    I ordered an airtag wallet from Normest in early December. It tooks weeks to get to me. I would like to return it but there is no mechanism to do so, the computer keeps spinning and there is no person to contact to get my money back. I will happily send the wallet back but I can't get an answer on how to do that despite "easy returns" on their website.

    This is a company that does significant advertising for its wallets. I ordered my husband an air tag for Christmas and found this air tag wallet which looked like a good idea. The product arrived and looked fine but was defective. The air tag holder is supposed to s**** in the wallet and that operation does not function. So it is useless. That would have been fine. I thought I could just return or exchange it for a different one. However, and this is the actual issue, when you go on the website to create a return, it sends you to a page that states that the return is loading, and it never does. It just shows a spinning circle that appears to be working but never goes anywhere. This is a scam. I have researched it online and found may others who reported the same issue. I've attempted several times on several days and it is always the same. There is no # or email on the website to reach out to the company, only an AI chatbot. This is unacceptable. I realize that it was only $60, so it is not about the money. I do not think this business should be allowed to operate with these suspicious activities.

    The wallet I purchased from Normest was not as described so I am trying to return it. They do not have a customer service phone number OR email. When I follow their online instructions for return, the page is not able to be found. Ive tried this on multiple devices with strong internet connection. They make it impossible to return any items.

    Normest.com Placed three order with NORMEST on Dec 6th Order arrived on Dec 28th Products are not what was described on there web site. complete junk.Stitching crooked and they advertised premium leather which isnt really leather.They advertised hassle free returns.No phone number No address They say Email them they will respond in 2 to 3 days but there is no way on there web site to email.They do have a return icon which when I hit it another window pops up and says return info is loading. The icon starts spinning and nothing happens. Tried doing returns 4 times and nothing happens.Total scam they are shipping junk from *****.Please help me Thanks *****************************

    I purchased one of their wallets for my husband's Christmas gift. It won't work for him, so I have tried repeatedly to process a return without any luck. I have also emailed the company and have not received a response. N22-41271, December2, 2022, $48.32 All I want to do is return the wallet and receive a refund.

    Date of transaction: Dec 6, 2022 I purchased a wallet - I was sadly disappointed in what was advertised as "premium leather" - which it is not...the company's policy "the product can be returned within 45 days after delivery for a refund"....When attempting to log in to my account and initiate the return the website just constantly spins and the page says "LOADING YOUR ORDER RETURN INFORMATION...Please do not refresh this page or click back, doing so will cancel the request."....The page will never load - when attempting to chat online it is a machine with automated responses and will not allow you to communicate with a person at all - it gives the same responses over and over..there is NO email access or phone numbers...on social media pages (Insta and ********** negative comments are deleted! and occasionally before the company can delete the messages you will see repetitive complaints of this company being a SCAM and mad faces.

    I placed an online order (N22-41159) 12/4/2022 to **************************************** and they have failed to respond to my follow up inquiries timely. On 12/9 I requested that my order be cancelled since they were unable to provide an estimate delivery date and I became uncomfortable with their lack of response. They refused to cancel my order as it was too far into the order process. I then attempted to complete their return process starting 12/21/22 and their site fails to do what it claims: ****** free returns. It cycles on a loop and will not progress to complete the return process. Furthermore, I have emailed the company 7 times since 12/21/22 and they have failed to respond to my requests for assistance with a hassle free return.

    I am trying to return a wallet I bought my son for Christmas. I have logged into my Normest account to start the process, but it will not open. I have been waiting for the return page to open for hours. There is no email address. The website tells customers to use the chat feature, but that is automated messages with no way to leave a personal message or receive assistance.

    I ordered a wallet for a Christmas present and I want to return it. This company has no way to perform that action. When you click select a return it just keeps spinning with no resolution. They provide no email or customer service # and their online chat keeps taking you back to no resolution. I went on ******** and others are complaining as well for the same problem.A company needs to have a way to return a purchase if you dont want to keep it. This company has no way to do that. This needs to be looked into for me and all others who are experiencing this same problem.My order # is N22-35151 and the email address used to purchase the wallet is ******************* What I want to get out of this is this company correcting this policy. When you go to their website it says their customer service is Monday through Friday but it provides no email and address and no telephone #. How they heck does anyone contact them. Thanks for looking into this *********************

    I purchased an item on November 25th and I promptly (within the hour) tried to contact the merchant to cancel the order. The item was ultimately sent and I was charged. I tried to contact the merchant via their website chat feature, email, and through their return link on their website with no success. When I try to initiate a return via their website, the page keeps "loading" and never successfully initiates a return. I have tried this on multiple devices and on multiple different days and hours. All of my efforts to return the item and even make contact with the company have been unsuccessful. All in all, they make it impossible to initiate a return and even contact the company. It's a scam.
