We reserved our spot by paying the service fee from 2 March to 9th March total of ******USD. Arrived around 10h00 a.m. Stayed in the line 3 hours. When arrived our turn, no more parking spaces in the designed parking near ship. Waited to find a parking space. Nothing because were occupied by persons who paid on place. Us reserved in advance through website and paid service fee. Finally they said to make a big round around port and parked at the exit from this port. Carried our luggage a long distance. I didn't paid for this kind of service. If I knew that I will be forced to carry all my bags such long distance, I would have parked somewhere else much cheaper and take a taxi. In my life I didn't met such a worst service for reserving something and no getting the service that paid for. All workers were impolite. They don't care. Only gathered cash from the people who paid on place and sending us to the exit far away with a reserved spot. We were last boarding on the ship. All this situation just ruined my vacation.Business Response

I prepaid for event parking through Park Whiz over a month ago. When I arrived to my reservation, an unnamed, unmarked attendant refused me entry and denied my proof of purchase. He told me "the city will refund you", but the City of ********** doesn't operate the garage, Park Whiz does. I had to pay $20 to park elsewhere after already paying $25 to Park Whiz ahead of time. This is fraudulent business practice to sell a product with zero intent to fulfill it. I have initiated a refund process and would like Park Whiz to be held accountable for this. Several families were denied their reservations on the morning of our college graduation, this is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to those who were celebrating. I expect a full refund from Park Whiz and expect them to be prevented from selling fraudulent reservations in the future.Business Response

Bought a parking space in ******** for a *** event and when I went to park in the lot, no spaces were available. Ended up paying $50 in another lot. ParkWhiz has not responded to my request for refund. They should also reimburse me for the $50 I paid for another lot. They allowed me to book a parking after 7 PM, and I could not find the location and parked at a different location, and they refused to give me my money back.They told me that they could refund me if I booked it before 7 PM, but they allowed me to book after 7 PM and which, as a one time courtesy, I deserve a refund because it is very tricky. I called Park Whiz customer service on May 6th to discuss an order. When I called a man picked up the phone and asked me for my first name, last name, and mailing address. He did not ask about my order number or how he can help me. When I asked him why he needed my mailing address for a parking order (that did not involve me adding my address online) they hung up on me. I do not know if this was a scam or not. I think their customer service representatives and the number online needs to be investigated. The man would not provide his name. I had an event last night in *****************. I knew that parking was going to be an issue so I chose to park in a building and pay a fee. I parked my car and scanned the * code which directed me on the Parkwiz website. I entered my information and I got a a code. I attended the event which lasted about 3hra. Upon checking out, I had difficulties reconnecting when I tried to scan. So I had no choice but to leave the premise. I checked the meter now and its up to $50 when it should have been approx $17 The website gives little information on how to make this meter stop. There is no phone number to call for help and when I tried submitting a ticket I am asked for a booking number which I dont have. And the meter keeps thinking. This is absurd.Initial Complaint

I parked at the ************* in ***********, ** on April 19, 2025, using ParkWhizs Express Pay feature. I entered the lot at 5:51 PM and exited shortly before 7:00 PMa parking duration of just over one hour.Despite the platform's assurance that I would be "charged on exit," my session never closed, and I was not charged upon leaving. As of today, April 21, 2025, the timer is still running, and the rate has continued to increase, now exceeding $230. I noticed this issue on April 20 and immediately submitted a ticket to ParkWhiz support. That ticket has not yet been acknowledged or responded to.I have attached two screenshots showing the ongoing session and escalating charges from both April 20 and April 21.This is clearly a system failure, and I request a full refund for the inconvenience of this situation.Business Response

Unfortunately, passes purchased from websites like TicketsCenter, Seatgeek, Stubhub, or Vivid Seats are likely resold to you at an enormously inflated rate over the actual value. ParkWhiz Terms of Service are null and void for any passes purchased through a reselling site, and in case you experience an issue with your pass, youll need to reach out directly to the service through which you transacted to seek a refund/reimbursement, as ParkWhiz is not liable for these sales.
Although we do not condone this, we lack control over the activities of resellers on external websites. We apologize once more for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.

I purchased parking online from ParkWhiz on March 25 for an **** tournament event in ************ on March 28. The company is listed as the official parking app for the venue, **********************. I arrived at the address listed on the pass from the company. The gate was closed. We blocked around to other entrances for the lot. All were closed.
