    This was graded first but lately we have been missing ingredients in every recipe. We are now getting our box late on Tuesday nights from ****** We plan on meals Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This is not working for us and we are very disappointed in Home Chef lately.

    Did not make Any indication that the service was strictly a subscription service and auto enrolled me in multiple weeks of meals I did not want.Further more, the service is purposefully difficult to navigate and unclear as to trick people into buying their service without their knowledge. This goes beyond the usual free trial then you pay. I have used other meal delivery services and none were as insidiously and maliciously designed to trick customers into spending additional money, only alerting them that they have purchased another meal AFTER it is already out for delivery.Disgusting.

Once you enter your payment information and click "Sign Up and Select Meals," you will be charged for your first box.     Really awful experience so far. Ive been a HelloFresh customer for 8 weeks and decided to cancel to give Home Chef a try. I regret that decision. They didnt ship my first box even after charging me, and customer service did the very minimum to solve the issue. I decided to give them one more try because I really wanted to see which delivery service I preferred, and now my second box has a delayed shipment. Not giving them any more chances, what a horrible first impression!Oh, and Home Chef reps do not reply to this with that email us for support! BS. Ive done that already just to get no response at all. Yall are a joke.
