  Experience last night was terrible. Prepaid ahead of time on my phone $17. Parked in the Nordic parking ramp ************************. The machine at the parking ramp would not scan my QR code to enter or to leave. I tried the ParkWhiz app QR code and the email QR code. Had to use a debit card to exit the ramp. Ended up having to pay twice! Paid an additional $17. Not cool. Doesn't make sense to prepay for parking if your machines are not going to scan! Held up a long line of cars trying to exit. Scam.

  ParkWhiz is a scam. They blocked my payment card because I was using their $5 discount often to pay for my parking . They claim that its my bank thats not allowing the payment but its them the merchant. And they still deny it. Ive never had this problem before w my bank card plus I even called my bank & of course they confirmed its the merchant.

  Bought parking space but when we got to the lot, all spaces were taken. Asked for refund but did not hear back, ended up having to go through our credit card company to get the charge reversed. Terrible service, terrible company.

  Public Review for ParkWiz / SmartPark I parked in a SmartPark (ParkWiz) garage for under 15 minutes to check on a store that wasnt there. I tried to pay the parking fee which initially showed $0 but the system wouldnt accept Apple Pay or two different credit cards. After several failed attempts, the price increased to $6.50, which I finally paid. Then the system refunded that payment for no ********** its treating me like I never left, and the charge keeps going up even though I exited the garage at 7:07 PM. Theres no way to scan out, no working support line, and the online contact form hasnt received a response.This system is broken and feels predatory. Im in a rental car and now worried theyll try to pass the charge on to the rental company all because of a glitch in their system that they wont address. I would never use ******* again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

  Racket- I ordered tickets and purchase parking pops up. They sold me parking that was 4 blocks away from the event. Try to speak to customer service and they just say you purchased from a third party and no way to get a refund no one takes any responsibility for it and you're screwed. Disgusting.

  Express Pay did not work and my ticket is still open three days later. I only parked in their lot for approximately an hour. I have reached out to their support team, but have yet to receive a response.

  Paid for parking which went from 7pm-1 hour after event ends. Parked fine. On the way out, around 20 minutes after event ended, I was charged an additional 15$. ParkWhiz refused to offer a refund and says it is because of late exit. On the app / ticket, it clearly says 1 hour after event. I left the event slightly early to beat traffic and still got charged.

  They automatically set my parking time to be 11 hours and said the lot sign that showed $25 was only good for 10 hours. I was only going to be there for 2 hours. I was charged $50 and basically told tough #$#%#$!!!

  This app is terrible and partners with ********. DO NOT USE!!!I reserved parking for the **************** playoff game this past Saturday. When I arrived at the lot, all spots were taken. There was no attendant at all. I was informed by someone who has a reserved spot in this lot that the owner routinely overbooks the lot for ******* and Ravens game. Park Whiz has been really difficult to work with to get a refund. I have even had to threaten to contest the charge with my credit card company. I travel a lot for work and use lots of parking apps. This one is terrible and you should consider using a different app.

  The parking machines were not working!!! I had to use my phone to pay for my friend's parking. The ********************* ****** Pay in ******** ** charged me $4.50 plus $2.00 extra from ****** Pay ($6.50). ******. Next time, I'm taking the subway there instead.
