      At ************************************************** some manager yelled at me and another customer who she said she would bust his lips up and beat my a** I don't appreciate how we was treated

      I went Into McDonalds I ordered 2 vanilla milkshakes, which mind you I waited an extensive period for. As Im watching the kid prepare my milkshake he had the audacity to lick/suck the whip cream from my cup. Then came and tried handing them to me. When I told him he was crazy he knew exactly what I was talking about didnt say a word turned around and went to go make another. Not a sorry or I was wrong. I saw a manager working expo and made him aware of what happened he didnt say a word either and walked over to the guy making the new one. Talked to him for not even 5 seconds came back and said hes getting you a new one, and just went back to what he was doing. I cannot believe that was okay to the both of them. Neither apologized the person behind me even commented are they kidding me. If thats the standard your restaurant upholds Im disgusted. It was as if nothing was wrong and the supervisor didnt even think anything of it so Im guessing its a normal thing there.

      Big stone gap McDonalds charged me 32 for the wrong meal and took my card and said they would issue a refund and I got double charged instead. I showed them on my phone and they just hurried me through the door and would not help. So have have to wait till Monday to call the credit card company for charge back. I will never eat at another McDonalds again.

      They treat their employees like garbage. They manipulate you, pick favorites, if you are not a manager they do not care about you. They spread lies, rumors, they create little groups or cliques and if you aren't in that particular group they treat you very badly. They dismiss your feelings and then yell at them for you, talk trash about employees and customers. They yell at you to do tasks so they don't have to do them and can just sit in the office all day long twidling their thumbs. Not to mention they cut your hours and lie to you about it, send you home for no reason, dont schedule you you're requested time off. They have *** in while on the clock not to mention, and they don't get in trouble. But if you talk to someone else or say hi, God forbid. This place is horrible to work. Do not recommend. They also don't care if you are over heated, and hardly have AC. Along with they don't train their employees the way they are supposed to be.

      Worthless company. Doesn't resolve complaints and doesn't care about anything but money. This company was started with a waste of oxygen ***** and thief and that's what they continue to be... worthless thieves who FALSE ADVERTISE all the while disrespecting their consumers.

      McDonalds ********************************* ************** Well, this is what I get for eating this c*** Abusive and terribly miserable employee When my order says on the board that its being prepared, and then it says on the board that its ready, but I dont receive it, and ask for it, and I get yelled at continuously that Im not the only order being prepared. I understand that youre being timed on a metrics system. I used to work at McDonalds. And I still work in food service. So Im aware that Im not the only order being prepared. But I have coping mechanisms and dont abuse the customers because of my immaturity and unprofessionalism. Then you create a health code violation by spitting in my food. So I cant eat it. And thats a refund that should be given to me. In addition to the engaged employees being terminated.

      Does McDonalds care about all the complaints they receive? It seems like everyone has the same issue. Rude staff, cold food, out of product. Does anything ever get done to fix the issue? Today at 3:18, at the McDonalds at **************** in *****************************, we had to wait at the drive-thru for several minutes with no explanation. When the clerk finally decided to take orders, she was very rude, as if we were taking up too much of her time. I ordered a cone, and she barked out that they didnt have no cones (like I should have known better than to even order one). I wasnt sure what that meant Were they out of the actual cones?, Are cones out of season already?, Is the ice cream machine really down? I wasnt about to ask. I just drove away. I was not hungry for cold fries or a cold burger that I may or may not have received correctly. The high school kids that work at this location are very lazy and do not care if the orders are right or not. They mumble, dont smile and can barely pass the food out the window. They are, however, very busy talking with each other a lot. They have not been trained properly in customer service skills most likely due to poor management. I am sure nothing will be done to fix this, and I know I am not the only one who feels this way about this branch, but at least I was able to voice my concern. Thank you.I honestly dont know how McDonalds has an A+ rating with all the complaints people send in.

      Overcharged on purpose. This McDonald's doesn't have an option for a 6 piece nugget, even though it offered on the menu. I ordered a 6 piece happy meal priced $5.09. They charged me an additional $2.00 for 2 extra nuggets and said there was no 6 piece nuggets button for any thing. The option wasn't even available on the mobile app. But it is available at every other McDonald's. Why is this McDonald's pos not updated, as a 10 year technical professional and coder this is a easy fix. When I worked at McDonald's in the past there was always a button. This McDonald's is taking advantage of lots of people.

      Theres a huge tall ugly fat ******* American young male employee wearing blue shirt and black pants was very rude and disrespectful towards me no manners and bad behavior from the start, I knew he have a horrible personality from the start, first when he takes my order he didnt hand me my change and money to me when taking my order when try talking to him he wasnt paying attention to me kept on saying what or huh as if he didnt hear me at all which I know he did hear me, after that when ask him for a straw and extra straws he again gave me a bad attitude and have me repeat myself again so he can hear me repeat myself just to give me his terrible attitude manners and behavior all over again after that I got mad told him you need to pay attention are you deaf or something he ignores me and act like nothing has happened which something did happened. I hate this place they alway give out horrible customer services experiences to clients especially me alway forgets my order give out wrong order never gives me what I want and when ask them for it they act like they dont want to help me at all always hide in the back where the kitchen is and when ask them to wait they have no patience at all they dont want to wait for me immediately go hide in the back where the kitchen is and etc.. Im a long time customer been going here for very long time and shouldnt be treated this way, am never coming back here ever again worst customer service experience ever. Fat tall ugly young ******* American worker with blue shirt and black pant was nice and respectful towards other people but rude as h*** toward me racist discrimination bias b******* shame on you should be fired immediately you nothing but an entitled piece of s*** worker if you dont want to help me then get someone else to do that for me and if you dont like your job quit nobody is forcing you to work in McDonalds you did that on your own nobody else certainly not me you f****** ugly a****** jackass person personal
