  SCAM ALERT! This company is a predatory service that participates in price-gouging and takes advantage of customers. They used SeatGeek to up-charge me on parking for an event, knowing full well that there was no way for me to cancel or get a refund when I wasn't able to go to the event. You'd do better to light your money on fire.

  I recently went to an event in Downtown *********** on 11/4/22. I paid for parking in advance via ParkWhiz near the event. The directions provided were terrible and inaccurate and after driving around the block 5 times, I finally found the lot. After pulling in to the lot I realized it was completely full! The website stated there would be an attendant onsite who would check my parking ticket upon arrival. There was no one there. I emailed and received one response form ParkWhiz asking me the same questions I had already answered in my initial complaint. After nearly a week and two follow *** I have had no further communication nor resolution of my complaint. The parking lot is a complete scam and ParkWhiz is unresponsive, unethical, and does not provide the service they claim to provide nor help when a customer has been charged for something they never received. In addition, the situation made me over an hour late for the event and I had to find other last minute parking that cost more than 6 times what I had pre-paid for. The loss is much more than not getting a refund, but lost time, stress, and having to spend a lot more money to replace the service they never provided.

  The company is a scam who doesnt protect their customers. I paid $27 to park to get a parking ticking in the mail for $100. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

  I paid for parking before heading to an event in downtown ********* on Friday 10/7. I was charged $8.80. After leaving the event I tried to scan my parking pass barcode before exiting the parking garage, but no matter how many times I tried scanning it it didnt work. I was then charged $10.80 to leave the parking garage. Im not sure why I had to pay twice when I already paid for the parking pass online before the event. After my event, ParkWhiz sent me an email asking to review my experience, to which I gave them 2 stars and explained that I had been double charged. A representative reached out to me asking to provide information about the day, time, how much I was charged, and etc, so I provided screenshots and detailed descriptions, only to never receive a response. Its been a week since they contacted me and even after sending them two follow-up emails, still no response. I find it very rude and annoying that not only was I double charged, but that someone reached out to me and has ignored me since. Why bother reaching out to me if theyre not going to do anything? At this point Im over it, but please dont waste my time asking for information that youll do nothing with for a situation youll do nothing about.

  I parked at a ParkWhiz lot on ************ in ****** and paid for an hour. Upon arriving back at my vehicle, I saw that it was booted despite me being only 5 minutes past the expiration time. There was someone on the lot just waiting to boot people. When I had arrived, there were several people fighting with the guy booting cars saying he had no right to do that. I had to pay $150 to have the boot removed... I was there for work so I basically worked an entire shift for free. This

  I booked through ParkWhiz for 8 hours for $20 When I went to collect my car, the garage charged me $29. Turns out because I arrive ten minutes early, their machine charged me the extra $9. Parkwhiz doesnt care.

  Total scam. I booked parking through Park Whiz for an event in *********** and when we got to the parking lot, it was closed to the public and only for cast and crew for the show. We had to search for ******************* and got worse seats because Park Whiz sold parking that wasn't available.Even worse, after back and forth tweets and DM's - they refused to refund the parking and said it was AXS' responsibility (app linked to Park Whiz) to refund. AXS actually sucked even worse than Park Whiz and has chat customer service where they kept promising a manager would get back to me. Never happened. Park Whiz offered a credit, but I never want to use them again. I booked with an **************** credit card and finally had to dispute the charge through Am Ex. Only then was I credited for parking I was charged for that wasn't available.Park Whiz claims to be a listing service for parking in advance, but listing parking that is not available is a scam.

  "I am absolutely stunned within 25 minutes...yes, 25 MINUTES.... of leaving a review, ***** from the Park Whiz support team, reached out to me, apologized for our experience, sent feedback to the management of the parking site to address and correct the situation, and then offered me a credit!! Again I am stunned and amazed with Park Whiz for actually reading comments, addressing my the situation, forwarding it to management, then giving a credit for something out of Park Whiz's control. This is the first time ever in the history of leaving comments that an actual person reached out to address my comment. This being on any site, or in person or comment cards with any company or business, whether being good or bad.I can't say enough on how I am impressed. I have my degree in Management/Accounting, went to a top university, worked in high end retail, and this exactly how a paying customer should be treated!Kuddos ********************. You have made me a lifetime customer and will tell everyone about you!

  Paid in the app at a lot on vacation in Kona , received a parking ticket in the lot . Contacted ParkWhiz to be emailed a figure it out yourself with the lot . The are garbage rip off artists
