  All the MacDonalds restaurants are NOT deaf friendly. At the drive-in, we couldnt speak to order and we drove ahead to the window and tried to order, but the employee refused to take order. He told us to move and park our car. What the heck, we couldnt go inside as it was closed due to COVID. ********** Black Rock, *********** and Dairy Queen are excellent services. They accepted the notes that we wrote list of orders at the drive-in windows. Please treat us the deaf people fair.

  This review is for ********** in ******** **, ( **************) .. this is a franchise McDonalds, the Manager **** is THE MOST INCOMPETENT, RUDE and ghetto manger that I have ever had to encounter. I had previously called McDonalds one 800 number to complain about this location because I use the curbside takeout where the employees bring your order to the car I ordered my food through the McDonalds app, well the complaint was because they never came out with my food the app told me thank you for visiting , so I drove through the drive-through I told the associate what had happened he told me pull up to the second window I tell the associate at the second window what happened he told me I need to go ask my manager he comes back and tells me she said shes not giving you the food . I was in disbelief because the manager did not even come out to see what the problem was I was so angry that I had waited more than 30 minutes waiting for my food and now I am not getting any food they charged my bank card because I pay through the app and the manager is so unbelievably rude. She comes out I explain to her she tells me she cannot do anything because its done through the app I feel like she honestly does not know English and she lacks basic skills to even navigate the app because she doesnt really know English , im showing her on my app that I ordered the food and she says she cannot pull the order up its not coming up on her end she never gave me the food she never gave me my money back I called and complained about her they told me I would receive a call from them I never received a call from them they charged me for the food and I got robbed they didnt do anything . I went in today and of course this happened again I canceled an order and they charged me I spoke with what they call a manager **** and she was rude like last time I asked how much was the amount of the order and tells the cashier to give it to me like shes doing me a favor. DISGUSTING THIEVES.

  The staff at my local store on ********* in **** ** is disrespectful at best. Theyre all lazy and dont want to do their jobs. When I went through the drive-through today, the girl didnt even look at me when she handed me my food. So when I had to reverse to ask for some sauce, she literally asked me if I had paid. I said of course I had paid you just handed me my food without even looking at me. No wonder you dont remember me. May I please have some sweet-and-sour sauce? She responded with that was a yes or no question and I, again, asked if I could have some sauce. She handed me a handful of sauce that was all stuck together and very sticky. I asked for sauce that wasnt making my hand all sticky, and everyone inside there acted like I was asking them to cut off their hand for me. One guy said oh geez like it was totally unreasonable to expect them to do their job. He handed me one sauce, granted it was clean, so I finally got to leave. You guys have the worst staff at this restaurant. Theyre dirty and they have attitudes. The store is disgusting. Last time i went to this McDonalds one of the managers said f*** you to a customer and made another employee literally burst into tears. It was like a clown circus! So inappropriate.

  I got a bacon egg biscuit and there was a string in it and the egg was moldy. I wish there was a way to show pictures I just cant go there anymore since I dont trust them.

  My son got a happy meal tonight and the fries were 1/2 filled and the second side choice of fries were missing. His drink was full of ice and it's so small it barely had drink in it. The prices have gotten so high I can't even eat because his happy meal and my older sons #3, meal was over $21.00. The location is #**** in *********, **. -they never get the orders correct and fries are always only 1/2 filled. I drove through pouring rain for 20 minutes to get my kids food and it was very disappointing to barely get fries and a cup full of ice.

  on 8/21/22 I was at ********, ** McDonald's branch with my small 2 kids. we ordered a couple of burgers, fries, and Chicken Nuggets. When I was biting a Chicken Nugget, I felt a hard piece in my mouth. I took it out and examined it. Then I saw the piece of plastic. Right away I informed the branch Manager. I would like to share the picture which I took at that moment.

  my 16 yr old teen worked here a few months. it was her first job. she loved it and learned a lot. sadly, one **** said and texted inappropriate comments to her. he also stared at her a** she sent her mgr screen shots of the conversation. this made her very uncomfortable. she quit a few months later. i would like to know if he was fired. i pray he hasnt done this to other minors.
