This was for a new furnace installation. Everything went great. The install team was punctual and let us know when they were on their way. The team removed the old furnace and install the new furnace within the estimated time quoted. They made sure everything was working. we were made aware of any outstanding issues. In this case we had to replace the humidifier filter before using it. They show us how to use the new Nest thermostat and answered any questions we had regarding the install and new furnace. 4 starsThank you Four seasons for doing the right thing!I previously posted a review about Four seasons, long story short their techs ang their managers are clueless and were going to charge me a thousands to repair the Air Conditioner system at my house that is still under warranty, so I said no and hired a local company that fixed my unit and did cost me less than $400 saving over 2k from what Four seasons were going to charge me. After reading my review, four seasons contacted me and few month later they are refunding me the money that I spent to repair the ** with the local company. I decided to use this company for an elderly family member and the service was horrible. I thought with the good reviews I would have a nice experience but that was not the case.This company was called out for plumbing services. The 1st plumber could not fix the issue then he left and we had to wait on a second plumber(very rude with an attitude) who half way fixed the issue and caused more problems than we had before. They also have you sign a no guarantee form after they complete the work when you are not even fully sure that the problem is fixed as well as a signature they they are not responsible for damage. Soon at the plumber left our toilet problems turned into the shower backing up which wasnt even happening before they came. Now We paid almost 1K and still having more issues than what we started with. We called to try and get the issue fixed and the second man who came was trying to charge an additional 400 dollars more when we already paid for you to cause us more problems. Please dont let the good reviews fool you do NOT use this company. A complete waste of money now we have to pay another company to fix the issue they couldnt fix that they charged us for.Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric

5 starsFour Seasons offered the best bang for the buck--between the brand level (Lennox), size of the unit, and guarantees. Their estimator was very informative and the installers were extremely efficient and professional. In the end, I think a bigger company like Four Seasons has the capacity to offer a higher level of service than a smaller company.Review fromRomain G

My split system stopped working on a Monday and was replaced on the Friday of that same week. They were able to send me a technician the same day I called to diagnose the issue. I had someone quote me the next day and Technicians come on Friday that same week. Their quote was very fair and people were a pleasure to work with. If you are ever interested in a good company who stands behind their work and warranty, this is not it! Though I have a 15 yr warranty on my A/C unit, and per the technician the repair in which they refused to cover even though it was small. I could prove and they saw the ** unit was was maintained by them yearly. The company still found everyway to deny the claim! Each time I called one rep would say it was covered, yet when I called to follow-up a different rep would tell me it wasn't. This took place even when their own technician told me it was covered when he did the inspection! This all could have been avoided (a clogged PVC drain pipe) if the unit was properly cleaned. When the technician came out last to clean he didn't even come inside the house to view the unit! I end up paying another company to do the work. Four season gave a discounted offer $698 to do the repair, I had another A+ company come out and charge $100 to do the samerepair! I learned names and nice commercials aren't the key. Standing behind your work and making customers happy is the only way. BTW after 5 days of back and forth they still refused the repair!!!Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric

******, we have reviewed your concerns regarding the situation above and sadly were not able to come to a resolution that works for you. Although you have had annual maintenance done to your unit in order to keep your warranty in good standing, checking for clogged pipes (in this case) specifically the clogged pvc pipe is not a part of our ************* checklist. Clogs can happen at any point and there are many things that can cause the pvc to naturally develop buildup which is why we do not cover or take liability for clogs in our warranties. We appreciate and value your business. You have been a valued customer since 2009 when your unit was initially installed.
