Had a regular Air Conditioning service today. The technician took time to examine the furnace and in house coil (It is in our crawl space). He checked the outside unit, coolant pressure and power washed the fins. No hurrying, just a very competent effort. This technician said he'd been working for 4 Seasons since graduating from a trade school more than 15 years ago. No shortcuts here in his efforts. That's why I deal with 4 Seasons as they are better than any other Company I have dealt with.

On May 17, 2025 I called 4 Seasons to replace our broken pipe on the second floor unit , as replacing the broken pipes pieces of the broken pipe fell down into the pipes below and call blockage down to the basement. That created another problem on my first floor unit with water backing up into the toilet, and could not flush the toilet without bagging up. 4 Seasons was called back the next day May 18, and the technician he rod the second-floor unit for about an Half hour but did not solve the problem. I had to call back to schedule another technician to come out the following day on Monday, May 19, this technician rod first floor toilet for at least an over an hour but did not fix the problem now all that rodding called a major build up of Old waste that was already in the pipes build up that added it to the blockage that was down in the pipe already. So far I payed 4 Seasons two times also, on the same day technicians came out and told me that my pipes in the basement had to be cut out in order to clean out the pipes , and I had to pay them more for that. Thats 3 payments. And also the technician cut a hole in the ceiling in the first floor bathroom for nothing just to look up in there and did not replace the drywall which they have a cameras to look through pipes and walls and Didnt use it.Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric

Today a 4 Seasons tech came out to clean our central air conditioner for the upcoming summer. The young man was very conscientious, checked the entire system, and did a very good cleaning on the air conditioner.
