      Transaction Date: 12/15/2023 Money Owed: ******* Money was withdrawn without my authorization I called the police filed a claim. During the fist claim Expectations stated that they requested supporting documents and I did not send them. But I never received the request the claim was closed. With the help of the crime victims a new claim was opened and was told to wait 45 days for a claim resolution. After 45 I called back and was told that the new claim and supporting documents that were sent never existed.

      On July 2, 2023 I purchased a money order from PLS located at ***************************************************** in the amount of ******** a week later the landlord reported that the bank declined the money order for payment or deposit...I submitted a stop payment order on July 17, 2023...on July 31, 2023 I called and the company has not resolved or attempted to clear this matter up...I want someone to look into this matter immediately...I will be heading to court.

      I am rejecting this response because: on August 1, 2023 I received a call from PLS at 4:37 pm from the number ************ regarding information concerns about the money order in question.  The Money Order number is ********** in the amount of 1,000.00.  All document have been submitted to the company when the store in which I purchased the money order from submitted the stop payment document. Now suddenly they will not release information to you because there is no notarized consent on file? does this sound like a reputable establishment to you.  My next move is small claims court and they will pay not only the money order amount but court cost and lawyer fees.  I have never dealt with such mismanagement in my life.

      My mom ******************* has been going to *** store on ********** ****** Cicero,** getting money orders to pay her bills rent lights,gas etc. Well she received letters of disconnections notice because of no payment this has been going on since last year. So with her rent she was told by her landlord that they havent received her rent in a few months. She has all of her receipts she went to the *** and found out that someone had been depositing the money in there account. She was given the last four digits of the account number. That is unacceptable. Same thing with her light bill comed sent out disconnection notice for non payment but again she has her receipts so someone at that location never paid my no bill and today she called peoples gas and they told her the bill was behind for non pay me but she has the receipts that she paid the bill. So this is unacceptable shes a senior and this definitely should not be happening and this matters needs to be addressed. I dont know if we neee to file a police report or do we wait to hear back from someone. Im ********************* and Im filing this complaint on behalf of my mother *******************

      May 2,2023 visited my local PLS Store in ***************. I cashed a check from my retirement company and also make a ****** payment (cash from proceeds from check) to local utility company NIPSO. I was advised on May 30 by a NIPSCO representative that the ****** was never received. The day payment was made I called in the confirmation receipt number! I have tried to resolve at the store level. I have made a customer service complain as well as filed a complaint with the ***** If I do not hear back from someone by the end of the business day on Monday, I will be contacting our local news.

      I obtained a money order with PLS and but mistakenly made it out to the wrong payee. I tried to correct the error by crossing out the wrong payee and replacing it with the correct one and place my initials by the change. Due to this I was told the money order was no longer valid. I did lose the receipt for the money order. When I tried to get a replacement PLS refused due to the crossed-out section and the lost receipt. I do not think it is fair business practice for PLS to be able to keep the funds for a money that cannot be cashed. I would like to get a replacement money order paying the stop payment cost.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The response indicated. the business is not able to release any information on *********************, myself, to a third party.  I am not looking or asking for any information to be released.  However, I am looking for and requesting either a new money order in the amount of $500.00 or for a replacement with the stop fee amount deducted.  As PLS would not ***** this to me due to a lost receipt and a damaged money order (a ******************* was drawn through the payee portion by myself a new payee named along with my initials) I have made this and other complaints.  I do not understand how this request requires releasing of information to a third party.  Should my understanding be in error, please elaborate.

      I purchased the money order in November it got lost in the mail. By January I filled out paperwork to have the money order replaced it is now April and no one knows where the money order is I went back and forth to the business several times they never processed the paperwork I've caught the ***** number and now I'm being told that they don't know where the check is for my refund payment worst customer service ever very unprofessional they have girls working in the office that can't process paperwork but took my money is if they knew what they were doing. When you call it's the same person that answer he don't even know what's going on. I'm starting to feel like I was scammed out of my money and PLS stole My money.

      I'm not even sure where to begin. On May 19th 2023 I. Checked my card like usual and noticed I had 0 dollars In my account. I called the fraud department because this literally just happened weeks before. No one could explain why my money was taken out my account. Finally someone said they sent 8t in a check because my card is not active...huh never called me for a heads up or anything and the messed up part was I actually liked xpectations but all this attitude when I call is uncalled for especially when I did nothing wrong smh

      On 5/10/23 I report a fraud on my account showing that people was using my account when I was at work and at home. I contact them to let them know about my hacked in my fraud. They told me it was going to take up to 90 days to get my money back and that they cannot replace my money when I have a disabled child, that is in need of this money I feel like for a company to let people steal from you when I just recently got this new card from them its not OK for them to take close to $400 out of my account and told me basically oh well figure it out . I feel like this is not OK for people that are in my situation that is poor and need the money. They should be a different situation or issue how they should handle this. I would never have an account with him ever in my life.
