      Back in December, I was promised that money will be returned after 30 days. Every time I reach out to the center, I was notified that the individual manager will call to handle this issue which never came.I purchased Blank money order for $299,00 (Date: 12/01/2023). I lost the Money Order and requested a stop at 12/4/2023. I gone through the proper procedures of the 30-day waiting period but ever since then and forward, the same individual say that she needs to talk to her manager and nothing is returning, this is why I am here filing a complaint because this should be handled better. Her name is ************************* and I have no contact info of her manager that supposed to calling me back to handle this issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: I don't know what information other than what I have provided for the BBB. The only information they have about me is what I have already given you. is  All I kjnow is I have signed and fill out the form for PLS and paid them the ***** fee they charge for a stop payment on the money order in question ,on December 4th 2023 and the  manager ***************************** assured me that I would be hearing from her within 5 to 30 days
      which I did not. I called Ms. *********** several times and made trips back to PLS and spoke to ************* in person on 3 seperate occasions and was always told the same thing, that she would have to call her boss. It is now February 21,2024  and I have heard nothing other than PLS have to have my permission to give a third party my information that they dont have other than what I have given BBB already.  This is a tactic to keep from giving me the ****** owed to me,

      I purchased two money orders one on 9/30/23 for the amount of ****** serial number #********** The second money order was purchased on 11/20/23 for the amount of $****** Money order serial # ********** That said both of those money orders were rejected by my landlords bank . ***************** My landlord notified me on 12/08/2023 and provided me with his bank rejection letters for both of said money orders. On that same date 12/08/2023 I when to the establishment located at ************************************************** ,were I purchased both money orders and spoke with the manager on site .He ran both serial numbers of the money orders and verified that neither of them were cashed. And he stated that their was an Internal issue with both money orders. And I wont have to pay Stop order on them because it wasnt my fault they were rejected.So he gave a the Money Order Stop Payment Refund Application for me to fill out . He then faxed all the documents to pls247 head Quarters . Assured me that I would receive my refund within (21) days. I call their headquarters and all I get is mind games no refund no solution iam behind 2 months on rent because of their incompetence . I am on a fixed budget from disability my funds can only go so far. This entity is holding my $580.00 hostage. I need to reimburse my landlord for those two months of rent. ASAP.

      This lame  response dose not reimburse me my funds of $580.00 This is a Cop out,  from these corrupt capitalists pigs . I want my refund of $580.00 not an excuse from these thieves. Who is the BBB protecting the corrupt enterprise?  This is  unacceptable response.  This pathetic response is what these corrupt entities hides its misdeeds.  BBB needs to shut this corrupt enterprise down . If BBB thinks this response is a resolution then BBB is complying with pls corruption. BBB is protecting the perpetrators not the consumer.. Do better and be-diligent and get this corrupted enterprise to reimburse me my funds .Not an excuse they give everyone  the same excuse.My money orders were rejected by my  landlords bank .My money orders were not CASHED , pls has my funds they need to refund me not steel from the less fortunate.Do your job BBB and get these corrupt enterprise to resolve this issue excuse from them is not a resolution. BBB webpage has this same excuse as a means of resolving this corrupt enterprise response  like this is a slap in the face of the consumer.this response is disgusting to say the lease.excuse do not resolve my refund .  BBB is  protecting the corrupt enterprise.       I am rejecting this response because: Deflation from responsibility from this enterprise is not a solution , and by far a satisfactory response to my missing funds of $$580.00 . If BBB accept this bogus response from this enterprise as a solution to this  issue then  BBB. Is in compliance with the the fraudulent predatory practices of PLS.,establishment . BBB isnt doing their do diligence on behalf of the consumer. If BBB  thinks that sugarcoating PLS247  predatory practices is a solution then we the consumer are dome. PS: my money orders were not CASHED nor were they lost they were just REJECTED by my landlords bank. PLS, has my funds be mindful and help me resolve this problem thanks for reading.

      Purchased 1 money order in November 2023 for rent. Came back no good. Rebought another one for November and a new one for December 2023. Both came back no good. PLS keeps making me fill out paper, instead of returning my money. On the BBB website seems like a lot of these types of complaints. Not sure if this is helping to protect citizens. Hopefully, I dont get evicted. Next stop is my city council representative. Final stop PLS scamquarters.

