I placed an order with this online company on 11/18/23. I received the order 11/30/2023. Upon receipt of the order, I w as unhappy with the several of the products. I went to the website to initiate a return. I followed the instructions on the website, but was unable to select the products I wanted to return. The website promotes hassle-free returns! I have emailed the company (documentation attached below) and I have used the websites contact us form three times now in efforts to begin the return process. NO ONE from the company has reached out or responded to any methods of contact. I have even checked my spam and junk email. Please help.Initial Complaint

I ordered a key-chain on 11/7/23 as a birthday gift from ***************************************** after seeing an online ad. It arrived on the 11/21/23. By the time it arrived, the person I bought it for no longer needed a key-chain so I wanted to return it. It was never used. And it was actually only touched once by me when it initially arrived. So I went to their website and filled out the request for a return. Weeks later, no response. I filled it out again a week or so later, and again absolutely no response whatsoever from the company. I just now for the third time filled it out again but I honestly doubt I will get any response from NORMEST. Legitimate companies normally have some kind of response time in which they at least acknowledge your request for a return by emailing you. As I said, I have received nothing from them.I would like a full refund and a way to send this key-chain back and want nothing to do with this company anymore.Initial Complaint

I ordered the wallet on November 27, 2023 and received it on December 12, 2023. I decided to return the wallet-new in package-but there is nowhere on the website to initiate a return. I believe this is purposeful so that customers get frustrated and give up on returning items.Initial Complaint

This is an "on-line" order: Company Website **************************************** Order #: N22-156009 I purchased a Titanium wallet from Normest's website on Thursday, October 12, 2023 for $53.95. The wallet was delivered on Sunday, October 22, 2023. I decided to return the wallet because it did not suit my needs. I reviewed Normest's return policy and waited the recommended "14 days for the Return System to sync." On Tuesday, November 14, 2023 I sent a request via Normest's website explaining that I want to return the wallet. As of today (November 29, 2023) I have had no response to my numerous inquiries. I researched Normest on-line and found many complaints concerning there lack of response for assistance and returns, yet their website expressly states they honor returns and refunds.I understand the amount is minimal at best. My concern based on the reviews I have read on-line about Normest's lack of response is that they count on this so no one complains, but at some point they have to be held accountable. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other entities responsible for taking these complaints. I purchased a wallet from the company Normest on 11/26/2022. The total price was $66.10. The company claims to provide a lifetime warranty for the wallet."OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS:Manufacturing defects Failures or breakages that render part or all of your product to become non-functional"My wallet broke in October out of nowhere. I didn't do anything. I picked it up and 7 of the 8 screws had come loose, which led to the front plate falling off. Since it is broken, it can now no longer store the Apple Airtag, which is the primary feature of this wallet.My issue is, their customer service is not responding to my warranty claim. I submitted the warranty claim through their website right away once my wallet was broken. I sent a second message around the end of November. No one has responded and they are not honoring their warranty as they claim. Furthermore, there is nowhere for you to upload a picture as they instruct you to on the "Contact Us" page. I completed the fields that were available and submitted a claim. Again, no one has contacted me back and there is no phone number in order to reach anyone at the company.At this point, the business has not tried to resolve my problem, because no one has contacted me back. First end of October, and then 2 times in November in order to return the product and obtain a refund. However, they have not replied to any notification. I ordered a wallet from this business in January of 2023 for my husband. They advertise premium leather, easy returns, and a product warranty. It was $50 and when it arrived it seemed fine. About two months later it started just falling apart. I reached out to the company for a return or exchange and they will not respond. *** contacted them several times via the form on their website and they refuse to acknowledge me. *** also tried reaching out via DM on Instagram and no response there. They do not list a phone number or email address to contact. When I ****** them the internet is filled with folks that have also been scammed by this business. On September 14th I purchased an item from Normest, the order # N22-149565, the item is a thin titanium wallet. The wallet is nice but I am unable to use it due to my fingers are arthritic. So, I decided to return the item. Now, I tried reaching out to Normest more than several times since I mailed the wallet back, but to no avail. There website mentions, ' contact us and we'll get back to you within 24 hours ', they haven't once tried to reach out to me via email, telephone or a simple reply. Purchased wallets and keychains valued at $180.00. Their website policy states that returns can be processed within 45 days of receipt and provides a form to fill out. Then they never respond. Please help with this return. I am attaching second attempt information.
