I had my new furnace installed by Four Seasons and every year I have a technician come and give it a check up. Each time a technician came, they did a great job in cleaning and letting me know that the furnace is good to go. The technician asks me if I have any questions after servicing. It seems the only question I have is to make certain I replaced the filter correctly. 5 stars11:16 4 = Better Business Bureau of ***************************************** This review is regarding Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning!! We have used this company for the last 10 years and I cannot find all of the words to convey how pleased we are. We have used all of their services except for electrical. Our last experience was this past weekend when it turns out we needed to replace our furnace!!!Ouch right? Not the case... Four Seasons worked with us to be as cost efficient as possible to get us into the best equipment possible. Prompt, polite and professional...could not ask for more...Huge shout out to *****, ******, ******, and ****. Four seasons was sent out to my home by ********** because my furnace wouldnt start, the technician took off the **ver and diagnosed that something was clogged he used my drill bit to clean the clog which then my furnace started, he then said I might have a ** leaked and spent the next hour telling me I needed a replace furnace the first quote was 20k for the furnace and ac then it went down to 17k and finally magically 15k when that was all the financing I **uld get. The technician then charged me ****** dollar rebate for being a ********** customer so the total was ****** him to unclog a pipe with a drill bit, nothing was changed and it took less then 5 minsI cancelled the install because 15k seem to much for the cheapest furnace offered by ****** and was told that if I paid cash it would be ***** each so four seasons was gonna charge me an extra ***** just for using a finance **mpany which the **mpany was also charging *****% for the loanI even told them I was gonna be on 3/4 pay due to disability for the next few months and I **uldnt afford a big payment and they just kept pushing. Ill never use this **mpany and suggest anyone else be wary when dealing with them.Randy S.

**************** reached out to me and explained that this situation is not the normal business practice and apologized for the service that I experienced. She was very polite and offered me a full refund for the bad experience. Understanding that not every interaction can always be ideal I would give them another chance if my furnace was to have another issue as the customer service follow up definitely shows they care for their customers and the interactions they have. Ive been with Four Seasons for decades, and I think they are a great company. When you have a clean, and check with them for your furnace, or central air - they have a no breakdown guarantee for 1 year. I called to get my Furnace Cleaned and checked. I was told by the Four Season representative that I had a cracked heat exchange and I needed a new furnace. The Four Seasons Member turned off my heat and told me that it had to be turned off due to carbon monoxide. Then I received multiple calls and emails from the company on the cost to replace my furnace. I called another Heating Company to come out and check for I was frightened about carbon monoxide. Guess what, the second opinion stated no cracked heat exchange. Today, I had my furnace cleaned and checked. NO CRACKED HEAT EXCHANGE. I was probably shown a seam in the furnace. This is not a cracked heat exchange! Therefore I was told by 2 reputable companies that what I was told by Four Seasons was untrue.A company that lies to get someone to replace their furnace ,when there is NO need, will never get my business again. 4 starsHad the vents cleaned for the first time. The tech was did everything that was explained to me when I made the appointment, and he went through the steps again for further clarification. He was courteous, quick and cleaned up the work area. I felt the price was reasonable and I would use Four Seasons again.
