  I really wish I could give this a no star review. I've lived here for almost 5 years now. Since the new tenant below me there has been nothing but noise. CYM Living/Pangea is the worst vompany to ever rent from. I've called and complained to them well over 20 about the noise. All they do is give a lease violation like that is going to make a difference. This company should be put out of business and burned to the ground. I'll never rent from you all again . I rather sleep in my **** car than to rent for them. For a tenant who pays there rent faithfully and has never had a complaint since their move in, this is by far the most disrespectful things I've dealt with. They don't care about the building (and it shows) and they have never cared for the tenants. I've went to work with constant migraines die to lack of sleep and have been written up die to my work performance all because I can't sleep where I pay rent. This is unheard of! You all will never have me for a tenant again. Before I rent from here again I would sleep in the alley. This company is a joke. No wonder so many people have sued. They don't take anything seriously.

  I paid deposit on a unit that they said I was approved for but then they called on the day of key pick up saying they were training a new employee, that employee made a mistake approving me. OK, I am over that, my issue is that these people will not send me my deposit back. It has been almost two months!! TWO MONTHS AND THEY WON'T RETURN MY $1010.00 DEPOSIT!!! I call and call, but they keep saying it is being reviewed by accounting. It was a money order, what's to review? I don't understand. I wish I could proceed with no stars.

  51st st ******** let me be clear there is no heat n this unit paying **** montly gas bill is outrageous there is no way I should have to put up plastic to windows ghetto and paying market rent . Secondly they went up on the rent without proper notice it went from **** to **** thats well over 200 increase unlike most properties. The common areas have not been cleaned in GOD knows when . And now we get to the mice they so deep in the walls u can here them unsanitary the building smells like sewerage and needs rod out it amazes me that Im a construction worker and the methods they use as maintenance Aht Aht cant put pass me . U cant treat 1 unit for bed bugs mice roaches u havent do the entire complex and a follow up re retreating it took me to call for re treatment its sad when u in the heart of Hyde park nice area paying all this money and u cant get adequate heat I cant keep my grandchildren because it feels like outside my gas bill skyrocketing and I should not be paying that b

  I went and applied to Pangea Real estate because they advertise helping people with bad credit or no credit. So both my mother and myself applied just recently and her credit is very good but I have a few blemishes on my credit. Not enough for a company that advertises help with potential tenants. Much to our disbelief, we were both turned down without a solid reason. I am aware of what's on my credit report and there is nothing preventing us from renting from them. In ******************'t believe a word they say, they make false promises and get your hopes up. I ask that my $150 application fees be refunded in a timely manner because after numerous emails to my rental agent, she basically ghosted me. Beware of this company!!! Honestly, in my opinion, the color of my skin isn't dark enough to get an apartment since it is an ************************* All I want to know is what are the factors for our denial. Our combined income is excellent so that cannot be a factor. I'm hoping the BBB can help us as im contacting the attorney general for false and misleading information on there websites.   CYM told me there was a ***** application fee only to later tell me there was a 50 per person fee and I was not entitled to a refund for an apartment that I applied for!!!

  CYM Living horrible my bathroom is disgusting mold on walls and ceiling they sent someone out in April and the mold is now back. The basement leaks when it rains. Tenants are checking out of here like crazy. Unfortunately i resigned my lease for the last time. Dont move here not worth the money. Property manager *****.

  I wish I could push no star I been with Pangeas/**** Now they taking over still no change I been harassed in this apartment by my upstairs neighbors ********************************** for almost 6years now and nobody does anything about it supposed to be team leaders and Managers over building does anything but sit on there a** and because the manager over building she best friends with them thats why nothing gets done and they need to fire all they lazy a** I told them I have a disability I been so sick because of these people but Im looking into a law suit with these people because no one will here my cry until Im dead in this building I was rented this apartment under false pretense I told them about my disability and I was not notified when upstairs neighbor move the world of h*** in with them I recorded them so many times have anybody asked to hear them no And on top that the manager try to think she was playing games in my face with them I definitely got texts and lies she told me recorded she definitely will be answering to someone Im so over this company please dont rent from them.Should nobody live the world of h*** Im living everyday I just some hear me out Headquarters need to come out to these apartments and check on their people or their forever loose.

  Please don't rent any apartments from Pangea ****** Leasing/ CYM. Slum lords over priced apartments that's dressed up on video until you move in. Apartment I lived in heat was off 3days upon moving in. No response. Mangerment for these buildings on the ******************* need to be fired it take several several months for the downtown off to send a email but they never ever return your call. Who want to move it's not easy when you want to find stability. But it's only been 9months and I back too looking for a livable apartment. Floor still cracked basement overflow regularly cheap paint that peel immediately. Brown stuff running down the bathroom walls and I was told too open the window. No ventilation. Why go on with other issues. If you want a decent place to call home PANGEA ****** LEASING/ CYM IS NOT IT.
