      Poor management, maintenance, roaches, and theft are what you have to look forward to if you move here! The bad reviews don't even begin to tell 1/2 the story of how horrible the property management and theft are. Packages are stolen left and right, and the people "running" this place could care less. The cameras don't work, and CYM Living doesn't care enough to check or fix them! I've had items stolen from my apartment after having it serviced! I am on package #3 that's been stolen from the lobby, including one delivered to my mailbox..... MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!! CYM Living management refuses to acknowledge the tenants who keep them in business by blocking all accessible contact. Tenants are forced to talk to property managers that lack professionalism, care, or concern for the issues brought to their attention. The property isn't patrolled or surveilled by security/ cameras. It's negligence on CYM Living's part, with the volume of thefts being as high as it is!!! It doesn't take much to see that it's maintenance and weird contractors behind these terrible acts, especially given their "smoke" breaks that interfere with the work they never seem to get done! Please take these reviews to heart and take your hard-earned money to a property that respects you and your time!

      Yes Ive called customer service a couple times . I havent had a chance to speak to my property manager . Hes usually very prompt with things . This issue has been going on now almost a month the building is not getting any mail the areas were the mail ladys gets the key from is broken to open the mailbox up at Ive reported the problem to customers service nobody have done anything. We still dont have any mail.

      I applied for an apartment and set up a showing , I got to the location and no one was present , they did not provide me with my contact number on the person I was meeting with , so I text the number on the website , emailed and called the office number and was giving the run around and placed on hold. Few days later I receive a text from the text number on the website asking was I still interested in the location I said yes. We rescheduled it for Sunday 4:30 I arrive to the location yet again one one is present I call the office and the lady say he is on his way from another location from 4:30 to 6 I was waiting and no one showed up. I tried to call to check the person eta and the office was closed so it was a waste of time and I want my application fee back. The whole situation is unprofessional

      They took my money and I never got the service from them. I had to look for an apartment on my own. We didn't even get a chance to get a viewing for any apartments.

      The unit itself is very spacious, however, management is very lousy and unprofessional. There have been mice infestation, ants coming out of cracks in the tub. Maintenance comes by and does a temporary fix but the issue is never 100% fixed and you either keep calling or choose to live with it. The area is ok at times but has gotten worse with random shootings and people hanging out in the alley. There is only 1 garbage can but there are several units so the garbage is constantly overflowing which attracts raccoons. The racoons travel in packs and climb onto the porch so opening your back door and coming home after dark can be very scary. Honestly for the price, the space is great but there are several improvements that can be made. It seems like management has no urgency when tenants complain about living conditions, but are constantly raising the rent. They just had a lawsuit and changed their name from pangea to CYM Living. Major changes need to be made!!

      I have vines growing all over my windows, and now my front door, yes when I enter or exit I have to duck mt head for fear of spiders, ants and other insects, I called the office and was told that this issue is my RESPONSIBILTY! I have called to inform them about the young men who walk this property with large guns in tow, yes, they carry them around as if their going to war!! I have been here since 2017 and 2023 was the first they attempted to change my filter and it was too large. (I change my own filter) now I tell me I have to cut weeds....lol this is crazy. I know I'm a great tenant, but I have to move.

      Hi I want to say this company is a scam they will take your $50 application and will lie to you and say the apartment been taken already they so unprofessional they don't even call you to let you know the updates of meeting you for the apartment or if they are leaving before you arrive, I'm warning you please stay away from this company the young lady I supposed to meet up named **** she lied to me and said that she was in the front of the building and she wasn't, run fast cuz they will take your money, pangea don't even write a customer service opinion because it's not worth it you know you are a scam and unprofessional,

      I would like to inform you that services such as maintenance, rent payment, emergencies, and all kinds of communications are not addressed professionally.
      I was in a different apartment unit and made to sign a lease for a different apartment that is in very bad condition. Rent amount is increased outside the lease.
      The rent money paid in the form of a money order is not submitted in a timely manner. Phone calls are not returned. Locked-outs are not addressed on time. Eviction notices are hastily signed and dropped off at the unit, without validating the cause. Online account does not appear.
      Who should contact to address these issues?

      This is the first time renting with what used to be Pangea now CMY, LLC. and I haven't had a problem with them. I love my unit when it was Pangea. It hasn't been one year and we received a notice that the rent will go up $350.00 on our one year anniversary. I contacted the property manager and I was told that I was approved for a unit transfer. A unit transfer is NOT a unit transfer, you have to apply for another unit which means you have to pay application fees and go through the entire process over again. I've spent $100.00 on application fees. Well I completed everything that was requested and was DENIED. I don't see why it was denied and I already live on the property. I attempted to tell the representative that I had nowhere to go and could I please speak with someone. She told me that I had to send a letter to the underwriters, request for the information to be sent to me and wait for a response. They've only given us 60 days to move which is not a lot of time on such an unexpected notice of the expensive rent hike. I know that everything is going up everywhere but real estate agency is relentless and inhumane.
