be direct deposited in the following 1-2 weeks. I received an email Oct 15th 2022 saying my amazon settlement portion of ****** had been deposited to my account. It had not & still hasn't. I've been contacting them almost weekly then monthly regarding not received it. They apologize then tell me "we still haven't heard anything yet" "we have to trace it and find out where it went. " etc etc.... I decided ti come here & try to get help from you to get them to send out my check & resolve this issue. This is ridiculous.Business Response

**** attempted a Zelle transfer of a class action settlement, which failed due to omissions on the part of my financial institution. Firm has not answered phone calls, emails or text messages since. Firm's automated call handler insists email or texts are the best way to reach them, however SMS sent to the provided number result in an automated response saying text messages are not monitored. Email suggests calling, however, I've stayed on hold for 4+ hours on a couple of occasions with no answer, only hanging up after close of business. It honestly seems they're disingenuous about connecting with clients.Business Response
