  ***** infested, very unprofessional leasing staff and the property manager for ********************** location is absolutely no help with the things that are time sensitive. Do not rent from these people. Horrible experience. My bath tub is clogged up every other week, now Im starting to see rodent issues near the mailbox in the hallway. This is ridiculous.

  ********* was my property manager , she was good at getting back to me when she had the chance and answered all of my questions along the way . Ive been with Pangea for 2 years btw ! Would have loved for the maintenance staff to be on point more with repairs. THANKS ******* !

  FRAUD COMPANY!!I gave this company 3 chances, and it was honestly 2 times too many, I should have learned my ****** the first time. They are fraud, you won't even be able to see a unit with them.I've had to call this company every time, they never called me when my application needed more info, they never called me when I was approved, and they never returned messages.I had to call to find out I was approved and then I was told the next step was to schedule an in person tour of the unit. No one ever told me that to put the unit on hold I would need to set up a lease signing appointment. I take time off work to show up and no one comes. I call them to find out the unit is no longer available which wouldn't had been a big deal, however no one thought they should contact me and let me know the viewing was cancelled.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a second showing for a different unit. I called multiple times, even the morning of the appointment, to confirm the appointment was still scheduled, everyone I spoke to confirmed the appointment. I take time off work AGAIN and once AGAIN no one shows up. I called and was put on hold for ********************************************************************** the office to do the tour and that they didn't even see my appointment. WHAT A JOKE.I attempted a third time to do a video tour today. I get on at the correct time they tell me and have now been waiting 30 minutes with no one connecting.I seriously believe this company is fraud and doesn't actually show units. They want you to pay the application fee before you can see the unit in person so that way when you never do see it in person, they can still keep your money.I've reported this company to my bank as fraud to receive a refund.Please learn from me and avoid this company at all costs, you will find something better.This isn't even including all the incorrect information I was told by some of the reps.

  Pangea Oaks. 0 stars worst place I've ever lived and its not because of the conditions like most of the other complaints. Yes its not the best place in the world but it is bearable. My discrepancies are with management. Management is awful and takes nothing serious at all. I am a former employee and the things I could actually say about this company would bankrupt you all. I just would like management to handle things professionally and actually get things done. Accountability goes a long way. No accountability and no professionalism what so ever. Horrible people and horrible company. And if names are needed I am specifically Speaking on *********************** the worst property manager I've every experienced in my life.

  This company stole my application fee in my own view. In fact, denied my application within 24 hours with no explanation other than, we cant tell you over the phone heres a P.O. *** address to write them and they will tell you why. I have no background, work for ******* Public Schools, I have good credit no evictions and Im with a voucher program that helps pay my rent. Im my own view there were no sufficient grounds for denial and they truly had no explanation, just try again next year in January so tacky and unprofessional and it feels a bit scamish to me!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I am regretting this apartment everyday! The downstairs neighbors are unbearable! I pay market rent. Most people in this building Im in dont. Pangea Vistas. *** called several times to the office and to the cops about these people. For some reason tenants in the building are scared of them simply because they have guns and try their hardest to be intimidating. Until they met me. They play music until the wee hours of the night BLAST it so loud my baby sitter had to take my kids out the house for a car nap because they wasnt sleeping in their room. Ive called the cops several times on these people. Believe these messages about mice and roaches to. Im an extremely clean person. Its an OCD type of clean and when the next door neighbors moved out all their bugs and mice came ti my home! Its been even worse there now. My lease is ** in August. I will not be renewing with this complex if those hoodrats are still there. They walk around drunk waving guns shooting them in the air. The front office say. Oh get it on video. For what? So yall can have something ti look at I have SEVERAL videos of them banging on my door trying to fight me because I called the cops! These people are a mess they are in their 50s causing drama and have a 27 year old daughter living with them trying to fight me everytime I pull up from work! These people are insane and NO ONE IS DOING A THING ABOUT IT! I pay $950 a month because water is included and I have to deal with such BS its insane! The people in the building need to go. If they leave and we get some people in here that wanna see this property do better people might wanna stay and make sure the place clean. How can we take pride in this property when we have animals as neighbors trying to destroy everyone lively hood. Something must be done at Pangea Vista. This is PURE MADNESS

  I stay in Pangea hill west this is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. The property manager ************************* is very disrespectful keeps accusing and harassing me about having a dog that I do not have never had a dog. We have 30 kids that stay outside of our apartment door all belong to one neighbor that keep using the bathroom all over our front doors. We report it he say thats not his concern. Since I have been staying here since April nothing has been fixed at all the tell you to put in a maintenance request, we do that and nobody ever shows up. As soon as you call the office, the property manager is very rude. He seem to have more complaints on him than anything. When I asked him for his managers number he tells us he dont have to give it to us at this point. I just want to break my lease since I have been staying there. It have been nothing but problems and it is not a good place. I dont know who to talk to about other strange activities that goes on throughout the apartments, but I wish someone would please please check on this complex get someone an office that actually care about more than a paycheck because the property manager there do not he have one more time to disrespect me and Im going to file charges. I am putting this here because I try reasoning with this man and all he do is give me issues I want out of this lease. These apartment is no good. I would not expect anyone to stay here. I asked them to bomb my home four bugs they have not. I asked them to get the raccoons off my patio they were not. I lost so much money at the laundromat and I want to return it. I guess everything is just a joke to this man someone please look into this and please give us a way to see how we can break the lease.

  Pangea prairies is complete trash. I lived there for two years bathroom leak at least three times. Last time flooded my complete home and all they did was look up the water and paint over the mold. I have asked multiple times for my deposit to be returned which today makes 60 days that I have vacated the premises, and only received a partial refund. I have not received an itemize list of my charges taken from my deposit. I have emailed called no response todays today I will be initiating a court case against this apartment complex. Please do not rent from them they do not care about their property or their tenants. Signed a very upset former tenant ??

  Terrible . I also would give this place 0 stars . From customer service to just the buildings in general . Unfortunately I finished my year lease and had to move due to circumstances. This property management companys is trash . Im In the office reading the their pillars of what they pride themselves on and #1 is care, a lie , its literally a bunch of ghetto black people in a office building. All I know is I wont be staying here another year , I feel like they take advantage of low- middle income minorities as they barely do a credit report , I called to inquire about the background check they do on future tenants . One CS told me thats its just automatic and sent to everyone so they dont really care if you got a background its just something they say so basically any and everyone can live here then you dont have you pay 1st and last months rent like most places . Its just crazy to me that there is no good customer service in this business at all . If I didnt have to assist my roommate w bills Id find myself something nicer for the price Im paying now $1,040 to live in the hood w squeaky floors , no internet connection because someone pulled it out of the wall. Im outdone . I will never rent from here again and Ill make sure to spread the word .

  If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a joke. I have been living in my current building for 2 years peacefully. Then out of nowhere this company bought my complex. My rent went from 975 to ****. I have been trying for months to get in contact with the property manager who does not answer any of my emails. I called the leasing office just for them to transfer me to 6 different people just to tell me I'm the property manager's problem. I informed them she did not respond and they did not seem to care. Since my lease ended and now they have me on a month to month lease and are charging me at 255 month to month fee even though I was told I would not get any fees since it was taking so long for them to draw up a new lease. This company is a disgusting money grubby POS. They don't care about any of the people living at this complex all they care about is getting their money and it disgusts me.