      I pay every month for the card not to charge me . Today I was hung on me. And told me the manager wasn't in. Then when I called back it was the same lady and said to what her beliefs was. And pretending to be a manager and then said oh the manager is in a meeting. I need help this customer service and the whole thing is horrible.

      Two money orders were purchased for my rent. The bank turned down the money order from this place. I went for a refund and have been waiting 2 months for the checks they supposedly mailed out. I called and they stopped the checks and said another 2 checks were sent out. I called last friday and they said call monday cause that's when checks are mailed. I called today and they're telling me to call back friday cause that is when checks are mailed out. This is almost 2 months of this back and forth.

      Been waiting almost 3 months for refund. A company took out 3 payments at one time that overdraft my account by almost ******. All 3 transactions were done the same day with out my authorization. I had the money deposited on my pls prepaid debt card..which is my payroll deposit! We did a charge back on the card...pls has not given me my money back yet...it's been almost 3 months!! I need my money...the car was ultimately repossessed...as a result also!

      I visited your location on ********** in the Bronx address ********************** ***** and my services was refused for cashing my tenants public assistant check first she stated that the checks was three months pass and I wouldnt be able to cash it. I gave her the other three checks that were dated for August, September and October and then she stated that she cant *************** past two weeks which I know is a lie. I have all her information and I have it on video. I feel like I was being racially profile. She never came back to the window. She sent another employee to deliver the message.customer is horrible and awful I would never recommend anybody to cash the checks here ever again

      I had a person or persons use mycard#number. They must have gotten it over the phone after me telling my information over the phone to a merchant that was most likely is a spam call.Whoever they gave it to ran the card # up $2000 and then Another got my card out of the mail. It never came to me.And ran it up for 15 to $1900..I disputed and the first dispute was denied for $1600 Then I did another dispute and I'm really praying that one don't get denied .They've refunded $400something an $200on a separate claim ..They need to give me back the $3000 they took. There PLS it's a check cashing and card giveing financial institution..They owe me and isn't the$ insured ..Why would they deny my claim..I need my money back...I have given them 2police reports and upteen dispute forms..I would really appreciate some support on this matter..The charges were for Expedia 2 different airlines PlayStation@Blizzard and dynamic sports sequince as well..An the next were done at ******* supercenter in Cicero ******** and best buy there as well.Some Uber eats too. ..I'm really sick over the loss of my savings.And would really like my money back so I can take it an put it somewhere more secure and insured..*****************************..

      I attempted to cash check from my full time employer. When I initially went, I was not too happy with the amount deducted as a fee. I left. I then realized, my bank would be closed because it is 7:00PM. I tried to cash at ******** however the check was still pending positive pay (I am literally my jobs accountant and wrote the check to myself, signed by ownership, to replenish our ***** cash fund) so I knew thjs was the reason. As positive Pay with Chase (allows you to submit issued checks for an extra layer of security) takes 4-5 hours to post and I had only submitted the check at 3:00 pm, the time allotted for posting would fall outside of business hours so it would be the next day before this happened. I returned to PLS and explained I couldnt get it cashed at my bank or ******** They then refused to cash it stating they needed to verify the check after 8:30 am. I was told it was because the checks did not match previous checks. After inquiring what it was being compared to, I was told it was compared to the previous check I cashed. I then realized they were referring the check from a CONTRACT job I completed in April. I told them it would not match, because it was a COMPLETELY different company. I attempted to explain why this was, and how this was. But instead the two managers were insisted that they needed to confirm because it didnt match. And that I just admitted it was from a different company. Of course it was. I have more than one source of income!!! They essentially mocked me because the signature on file from a company named PPK investments, did not match a signature on a check from a DIFFERENT company named ********************************. They yelled at me, hung up on me, and did everything short of accusing me of fraud. I do not find the logic in how they made the comparison. Not only this, they REFUSED to even acknowledge their comparison was invalid. How can you compare the color Red to blue and refuse service because they dont match?
