  I'm so ****** off I can hardly believe it. Their song was inadequate, I had to re-write it myself, then they tried to get me to pay $60 extra because I essentially wrote my own song. I told them well, remove the Streaming I bought, and they said they can't because they already streamed it. I said, well why did you stream a song I don't want/like/signed off on? They didn't have an answer for that. They just said if I wanted my changes I had to pay $60 extra. Then they didn't get back to me for a week, and then finally sent a link for me to pay for my changes, and by then I was so fed up I just said "I'm done". Hope that $60 was worth it to you - guys. You could have had a glowing review, you ended up lowering your score and have made an enemy. I will continue to tell others about my bad experience and would never recommend them. I paid over $400 for a crappy song for my husband and I's anniversary.

  WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I spent hours writing content for what I thought would be used in my first dance wedding song. Instead, the song came back with the main chorus saying "through the bad times and *** and downs." There was nothing in my written content that stated bad times or that we went through *** and downs. I was livid that this particular artist thought it was acceptable to have these types of lyrics in a wedding song!! They should have just added "can't wait for you to get a divorce" to round out the end of the song. When I tried to contact Songfinch, there was no phone number to call. The email provided was automated and about 5 different people would respond at their convenience. The song was never revised before my wedding date, and then Songfinch has the nerve to say that there are no refunds. This is poor customer service. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I'm sorry to those who fell victim to this terrible business, but I hope these reviews save others from using this company.

  I couldn't believe it, but when I finally heard my Songfinch song, the tears just started flowing! The song turned out to be everything I had hoped for and even more, a real treasure! It was all for my wonderful husband of 27 years, capturing the story of our beautiful journey. When I had some lyric issues, they were quick to fix them and even made some other suggestions on how to make my song better. If you're hesitating, don't worry. They will exceed your expectations and truly have ******************!

  People only leave bad reviews, well I just received my song and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I gave details about my relationship with my mom and how it was her 60th birthday. The song was perfect. I got the song the day I was expecting it. I emailed them right away for the instrumental version and I got it within an hour. The best gift I ever bought someone, truly!

  They have zero customer service. No phone number to call and web-based AI support that only utilizes the most generic Q&A.I disputed charges to get the money I paid plus the tip I prepaid the artist for. The song that was produced did not utilize a single bit of the information I tirelessly provided to get this song right.If I could I would leave zero stars. BYW I am a 50-year-old man who has never left a review and has purchased thousands of products online over the years. That should tell you something.

  No MP3 to share. Spotify subscriptions required!Today is the anniversary of my daughter passing from cancer. When I first came across Songfinch I immediately thought of her. I put this song together with Songfinch for the primary purpose of sharing it on ******** today, the anniversary of her passing. Apparently the only way anyone can listen to the song I paid for, is they are forced to create a Spotify account, inputting personal information online, just to listen to one song? I assume Songfinch is partnered with Spotify, a profit share of sorts Im sure, and the product they sell (a song) is primarily orchestrated to drive Spotify subscriptions. I paid a LOT OF MONEY for them to do so too! This wasnt cheap by any means.When I purchased this product from them I honestly thought Id get an MP3 file that could be easily shared. The marketing by Songfinch made it appear that this was easy to share with everyone. There was zero emphasis that this Songfinch product requires ALL listeners to subscribe to a completely different service outside Songfinch. Folks, the only way people can actually listen to ANY Songfinch created/purchased song, is to subscribe to another service. No other options. Zero. The song you pay for ends up being primarily a promotional piece for Songfinch, Spotify and Apple. Complete ******************* the reality of this product: This morning I posted my daughters picture on ********, received dozens of likes and beautiful comments in just a few minutes. I also posted the purchased Songfinch file on a separate ******** post and all I received back was a bunch of disappointed, confused comments from my family and friends because not only could they not even listen to the song on ********, they didnt want to be forced to signup for a Spotify account, just to listen to one 4 minute song. So, zero people (other than myself) ever heard the song. Incredibly disappointed. Thought this would be a special thing to share. It obviously was not.

  This company is a joke! I placed an order January 31st, 2023 for *********** for my husband. I was very detailed in what I wanted the song to say. I said we met at General *****'s in **** and he was my boss's boss. 7 years later in **************************************** love. *************************** the singer said we met in **** and fell in love. THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! We were married to other people in ****. We were single in 2012 and started dating. I can not post this song on social media or allow family and friends to hear it because IT IS A LIE!!!!!!! We never cheated on our spouses and the way the song is made it sounds like we did. I asked several times for her to correct the year and they want me to pay more to do so! How hard can it be to go back and correct a wrong? She did not use the information I submitted and the song was very repetitious. I want a full refund because they ruined my husband's *********** **** Please do not waste your time or money. This company is a rip off. Why would they ask you to write pages of notes about what you want in your song and they only use 2 things? I am so upset and disappointed. They are ridiculous!

  Its the thought that counts.Song in 7-days is great!! But turn it off & Its the thought that counts response was far from website promise of happy tears. Be VERY careful: picking genre; realize some words dont work well as lyrics; & what You require as must haves. Some bios dont match artists end-*************** range: 2:30-4:00+ (musician discretion). Im sure a lot of songs are perfect 1st try, but prior to commitment, consider all service reviews. $194 = 4:00 mins., wrong genre/lyrics (my fault). $100 revision = 2:38, artist chose to omit major topic. $64.99 = 2:55, added extra verse to cover major topic. $358.99 (2 songs): 1st song too scary to share & 2nd song, final outcome, very nice. ***************** friendly; but adjustments needed to get a strangers vision portrayed for artist. 2:30 ok for some (ie: childs birthday), but not for most trying to cover a lifetime.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This company is fake and scammers. They do not have a phone number to call. I ordered a song for $200 and got c*** that sound like it was created with a child's keyboard. They did not use the artist I selected. They did not use R&B as I chose. They left important details including my children name and they refused to do a refund. They are liars and scammers. Do not waste your time!!! This company be illegal!!
