  They don't guarantee 100% satisfaction like they say. I wanted lyrics changed (because the original didn't rhyme) and the new version had far lower audio quality, and the artist (**** from Texas) took all of the personality out of the vocals. Then they argued with me, claiming it sounded exactly the same. Meanwhile, trying to solicit me to tip even though they hadn't made any fixes. Then finally they said "**** no longer has access to the original vocal files for your song due to a corrupted software update" to which I said to just resend it to her, and then they ghosted me. They also didn't update my add-on for printed lyrics with the new lyrics, so that's money wasted. After a month of fighting with them, the song sounds like it was recorded in a garage.

We worked extensively to make this right for you with all of our tools but at the end of the day just couldn't satisfy your expectations, which may not have been aligned to begin with.   Songfinch assigned the wrong artist for my song. I emailed customer support 3 times , their generic responces of " cannot change your artist" did not help.So i may have to contact credit card to cancel payment.

  Paid for a song, paid extra for another verse. Asked for one word to be changed at the very end of the song well within the timeframe provided and they said they would take the word out if I paid more for "the artist's time." I replied, why would it cost anything, and why does the artist have to take it out? I am literally asking someone to cut off the last 5 seconds of the song. They then ghosted me and I never heard from them again.

  This was some of the best money I ever spent considering how amazing it made my family feel. Looking at some of these reviews all I can think is these people didnt read any of the very clear communication this company provides or just dont know how to use the internet properly. This isnt Amazon and its important not to expect that. Their customer service, especially *****, treated me with such kindness and respect during a very difficult time. If youre hesitating at all, please dont. Because even if you have an issue, they will take care of you. I LOVE SONGFINCH!

  I am horribly disappointed... total waste of time! Their satisfaction policy is incredibly misleading, as they GUARANTEE your satisfaction, but what they leave out is that it will cost you quite a bit on top of your original $200 if you are not happy with your song. The only changes included in the original cost was having the ability to change FOUR lines in the song. Ughhh.I reached out to customer service to let them know I wasn't happy at ALL with the song I received, as I had requested a rock song and got what sounds like a PUNK song... completely NOT what I paid for. The ONLY option they would give me was to pay an additional $75 to slow the song down, or a $50 dollar discount toward starting over to create a new song. To clarify, even though I got a song completely different from what I expressed, I still have to pay for the mistake.Basically, I think it's important for people to realize what they are getting into, as it's not as simple as making the original investment. I am now stuck with a song I will literally NEVER listen to. It's quite sad and a TOTAL waste of money. There really is no working with you. You get what you get and you don't get upset is the mentality.To make matters worse, their customer service department is such a joke. They are so not helpful... and reading their **** responses about promising to help makes me even more upset. They APPEAR to want to be helpful and are always very kind in their responses, however; they NEVER address the problem. Very misleading!!!

  BEAUTIFUL company prioritizing artists and customers. Excellent customer service and communication. I felt like a human and not a ticket number in their system.
