      I bought a parking pass from Park Whiz along with tickets to a play at the Orpheum Theatre in *********** on 8/3. I parked at **************************. per instructions and after the play found myself in a long line of patrons who had also parked at the same place after prebooking and were unable to scan the ** code to pay for the pass. I wound up paying $6 out of pocket due to the misleading, confusing directions to the ramp combined with the malfunctioning ** code. I've reached out to ParkWhiz customer service who are refusing a refund thus far and referred me to Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster immediately referred me back to ParkWhiz so I believe this is their responsibility as I parked at the address and location provided by them and was unable to use the pass. I would like $11 refunded-the $5 I paid when purchasing my ******* ticket, and the $6 I had to pay out of pocket since the code wouldn't work.

      I'm sorry for all of the back and forth here.  I do see your parking pass was refunded, since this was purchased through Ticketmaster, they were the ones who collected the payment so the refund would come directly from them.

Once I receive the refund promised by your own customer service staff, I will be happy to close this complaint, but not a moment sooner.

      That's correct we processed your refund on our end on 8/4/22 which notifies Ticketmaster that a refund has been initiated.  Since you paid ticketmaster directly the refund will come from and show as a refund from Ticketmaster.

      I am rejecting this response because I received a message from ParkWhiz, NOT Ticketmaster, on August 4 saying I would have the refund within five business days. It is now August 22 and I still do not have the refund. I will be happy to drop this complaint as soon as the refund is actually received, but since you guys already lied once about this process and I still dont have my money back, I will not accept this resolution on the basis of empty words promising my money will be refunded someday possibly maybe we dont know for sure when. Frankly, you could have had a check cut and physically mailed to me by now, to say nothing of this being an absurdly long time to electronically refund my money, so no. I reject your empty words.

      The original request to Ticketmaster to refund this pass was sent on 8/4/22 when the parking pass was cancelled, we then sent a follow up to Ticketmaster on 8/11/22.  I have sent another request to Ticketmaster as of 9/14/22 to refund this pass.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The entire process was ludicrously more difficult than it ever should have been and Id strongly discourage anyone reading this from ever using ParkWhiz, but after nearly 45 days of repetitive messages and being ping ponged between two companies who each said the other should issue the refund, I have received my $5 refund and can agree to permanently close my complaint against this shoddy company.

      I purchased a monthly parking spot through ParkWhiz. The copy used on their website clearly indicates that I could park my car in a parking garage from Thursday July 7 to Saturday August 6th. However the garage they connected me with requires that I pay them on August 1st for the entire month of August. ParkWhiz sold me a product (parking at the *************** from August 1 to August 6) without the ability to deliver it.Please see the attached screenshot.

      I'm sorry for the confusion!  In the redemption instructions it does say that the billing cycle begins on the first regardless of when your monthly pass started but I can see where the confusion is because we list the parking dates from 7/7 - 8/6.  I've issued you a partial refund of $116.67 that covers the dates between 8/1 - 8/6 that you were billed through the garage.  The refund receipt is attached, please allow 3-5 business days before you see it back on your credit card account.  Very sorry again for the confusion here

      Paid for parking. My car was towed, they refused to help reimburse me for the cost To get my car out.

      Thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry you were towed.  We did issue you a refund for your parking pass however our records indicate that you added your license plate on this pass on 7/25 at *****. According to the tow document, the tow was prior to that at 12:17p. License plate information needs to be added to the parking pass prior to parking to notify the enforcement company that you've paid for parking. Any absent or incorrect information entered by the customer subjects their vehicle to potential fines or towing from the moment a parking transaction begins as is stated in our Terms of Use.
