      The staff at Gaurenteed rate were all amazing and helped the process go by so smooth. Definitely felt comfortable at all times during the process. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

As a first-time home buyer, I can't express enough how thankful I am to have ***** and *** as my point of contact for all mortgage questions and concerns. Buying a home is stressful and overwhelming by itself, but it is relieving to have helpful and personable lenders guiding me through the process.       ************************* worked hard and he did his best to get our loan approved. After rejected our loan from other lender, I was so frustrated and almost losing hope. But when ****** took over and reviewed our loan applications and supporting documents, he assured me that our loan will be approved and we will get our dream house. He is very positive and confident person which is made me comfortable during this difficult experience. We only have 12 days left before closing of escrow when ****** took over so he work quickly in our application. Even weekend and nights, he calls me and ask additional documents to complete the process of our application in order to submit to underwriter. He is very professional and very knowledgeable in area of expertise. If I have a questions, he always answers my phone calls and immediately answered all my questions. We are so grateful to God he gave us the best and honest mortgage broker. Our loan got approved on time and me and my children bought our dream house.
