      On numerous occasions since April 2022, the leasing manager and other employees has entered my apartment without giving prior notice or leaving any notice that they were there. I have came home to my patio door unlocked (which I never go out on or even unlock), my oven moved, led lights on in bedroom when light was originally off, I have had the leasing manager walk in while company was here and they informed me she was at the top of the stairs by the time anyone even noticed she was there, also just recently she has walked in and came all the way upstairs with a male employee who both saw me naked and proceed to have in argument with me in my bedroom doorway. Not once did either person apologize for seeing me naked nor did she attempt to allow me to finish putting on clothes, she was literally in my doorway while I was in a sports bra and underwear. There has been no prior notice given for any of these intrusions and she feels she is doing nothing wrong. This is now interfering with not just my privacy but also my safety. I am currently 8 months into a high risk pregnancy and also have a 4 year old. All the stress of worrying about her or any of her employees barging in when they please can easily lead me into early labor. I have emailed corporate and have received no reply so far. This is a major problem.

      Regarding the building that is next to 105 ********** which is ***************** The apartment building address is 107 *********** is owned and operated by Pangea.This problem has been happening since September of 2014. When we purchased the church we had a brand new roof put on the building, since then we have had to repair the roof six times with a cost of $900 each time, the last couple of months we had to pay $4,000 because the roof was leaking and the last time which was recently July 27, 2022 we paid $750 because 3 holes were in the roof.The tenants are allowing the children to play on the roof, they are dumping garbage pampers and other items as well as one day we called the police because they were throwing things at cars and people passing by. They also tried to bbq on the roof. Some older cars have been stripped of the catalytic converters and they are using the site on the side as a dumping ground.We have placed many phone calls and emails along with leaving notes asking for them to rectify the situation but we have not had any response to our complaints or concerns.Our church can not continue to take on unnecessary bills because of Pangea negligence.To date, we have sent another email, placed another phone call and left messages on social media to try and get a resolution to this problem.We, our ****** and True Love members would appreciate any assistance you can provide to solve this issue.Our administrator *********************************** has been the person who has tried numerous times to contact Pangea with no result.
