      On Sunday 10/2/2022 I purchased a parking reservation from ParkWhiz for an event on 10/3/2022. I received a reservation noting an attendant would be at the parking lot to show a QR code to to gain access to the reserved spot.Upon arrival, there was no attendant and the parking lot was full. I was forced to find parking 7-8 blocks away and pay for it and arrive at the event late.I have e-mailed ParkWhiz and gotten no response.The parking pass noting the instructions and attendant has been uploaded.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They did eventually issue a refund.  I was still inconvenienced but they at least refunded what I paid them.

      I reserved a spot using ParkWhiz. ParkingPass #*********. I arrived at the lot at ************************************************************************ on Sep14th. The lot attendant said I must leave because the lot is full. I showed him my reservation. He responded as if this happened frequently and said I will need to contact Parkwhiz for a refund. I contacted Parkwhiz. They responded quickly, but then stopped responding via email once I asked for a refund. They still have not refunded me.

      On Sept 17, 2022, we purchased a parking spot by Vivid Seats for a Parkwiz spot and the lot was full. I contacted Parkwhiz where a team member named ***** told us he found an open spot at the Linden St lot. We booked a space for the 2nd time through a link ***** sent me by text while driving to that location. When we got there the attended told us the lot doesn't have any prepay options, and we had to pay $20 cash to park. So we paid $43 through a 3rd party vendor, then paid $42 through the link sent by your employee, then still had to pay cash. We expressed this complaint and were asked to send pictures and a copy of our receipt. When I replied to the email with the requested pictures, the email came back as undelivered. I have been unable to contact the company and have not received a refund for this purchase.

      I was quoted one price (see photo), with additional $15 if the vehicle is oversized which mine is (see bottom of photo). But when I got to the garage, I was told the additional charge is $15 PER DAY, which in my case of 3 days, came to $45. I immediately contacted Parkwhiz and he told me to pay first, get a receipt and see what we can do for reimbursement. I did just that, sent Parkwhiz the receipt, but nothing happened. I believe I should not pay $30 more than what I was quoted. I would have gone for another quote had I known that.

      Sept. 16 tried to park at Station Square with a Park Whiz scan code.Was attending ******************* concert.Amount: $12.Code did not work at gate.Tried in in two lanes but did not work.Traffic behind us beeping and getting inpatient.No choice but to purchase ticket at gate for parking.When I contacted Park Whiz they refused to refund.Many many emails later they still refuse to refund.I feel conned by a very unprofessional staff.Their product did not work period and I want a refund.They can check footage etc to see the scan code did not work.

      On 08/18/2022, I parked in a parking lot in downtown ***********, ** - at *************** (151 W. 4th Street) I have parked here many times and always paid the parking fee via my iPhone. On this particular date, I attempted to pay my parking fee. The ParkWhiz internet service was down. I was not able to pay the $5.50. The parking notice is PCA-M-****** at 05:48PM. (License plate HES DNP). I was given a citation for $60.00. I have made numerous phone call to the company and no one is ever able to assist me to discuss the problem. I have sent appeals to two different website addresses. The first appeal was sent on August 19, 2022 to *********************************** I also attempte to phone Best Park ******** who runs the parking lot and found that the phone number of ************ is not a working number (much like the internet website). I have not received any response to any of my phone calls and email appeals. The parking notice states that in the event the citation fee of $60.00 goes unpaid, it will be turned over for collection. I my appeal emails, I presented the company with numerous dates and times when I have previously parked in this same location. The lack of response is both staggering and shocking. It should be noted that the credit card machine that was previously available at this lot for years has been completely shut down, and customers do not have an alternative method of paying the parking fee. After reviewing the BBB file on this company, I am not surprised at their lack of response to the needs of their customers. There is a phone number for the disputes department on the citation *************). No one was able to assist me with my problem at that number.

      I'm sorry for all of the trouble here.  However, we don't own or operate the enforcement company or parking facility so you would need to work directly with them to appeal the citation.  In the future, if you are unable to access the ParkWhiz app, please pay for parking at the location directly to avoid citations.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The app that is used to pay for parking at the parking lot is a ParkWhiz application.  As it was not working correctly, I was unable to pay for parking.  This could clearly be a gimmick by ParkWhiz so that parking customers are unable to pay via the application and therefore they get ticketed for $60.00.  The response from ParkWhiz is totally unacceptable.  This parking lot has also disabled the onsite credit card machine, so in the event the app is not working correctly, customers then have no way to pay the parking fee.  I totally reject this response.  I am requesting that ParkWhiz refund the $65.00 immediately.

      I booked a parking spot last month (July 31st) for one hour from 11am-noon. When our lunch ran past noon, I booked again for another hour but the website charged me for the same hour (11am-noon again). I booked two hours of parking, but it charged me twice for the same hour and resulted in a $60 ticket from the parking enforcement agency that patrols this private lot. I am trying to contest the ticket now with this enforcement agency, but I'm not sure if it will be successful.Basically, the company charged me twice for the same hour resulting in a $60 ticket because of a problem with their technology/platform. They refunded me $5 for the parking error, but I am still on the hook for the $60 ticket.

      I'm very sorry for all of the trouble here.  Since we don't own or operate the parking facility unfortunately we are unable to void the citation.  Since you are already contesting it with the enforcement company, make sure to let them know that you did pay for parking twice to extend your booking and be sure to share with them both booking numbers.  I hope this helps!

      I had booked a parking spot with Parkwhiz for parking in a *********** for a Pitbull concert on 8/26/22 in *********, **. Ahead of time I had provided my lisence plate info and had confirmed the time slot I was allowed for was between 7pm and 12am. I parked in the designated lot that I had booked with Parkwhiz between the designated times for my event. I arrived back to my car before my time expired and had a parking violation ticket for "no advanced payment." When I called to appeal the ticket, they told me they had never heard of Parkwhiz and that I got scammed by the company and there's nothing they can do to clear the ticket. I reached out to Parkwhiz directly after this and requested a refund for the parking that I had paid for and not received and they got back to me saying there's nothing they can do an "that is the risk you accepted when buying the pass."

      Unfortunately we dont have a way to reimburse you for a parking that wasn't purchased directly through us.  We highly recommend purchasing parking directly through ParkWhiz instead of a third party so that you have the ability to control your reservation.

      I paid $22.10 for 24hours of parking with Park Whiz. Nine minutes after paying I received a citation for $87. When I contacted Park Whiz for a resolution they stated that since I paid at ***************************** but the ticket was issued at ****************************** was still responsible for the ticket. These locations are the same, just on separate sides of the SAME lot. The citation # is **********. I would like this citation to be cancelled and the parking fee refunded, given the considerable amount of time I have spent trying to resolve this.

      I paid for parking over 5 months ago to attend a ******** Rockies game on August 20th at 6:00 p.m. When I arrived at the parking lot at 5:30 there where no available parking spots. They overbooked the lot. When I called customer service all they would do for me is refund the $15 that I paid in March. I ended up booking parking elsewhere and had to pay $30, missed 2 innings of the baseball game and had to walk a mile from where I was able to park.
