    On June 3rd,2022 I received an email to choose my form of payment for my settlement with Turbotax $139.08. Im now concerned that I gave my information to a false claim or scam because I waited on hold for 4 hours and never got a call back on the provided phone number. October 13,2022 I got an update email that claimed payments would be sent this week but the week is over and when I emailed them about this the reply was clearly automated. I made sure to update my information as requested but no communication has been established with a real person. Kindly just wanting an update. Thank You.

    I received an email confirming payment $166.84 had been sent and they were closing my file. I have not received anything to my PayPal. *** reached out no response. Reference number is a0L4W00000W0GHMUA3

    I received the following e-mail on Oct 31, 2022 RE: Your Amazon Settlement Your Reference Number: a0L4W00000XOR0hUAH Dear ****,According to the settlement administrator, your $267.14 Amazon settlement payment has been delivered successfully. We at Keller Postman (formerly Keller Lenkner) want to reiterate that it has been a pleasure representing you in this matter.As of today, Nov 7, 2022, I received no such payment. I have made several attempts to contact Keller Postman including phone calls and forms provided on their website, no one from the company has contacted me other that the original e-mail I have referenced above.

    ON NOVEMBER 1 2022 I GOT AN EMAIL FROM KELLERPOSTMAN SAYING ****** CLOSED MY CASE. MY CASE NUMBER IS aOL4W00000W0eUKUAJ. I DONT KNOW IF THEY ZERO OR LETTER O. THE SETTLEMENYT ADMINISTRATOR SAYS I GOT MY AMAZON PAYMENT OF $365.81. I NEVER GOT IT. I GOT ANOTHER EMAIL ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE TELLING ME IM GETTING A CHECK AND I CAN CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE. I CHANGED IT TO PAYPAL AND ITS NOT THERE. IM WONDERING WHERE THE MONEY IS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE MY MONEY IS. DONT KNOW HOW TO GET A HOLD OF THE SETTLEMENT ADMINISTRATOR. I NEED THE MONEY NOW. ALSO I KEEP CALLING KELLERPOSTMAN AND THEY CONNECT ME TO CLIENT SERVICES. I LEAVE MESSAGES AND THEY DONT CALL ME BACK. VERY UPSET. I NEED MY $365.81 NOW. THANKS

    I am part of the class action lawsuit against IntuitTurboTax. I recieved an email over a month ago states my claim amount was being put on a prepaid card and sent to me. To date I have gotten nothing and have reached out via phone and email with no response on my case. Others I know involved have gotten their money via prepaid card, bank account, etc. The lack of help from then is worrisome.

    November 1, 2022, I received an email from this business saying my Amazon settlement has been delivered. It doesn't say where or when. I haven't received anything yet. So I contacted them by phone and email, but like many others on here, never heard back from them. I'm hoping to get the same response as many of others, communication from this company. Where is the settlement I was supposed to receive? Thank you for your time

    I was part of a lawsuit they did and received a notice they had reached a settlement agreement about 6 months ago. I was told the funds would be distributed in around 4 months time. I understand the distribution of funds can take more time than expected but I have tried over and over to get an update from them and receive no response at all. The links they provided to information regarding this lawsuit no longer are valid and seems they are never going to respond. They pit a clause in the settlement agreement stating that if funds are not used by a certain time frame that they will be forfeited and donated to a law **** of their choice I belive since I picked a digital payment method this is why they won't respond.

    I was a part of the amazon class action lawsuit. I was notified by this business that they sent my claim money. I never received the money and have tried reaching out a number of times with no response

    I won the lawsuit against Amazon Arbitration. I received an email that $202 was sent to my PayPal, and I haven't received anything. I would like an update as to why.

    I received an email from this law firm in regards to a lawsuit against intuit turbotax. I sent them all the necessary paperwork and filled out everything I needed to fill out. They told me that I would receive my settlement in the first week of October it is now November 1st and I have yet to Receive my payment and the law firm will not respond to the multiple emails I have sent them. My next stem is going to contact my personal lawyer about this
